We have been Wistia customers since 2010 and have received top-notch service and support from them. Their system is super easy to use and set up. Customization tools are very user-friendly, and uptime with them has been 100% since we signed up. In 11 years, we have only had to talk to support once about an issue, which was quickly resolved.

Wistia allows us to serve videos and documents to over 600+ clients worldwide. Their system will enable us to offer training videos to our clients within minutes instead of hours or days with other vendors.

I recommend Wistia for several reasons. First, the ability to change or update content without changing the link or embed code. As a content marketer, we sometimes have to edit retroactively, we don't lose our data or results when we have to make an edit. Second, the built-in transcription services are affordable and accurate. And finally, I love that we own this content and the results. Embedding with YouTube or other video hosts leaves us vulnerable to their changes.

Nothing! I used to handle hosting on our own servers by myself. Wistia makes it so much easier to do it so much better.

Managing bandwidth is the obvious one, but flexible use and reuse of multiple videos as well.

Wistia has endless options for customization, so it's a key part of the video aspect of our marketing and communications. I think my favorite feature is the free AI closed captioning. They are stated to be 92% accurate, but I am always impressed by the quality and would say it's more like 95% accurate. This is key for us making our videos accessible. I also love that they have been rolling out tools like video editing.

I really can't think of much. Maybe if uploads and processing were faster? But my own internet connection is not amazing. Maybe more flexible options for folders, or ways to tag videos with keywords to make them easier to find? We have hundreds in our account!

Flexible, powerful, secure, branded video hosting. Easy adding of .srts for closed captioning and accessibility. And the Turnstiles feature for tracking who's-watching-what is very useful and few competitors offer this.

Creating projects and channels that allow content to be quickly sorted and embedded into web pages is a great feature. The capabilities for syndicating content to different social media platforms create a singular platform to manage video and podcast content.

The video editing capabilities are somewhat rudimentary but useable for creating short clips for social media posts. Adding additional capabilities, such as splicing video clips or audio layers, would be helpful.

Instead of needing multiple platforms to manage our video and podcast content, Wistia allows everything to be in one place. This has allowed our team to streamline our work processes.

We've been using Wistia for approximately two years now. It's been an excellent fit for our organizational needs during this time. Wistia is very easy and flexible to use, especially the Embed and Share functionality.

It's very easy to use Soapbox+Wistia to make screen/video capture videos. They can be immediately downloaded and shared via Wistia, which has great, built-in options to share online.

The uploads can sometimes take a long time, depending on the length of the video. The customization options for the built in landing page are pretty limited. They get the job done, but don't allow much to make it really stand out.

They are offering more live webinar support that pairs well with their recording hosting. This could help by consolidating more of our marketing onto one platform.

We use it to upload our on-demand webinar content, which then integrates into our wordpress site. We also use it for form fills on Marketo.

Wistia just works like it supposed to. We have used it for at least 6 years without a glitch

I really do not have a complaint about Wistia. With AMP and speed issues we are looking for Wistia to provide a non JS solution if possible

Wistia has been an easy tool for our teams to use for quickly recording, sharing, and storing video content. We do a lot of product instruction viritually, and it's allowed our chat support team to share solutions with our clients seamlessly. It's also helped us move away from more archaic forms of video storage, and the analytics beat the pants out of Zoom as well. It's been a great addition to our tech stack!

We really like the tool! We've had no real issues using it but we would love to have it integrate more actively with Monday.com, as that's where we are managing most of our content creation these days.

Wistia has many capabilities and features that makes uploading video online can be very easy. The platform is very user-friendly, meaning that people are able to navigate it as freely and no matter how new they are.

Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to backtrack, some integrations are not capable or easily connected,difficult to integrate with google podcast

The UI is just so simple to get started with. Easy to upload files, easy to rename files, easy to create new folders.

It'll make you want faster internet upload speeds, but that's not really a problem with Wistia.

I love that we can personalize the components of the video when publishing. We can change colors to match our brand. Also, I love being able to embed the video on webpages, and then it automatically updates on all pages if you edit the video in wistia.

It's a fantastic hub where all of our videos can live. We can search and publish videos straight from Wistia, then embed them into our website and emails. It makes it so easy for our team to get our videos live and usable.

Honestly we haven't had any issues with Wistia and we have been using them for a number of years.

Wistia is great for embedding videos on our website and also with our software application. It works well on different form factors and mobile.

Wisita is so user-friendly for those that don't even have a design background. Having the ability to take our internal recordings and turn them into professional-looking replays makes internal communications shine every time!

The only downside of Wistia would be the search tool - I would like to have a search by dates option.
