Wistia is a one-stop-shop for all of our video needs. As we increase the content we're producing, we can easily organize our videos. Wistia also allows us to add captioning easily and I love that we can add "chapters" for our lengthier videos. We all know the pain of sitting through a 30-minute video when all you need is one piece of information so the chapters are fantastic! The analytics are great too. Overall, Wistia is super user-friendly and I recommend it to every business. I also love Wistia's personal content. They do a great job of keeping it fun and engaging.

I honestly haven't found anything yet! Wistia is a great tool and I can't wait to see what they do with it in the future.

Wistia helps us keep our videos organized to go back and share them if we need to. For example, we have folders for webinars, topic-specific videos like Retirement planning and OPEB, life at Odyssey, etc.

I like Wistia's platform simplicity, its solid analytics for video engagement, and its fast load times for embedded videos.

I haven't found much to dislike at the moment.

Wistia renders your uploaded videos very fast. You also can modify and add thumbnails from your PC. I like that their website is very easy to navigate. Not a lot of clutter either.

I dislike the you can have only 3 uploaded videos on their free plan. Other than that it is an awesome video hosting site.

Solves the problem of video ads showing after your video plays like you tube does. It will keep viewers of your videos from being distracted.

I love the simplicity and worry-free ( since no limits) and a great user experience it provides to the viewer, not just that it also is good for seo as much i have heard.

I create a landing page for my apps not to explain what it does and how it works either i can create a long landing page with this and that, or just create a screen share video upload to wistia embed video + add a buy now button and my work is done 😎 I was able to launch my landing pages for product very fast because of wistia can't thank you enough

It is by far the easiest to use system to share, embed and stream video assets

Would like to be able to pay in advance or have packaged options instead of "per video" pricing.

Easy to use and understand analytics

Wistia is an excellent website for hosting videos. Its perfect for those beginners programs and expert. It has an entry level service thats free of you have 1-2 videos

I can't say I've encountered issues with this software.

I use it for a place to keep my video VSL so I can link to my website. So far I haven't used it for anything else.

Ease of use and no extraneous marketing. All material is relevant with minimal to no distractions. Integrated with email or links to relevant video content. It's about the same but the performance is better with Wistia.

Have not found any thus far that I dislike yet. Have not found anything that is not working. No recommendations on improvement at this time. Not any for now. I do not see where improvements can be made at this time.

Have not run into any issues which is right now beneficial and I am not benefitting financially. Since the system is easy to use and reference, I am saving time and being more effective in time management

I like the ease of use. I can quickly organize videos, navigate through the platform to find certain videos, and also embed them on our website. it's especially useful to have the pop-over embed option and the inline embed option so we can make a choice depending on the situation.

I would like to see more robust capabilities for lead capture and integration with CRM platforms. Video has the potential to be an effective lead capture device but it should also be a positive experience for the user to fill out the form and provide the business with all the data they need.

We're able to manage videos in an organized manner, store them at high quality, and deliver those videos to our customers through our website. Our video views have been growing significantly since we have made it a priority.

I started using Wistia during the pandemic when all the conferences went online. I uploaded all my recorded videos to the Wistia platform. Everything is so user-friendly.

I am not so familiar with all options available on the Wistia platform, however, til now, it provided all the features I needed.

Nothing to mention. Wistia is a great product year after year.

We're a training platform. We need videos to be available, reliably with no ads. We're a small firm, don't have a lot of IT and admin people, so the great benefit is the price is all you pay, with no hidden fees.
