Some user accounts are deactivated after 6 months of nonuse. This is a problem for some of my clients.

Private academic advising and counseling for college admission: we are able to collaborate on all of our students' needs within our program through Creator. I cannot image this business without it.

I would say that the ease of use and ability to customize is the number one thing that I love about Zoho creator. Organizing products and scheduling was very straight forward and easy for me, and teaching first time users wasn't difficult.

The only thing that I dislike about Zoho creator is that occasionally the site may have issues and unless the company has a backup it can interfere with process flow or put a hault on work completely.

We use this program specifically for production scheduling. A function that is very beneficial to me is the auto mail considering that when I'm ready to confirm delivery dates the system automatically sends out information to our clients.

-Problems with customer service, they never have provide the solution timely. -Flexible user pricing (which is what most organizations need) is expensive. -Administration requires learning the tool which takes time.

Zoho One gives us access to all applications that are required for daily organisation needs. We don't need to spend a single dime for any other application. Zoho as a company is constantly evolving & keeps adding to the existing functionality.

Zoho one provides a complete package of all the applications needed for a company. It has a very clean UI and it is very easy to navigate around the product. It also has capabilities to integrate with multiple external applications which is very flexible.

The one thing which I dislike about Zoho one is the customer support provided by Zoho. The callbacks and replies from the reps are very slow and a time-consuming process.

Zoho one has helped us solve the accounting problems we have been having. Zoho one provides a comprehensive solution for all the problems we had as a complete package.

I liked the built-in templates where we can use them as a foundation. It does actually work with various wireframes and we can build customer platforms as well without any struggling or much coding!!

Sometimes it is hard to understand while creating the dashboard. It doesn't calculate metrics in general ways. And creating API is also much difficult as per our needs. And it's quite much costlier for non-profit organizations like us.

We are built a donor management application with Zoho creator and it helps us to see how much we raised funds from each campaign as well as when we have to send the reports to donors as per the timeline.

It allows to create applications without too much coding experience and modify easily with table and form layouts.

It can be hard to transfer permissions between users once applications have been created.
