Their admin panel could have been more intuitive although does not matter much as what matters is how our own website visitors experience about using the form which is fantastic.

I like how easy it is to create custom forms with Zoho Forms and how flexible it is. Without the need for coding knowledge, the user-friendly interface facilitates the rapid creation of forms. One of the best in the category. I've used Google forms in the past and other solutions such as type forms but Zoho forms is one of the easiest to navigate. There's so much in terms of personalization and customization in terms of report options.

When compared to services such as type typeforms, they seemed to have better personalization features such as designs and maneuverability. The options to create more intuitive forms which is available in Zoho Survey but missing in forms.

Zoho forms is effective when it comes to my freelance work. I have used multiple options.s and even though google has seemed to work best, I find it easier to choose templates of Zoho Forms. Typeform still remains my absolute favorite but still haven't been able to test Zoho forms along with the whole Zoho ecosystem.

The email automation workflows sometimes delay the alert response to get the alerts triggered. Otherwise, the tool is excellent solution for email automation needs

Simplicity! It is quite simple to create forms with Zoho Forms. And at the same time, you can create advanced forms as compared to some other tools like Google Forms.

I believe the price is what I disliked the most. The second is the integration process. It gets confusing with all the services they offer and they don't have a good help guide documentation to assist in this.

I was looking for the best tools to gather feedback from customers for an easy, fast and effortless experience. I came across Zoho forms and was immediately impressed by how well they have designed the platform and has lots of Integrations

Zoho Forms is super easy to design and implement anywhere, such as social media sites, websites, and any landing page for more rich data collection. Moreover, I like its premade template library that allows a user to choose from varieties of form templates.

Though the forms can be customized, the feature for the customization is limited as compared to the formed designed manually through coding.

We design and implement various marketing and survey oriented Forms through Zoho Forms without having any coding knowledge and implement it online with ease.

Zoho Forms come up with premade templates to choose from, which is saving our time and effort to build any form from scratch. And, also building Forms from scratch does not require technical or coding skills, which are fantastic things.

Team collaboration for building any form is not entirely feasible with Zoho Forms as of now. Also, the Form language option is limited, which are the things that I dislike about this software.

From form creation to embedment, it does not require any coding or technical skills. Furthermore, it directly notifies through the email address whenever some have responded to the forms embedded in our social media pages and website.

Prebuilt form templates do not meet all the requirements of our company, and we would love to see more form templates focused on lead generation and sales.

I like Zoho Form because there is a free trial/service you can try to check its functionality before getting into the subscription. It is perfect for business because we can accept payment even thru the form itself and it supports the most common payment gateway like paypal and stripe. There are builtin and customizable templates so it is very easy to create and you can be done in less than 10mins.

The only thing that I don't like about Zoho Form is that I think it is quiet expensive. There are extra perks associated but for a small company like ours, we can be limited with our resources.

Zoho Form is such a great help for businesses like ours to be able to get the pulse of our customers and prospect customers. We are also able to create an order form that is very pleasing to the eye with payment option for customers who prefer to pay online. Imagine hitting 2 birds with one stone. We don't have to worry also about the storage since the store given is quiet ample for our needs.

Zoho Forms has pre-built form templates that are categorized topic wise, which makes it easier to build form even without any prior experience.

The template options do not fulfill all the requirements of the businesses as it is limited. Plus, while building forms, more options to choose from various colors and fonts would be great.

I use Zoho forms for my customers. The options are very easy to understand, it is easily configurable and it gives a very professional effect. My customers like to receive these forms and I get a lot of positive feedback on that.

What I dislike is that we are limited in the conditional fields. We can put one condition, but not a second one for the same field - for example, if we choose to display a field if x, then we can not reuse that same field in another conditional option.

As I can choose the required fields, Zoho form has saved me a lot of time since I no longer need to call customers to complete the missing fields.

This product is a great system that integrates with many platforms, has open API and embed capabilities.

Actually as a user it is a great help tool and it is also in the cloud, which does not have to acquire much extra equipment, since all I need is the internet. This tool is a drag-and-drop online form generator with a wide range of features that help us create and share forms, gather critical information and assign tasks to collaborate with team members. It allows you to design an online form in a simple way with a form generator; We simply drag and drop fields. There are 21 basic form fields, such as email, checkbox, payment and file upload, along with 7 advanced fields, such as qualification, formula and signature. I can start a form with a blank template or form, and customize the theme by choosing from the theme gallery or customize the current theme with my own combination of background, color, font, shadow, alignment and field width. I can determine the field rules to decide which questions are visible to respondents and the order in which they respond to the form, or use form rules to configure what happens after a respondent submits their form.

At the moment what I could comment is that, I don't like this system how expensive it can be once you get over the free version. You can see that there is a huge gap between the free version and the first paid version, it would be great if we could get more templates, since the selection of templates is quite low and I would love to see more options.
