I know there are a ton of simple forms available. But i simply like this one the best! Very simple, super easy to learn and very effective.
- I wish the form would be exported to CRM as a separate document rather than only linking to the CRM fields. - exported form data could be better looking pdfs and emails.

(2) It provides the advance analytics where you can view statistics like error scores, bounce rate or conversion rates etc.
(1) Certain features like e-signature and scanning of QR codes slows down the download and upload speed of forms.e option (2) To reach a larger audience base, user should have the option of multiple languages to design a page. But Zoho Forms has limited number of languages available.

(1) This tool provides email notification for each changes/update/activity on your form. This becomes an information overload in your email account. (2) To make the form more interactive, you can use branching & can specify conditions. But it's little cumbersome for non-techie. (3) Number of languages to create form is less.

Zoho Form builder is very easy to setup and implement, The product comes with a feature to generate reports on periodic basis which helps us in getting cusotmer through a single mail. All the data entered in tohe form can be convereted into a lead and lead progress can be tracked easily We use the zoho forms in weekly basis to collect customer feedback and improve our product. The integration of the zoho into the website is very seamless and can be completed very easily. You would barely need any customer support to set it up.
There is nothing as of now, however the team can work on improving the user interface of the product.

Easy to create forms , easy to read data, many options for customizing, and also it's nice to be able to design a process for what needs to happen after the form is filled out.
I don't know that I dislike anything at this point. I feel like there is some functionality that I'm looking for currently, but I'm not sure if Forms can't do it or that I haven't researched enough on how to create what I'm looking for.

We have been using products of Zoho from past one year. We mostly use Zoho mail, Zoho CRM, Zoho connects, and Zoho recruits. Our experience with these products is excellent. We are getting good experience by paying significantly less money. Initially, we used these products without spending any money.
Along with Zoho CRM, connect, and mail, we sometimes use Cliq features for calling. And with Cliq, sometimes we face issues. Sometimes Cliq takes more time as well as lags. So we dislike the Cliq feature of Zoho one.
Zoho one helped us to manage my emails, recruitment, and customer management. And with these features of Zoho one, we are getting excellent experiences by paying significantly less money.
