Compare Zoho Recruit with other popular tools in the same category.
Easy to set up. Easy to add candidates and jobs. Low cost
Hard to reach support via phone. ..
Low cost, easy to use.
Its fairly straight forward and has all the right tools for a recruiter. I can manage my candidates and clients all at the same time.
Just one thing - where I have to associate a candidate/client with a job before I send through a profile to a client. Otherwise it's great
Recruiting for my clients - it helps keep track of all documents and candidates, and allows for sharing with my team.
It is beeter then jobportals becoz we have to pay more to naukri.com and other portals and we cannot access or use our offline data on these job potals but on zoho we can use it
uploading and downloading speed is very slow and very complicated to use all features secondly search is not good , advance search should be like naukri.com resdex
best for use of offline data and email attachment we can download directly good to use all jobportals on zoho directly
Value for the money. Support is good. Even during free trial they gave access to 3
Not user friendly. You need to navigate.
Tracking the candidates
I been using the free version for a year and have found it user friendly. I'm now going to the paid version to have access to the ability to view resume's easily, which I have been waiting for. I have a small recruitment agency and also use the Zoho Mail. Both work well for me.
I find the free version is quite limited and was holding off on going to the paid, unless Zoho added a decent CV viewer, so that I could quickly scan CV's from a search list.
I like that I can easily post jobs to my website and like the better CV viewing capability on the paid version of Zoho.
1. Ease of use with minimal training. The system is very intuitive. 2. Seamless info sharing between the desktop version and Android mobile version. 3. The Chrome Extension makes resume parsing very easy, similar to other larger software solutions.
1. Parsing can be inaccurate, but this is found with other solutions. 2. The Account data does not blend well with the Zoho CRM, even when you are logged into the same Zoho Account. Could have better integration with 3rd party job boards to help facilitate job postings.
We are an boutique executive placement agency and we utilize both Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to manage our clients and candidate information. For minimal investment relative to larger applications, we were able to ramp up quickly with both systems without having to spend too much time on training.
The dashboard functionality is very user friendly. It is clear, concise and easy to understand. All of your apps are on a single interface and it is very convenient.
Some of the apps limit the number of records you can see per page (ex. 50 on the CRM app). It would be great to be able to scroll through all contacts on a single page. The surveys do not link seamlessly onto campaigns and would like to see this experience improved.
We need to have integration of leads and track recruits efficiently. Zoho apps allow us to do both from a single dashboard without having to go to different vendor apps.
The easy functionality is what makes Zoho stand out from the rest of the pack. Zoho makes it super easy to learn and use.
I think the mass email and search sections can be improved.
I utilize Zoho as an ATS and CRM to organize my clients and candidates.
Clear and unpressurised sales process. Excellent demo and explanation of the product.
The service has been great, so far we haven't discovered anything we didn't like
Storage of a mix of CVs and other candidate data. Zoho has enabled us to not only do this but also customise data reporting.
Zoho Recruit is very easy easy to use.
Navigating between modules needs work though. I find it extremely difficult to navigate between CRM and Recruit, etc.
Zoho helps my business stay organized, and has modules that support the many areas of my business
Just getting to know it as in the testing phasem btu heard good things so want to check it out for myself.
Want to see, as part of my testing, if the service has improved on Zoho (from experinces a number of years ago). I have a hearing difficulty which makes the help videos difficult to understand, it would be easier if the speakers had English as first langauge.
Unsure yet as testing
You can tailor the system to suit your requirements
Initially, it is a bit confusing to get to grips with so more detailed walkthroughs would be great.
It helps me track my candidate database and manage the interview pipeline
the ability to have a pre done recruitment CRM is brilliant so far so good, would like to trail it a little longer to get a better feel but so far not had a problem
The feeling of being held to Ransome for the data I upload, the inability to amend the users as and when the business sees fit, some times it feels like there is a lack of understanding when it comes to what we the clients need, for Zoho recruit and workely there is much to improve, the CRM has difficulties in using API's with My Wix website, as well with the Wix domain, and what you are left with is a candidate portal with Zoho logos all over it, its hard to keep some form of ownership to what you pay for.
my problems with zoho recruit are:- Wix API integration Candidate login has zoho logo all over it unable to remove users for the next month without being charged for it after you have made a payment for the previous month. getting charged £50 instead of 50 euros
I have used zoho people in my organization which is used for attendance monitoring and for leaves tracking .Its very user friendly and easy to use.
Few areas where I want it to improve is on UI side. Application has very common appearance and its difficult to know where to go to complete some task.
I have used only few app like people, recruitment and payroll. Its solving many back desk task by automating it.
Zoho recruit helped us to automate our staffing process. it improved the efficiency of recruiters and saved a lot of time
It should improve handling sub-agents who are providing CVs and track resumes provided by them
Handling multiple job orders and searching and attaching resumes
how easy it is to use, i also like the way it links to our website
I'm not sure yet still using it, i have not found anything yet
most of our processes
Userfriendly UI is something that is the great about Zoho People
Pulling out reports is a tedious task as an admin for all Zoho services, which is probably due to incomplete product overview.
We just started using it, exploring more options and trying to make best use of it. However, Career page builder is a great feature.
Candidate sourcing, background screening features, candidate status visibility, recruitment process automation, various offer letter templates, customizable careers page building
Minimal functionalities in Zoho Recruit mobile app, not very user friendly, difficulty and complication in creating the blueprint, customer support/services could be better.
Recruiting candidates across the country, automating the recruitment process, posting jobs on social media and job portals, creating pre-screening assessments of candidates.
It can automate a lot of recruitment activities.
Customer Support is bad. Customisability is a big issue.
Zoho Recruit is helping us manage candidates for multiple job roles.
Easy user settings or profile update, was able to fill the remaining jobs opening related fields
Non-availability of different options for the Job role
I have just started trying to use it and have not gone it in dept but so far it has more options for free job portals then the other softwares.
Ease of use and functionality, it's an easy to use ATS
The verification process is tedious and useless.
Zoho Recruit used to be one of the best ATS but its nowhere even close now after the initial verification has been put in place. Support is also not very easy to access.
Lots of great features and customizability
Onboarding support experience was very bad. It has some surprising bugs, fairly clunky UI
Core sourcing engine for our marketplace. Still getting it set up but it won't necessarily be the long-term solution -- but that's based on our model, not ZR.
The best feature about Zoho Recruit is the Ease of usage and customisation which can be done across the platform. I pivoted from a different ATS + CRM, the pricing is less than half of what I was actually paying earlier. In every aspect, technology and smoothness are astounding. Really, no complaints of any kind. The Zoho Recruit has deep integration with the Zoho suite of applications. The sync between Zoho Cliq, Zoho Sheets, Zoho Docs, Zoho Spreadsheets is too good.
The only thing which I miss is the Kanban view in the jobs hiring pipeline stages, I wish if it could be added later on. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.
The main benefit which I have realized after using Zoho Recruit is that I can arrange all the data much more organized. I can have a clear glimpse of all the hiring stages in a jiffy. I don't need to shuffle across different tools and applications in order to achieve good sync. All the data pertaining to the Candidate / Client is synchronized in a much more organized and professional manner.
Zoho is a user-friendly Applicant Tracking System.
"Free Trial" is misleading as I was directed to a "15 day trial"
Tracking applicants
Able to add good number of leads as per the requirements.
Not able to understand how to tap a particular candidate based on the requirement
Easily adapatble
Recruit includes most features used during the entire recruiting/interview/onboarding process within one platform. The cost is reasonable and familiarizing oneself with the tool and its features/functionality set takes no times at all. The platform also offers quite a bit of front end/back end customization/branding.
Although the tool offers a large feature/functionality set, I found it to be a bit buggy at times. The UI/UX are too simplistic; the client branding/customization functions are very limiting in terms of uploading/logo placement (SO SMALL), new field creation. I also found it a challenge to change some backend customizations/fields and there isn't much forum/direct customer assistance that can be found during the trial phase.
Our organization operates within the technology space, consulting for larger companies (data mining). We often assistance in hiring/placement to these companies. We work with multiple recruiters and rely on email and meetings in order to conduct this process. It has become quite cumbersome, with interviews and/or people falling thru the cracks. We are looking for an Applicant Tracking Tool that could manage the process for us. We happen to be testing 3 at this time.
I started using Zoho Recruit about a year ago and during this time we have noticed their continuous improvement. Searching through the our database is now seamless and must faster than it was in the past. They send weekly updates on jobs posted , number of applicants etc When we had to migrate CV's from our old account to a new one Zoho customer services was very helpful and they helped us achieve this very vital need for our new business
They have not taken some countries into consideration which we consider unfair and shows Zoho is an organisation that is not willing to go the extra mile for their clients. When searching for CV's in our database we always need to search using location and option for my country and its cities do not appear
We were able to build a database of CV's and source when needed.
Very easy to use I like the tags to organise clients and candidates
Need to be able to have a business development list don't know where to put leads on
More organised
With Zoho Recruit the search processes of candidates is easier to find the perfect curriculum that fits more to the vacancy of the job I have a more detailed follow-up of each applicant and to be able to know in which stage it is to have the order that must be followed In Zoho Recruit I can have a detailed list of all the candidates that have registered in the company's employment page to see their profiles and, therefore, be informed of each one's work experience and be able to choose the best option The platform has a very basic and simple initial configuration to fill each required field to complete the processes
It would be nice to have filters for a more detailed and quick search of candidates The support is not so optimal to solve the questions I ask because I respond with something I already do and do not have a follow-up on the problem
The whole process from the beginning of the search of the candidate until the end of the contract is agile and I can see how the whole process of the candidate goes or in what stage of the process he was not admitted
