The product is super customizable; we use it for Candidate tracking and interview loging.

Parsing of resumes and Document importing is giving us some issues.

Zoho Recruit offers a comprehensive package of features that enables a seamless recruitment process. I particularly liked the career page combined with integrations and client and candidate portals. One is able to track the pipeline without any hussle. The most important feature for me was to have a candidate assessment form that was easily customizable and Zoho Recruit offered just that.

Zoho Recruit aims to make the recruitment process easy from end to end. For a staffing agency, I want to be able to conduct all activities from automatically whilst having individual client or candidate history and portals for individual services.

Zoho recruit solved most of my administrative tasksrelated to hiring. I love I can email candidate directly from the system, email template's are also very helpful, and last but not least, it's super nice to see the whole process and check where you are at certain project.

Zoho Recruit really thought of everything. You can run every aspect of your Recruitment business from this platform. I also love that all the basic and foundations you need to put in place are free. I have been in the staffing and recruitment industry for going on 10 years and when I left Corporate America to create my own agency zoho recruit checked all the boxes.Oh, and they actually have top tier customer service, even at the free level.

All the tools they have can be overwelming but im grateful they are there even if I dont quite know how to utilize them at the moment.

They are actually solving all of my recruitment problem at the moment. From being an easy ATS, being a job board, allowing me to automate my recruitment process, create applications, store client info, and allowing me to track my process like time to fill rates.

ZOHO Recruit is a dynamic and feature rich recruiting platform which pulls everything you need together in a single intuitive and powerful solution which is totally afordable for smaller recruiting shops. When you compare it to other products in it's category, it's far more robust and much easier to implement and use. I use the platform all day, every day and have rarely had to reach out for support, but the few times I needed help, it was readily available and very effective. From an integration standpoint, ZOHO recruit provides extensions for browser connectivity, and offers connectivity to multiple premium jobboards for which other platforms charge a premium fee. The Third-party integration available also allows for smaller business and agencies to grow and expand with the ZOHO platform.

Can be somewhat difficult to get your business identity verified if you dont have your online presence established.

As a freelance recruiter that recently expanded into a small agency, I've been extreemly dependent on clients who provided a seat with LinkedIn Recruiter and ultimately purchased a subscription to Recruiter Lite as I expanded my business. As my client base expanded however, it was very frustrating to discover that LinkedIn offered zero scalable solutions between Recruiter Lite and the shockingly expensive, full version of Recruiter. Under duress I tried diffent platforms like JobDiva, BullHorn & Recruit CRM but was dissatisfied with either the non-intuitive interface or lack of features I found on platforms in a more affordable price range. Finally however, ZOHO Recruit not only solved these problems for me, I was eventually able to grow my client base and confidently take on additional job requisitions as well as expand strategic HR project support by scaling the platform to increase the level of organization and structure in candidate outreach and pipelining as well as providing increased detail in progress reporting. By simplifying other administrative tasks through automation provided by the extensive connectivity that ZOHO Recruit provides to other third party applications, I was also able to increase back-office productivity as well without feeling overloaded and overwhelmed.

It was very easy to set up, the flows were very intuitive - could set it up within a day or so and start using it asap! The team found it very easy to use and there were some very relevant dashboards and custom flows which made life very easy for us.

Nothing as such, so far all good! We've been enjoying using ZR so far.

ZR has allowed us to streamline the overall recruitment process and allowed us to look at metrics to closely monitor performance and progress.

we've been using zoho rcruit for quite some time now and we use it on a daily basis to track our candidate pipeline. The implementation part has been easy from the get go since it was reletively easy to understand the process when we first used it. Currently, we're using only one feature of the AT services. The customer support has been good in terms of helping us navigate through some hiccups that we may have used. In the past 2 months that we have been using Zoho for, the integration services have been great and we were able to integrate it seamlessly with our internal tools. With our daily use, safe to say, I'd recommend Zoho recruit to anyone looking for a smooth transition to an ATS platform

It helps me keep a tab on all of my candidate pipelines and I don't tend to get lost in the volume of profiles in my pipeline. As an HR personnel myself, the neat and clean approach to processing all candidates, is what works best for me when it comes to Zoho

It is hard to say what does not work with Zoho recruit. They have great customer service and there to assist with all needs and questions if something goes wrong.
