This is a great site to register a domain and update it reualrly to still have control for a good price every year
Nothing to dislike about this site as it provided great service to all customers who register a domain on domain monster
It allows me to register my domain site here year in and year out and well as other doamins i chose to keep
I really like how easy the interface is to use - even without a background in this field. Also, a colleague with no experience felt the same.
As easy as the interface is to use as weak is the design. They have the same design - in the frontend as well as in the backend - now for more than 5 years. Time to update, guys ;)
Easy to use and a wide variety of services. I really like how easy to use the name services are.
After 10+ years of being a customer, nothing anymore
Frequent price rises everywhere Misselling epedemic, 'bundles' that are bloated and costly then having to revisit and pick out things not asked for Overwhelmed with renewal missages for every item, then EOL, then Renewal on new platform etc etc etc Tech support via ticket slow to respond then seem to be anti-customer, no sign of 'sorry about that' or 'let me see how we can help you' and argue black is white until no other option to accept their mistake. Email is half baked, by the time you bash your email to work in Apple Mail or Google (multiple back end changes required) then discover the poor setup triggers so many SPAM servers and you have to do more again. Its taken so long to get it to work loathe to shift but not paying money to this company anymore. 123-reg of 10 years ago long gone. Who wants "MsDos" style configurations and thinking to make things work when everyone else supplies the thinking/setup/design for you
