This is an eco-responsible company in a business know to be bad for the planet. Their innovative way of cooling their datacenter, the large and performant network they manage around the globe, the proximity to users of their datacenter, and the quality of their services are the big advantage of OVH over many competitors. We are using their services for years, and I could count on single hand the incident I have suffer from, and their time for repair were also very short.

The efficiency of their support for minor or administrative problems is a real pain. When they have a know incident for which they are obviously responsible, they usually fix it fast and efficiently. But when you have an individual issue where it is not so clear who is responsible, or when their management UI has made wrong operation despite your proper usage, it is terribly difficult to have a result in support, or it takes weeks to get a very small improvement.

We are hosting our servers in their premise since we have stop buying and hosting our server in our own premises. The quality of their network and of the hardware they providing is just unbeatable for the price they offer, even when you do it yourself.

Price, is one of the cheapest datacenters in europe. Selfservice system, In the new management system you can access all the tools you might need during your daily work. Network performance is great. Hardware diversity. New api interface, Is a great way to do maintenance of some systems. Privacy, the respect their clients privacy and don't cut out service at the first claim. Fast provisioning

Using multiple brands and not being able to use products between brands. It's the same provider, why? Constant change of use terms. Support, you need to improve it a lot. Spam detection system gives too much false positives.

We are a tiny ISP, we use OVH systems for our base systems. We resell part of the OVH products to our clients. We help to another OVH clients to maintain theirs systems. OVH bring us the opportunity to have nice servers with good connectivity to give quality services to our clients.

I found the best about ovh domain reg is a good provider with so many services to offer in one place. If you want your hosting, domain name, professional email, etc., in one place, then it will good service for you. it also offer anti DDoS services to protecting from the attacker. Actually it is secure and provides a high-speed global server.

What I dislike most is the limited number of pre-installed content management systems. If you are ready to pay additional charges, then you get extra features and good customer support. I am also facing some issues in getting a refund.

What I find best about OVH is, it offers a high-speed secure-in-one solution for all your server needs like hosting, domain name, email, etc.. You can add all your services in one place.

I wouldn't recommend OVH to anyone as their services are slow.

Their services have high response times. Their support are in experienced and require to training urgently.

It hasn't solved any problems using OVH, it has only created more and caused additional issues. Loosing productivity and clients.

Server Performance was great after getting everything set up. Too bad it took far longer than expected. Pricing is good.

It took 4+ days to get Windows server installed once I purchased the server. After reading other reviews, it seems this delay is fairly common which is ridiculous. They would not give compensation for the lost days of hosting and development. Support is absolute trash. Absolutely no help or correct answers. First example: I was assured they were not blocking any ports on the server end, so after 4+ hours of investigating it on the Windows side, I find out there's a firewall tab 5 clicks deep in OVH's server menu that blocks many ports by default. Waste of time just like the rest of the process. After canceling my server, I missed that I also needed to cancel my windows server license separately. The day it was renewed I contacted support, but they refused to give me a refund.

The price, network and hardware are very good.

The support and delivery times are mind-blowingly awful. We've ordered several servers in Frankfurt with a delivery time of 72h. After about a week of ordering, we still didn't receive any server or communication from OVH so we decided to reach out. After going back and forth and begging for an ETA, we received the following response: "The server might be ready at the end of the month." (while we're only 12 days in the month). Nothing else. I understand that there's a global hardware shortage and that certain parts are difficult to get. What I don't understand is why their website claims delivery times that are flat-out lies. We were planning on doing a mass migration to OVH from a previous provided but the experience has been dreadful so far. I'm not sure if we can rely on OVH for our growth.

OVH offers a great infrastructure at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they still lack in many areas which is making us reconsider our decision to migrate to them.

OVHcloud advertises competitive prices, but you should avoid being lured in by low prices.

OVHcloud has terrible customer support and faulty networking services.

Nothing good has come from OVHcloud.
