La infraestructura que tienen en el cloud es genial. Lo que más nos gusta son los servidores virtuales con localización en España. Tener un servidor con dirección física en nuestro país es muy bueno para la latencia y ping entre servidor y usuario.

Si tuviera que decir algo diría el precio de los servicios. Entendemos el elevado precio por sus grande prestaciones pero realmente podrían ser menores.

Nuestros archivos están alojados de forma segura con OVH, lo mantenemos todo bajo su encriptación y de momento no hemos tenido ningún problema y en caso de que tengas cualquier problema su servicio de atención al cliente se encargan de ello.

Everything was very easy to set-up, from the actual web hosting to the emails. Also, there was a degree of transparency for each step takes, where OVH informs the waiting time and processes in queue.

I don't have anything to complain, although I have encountered some issues and waiting times while setting up the email. I understood after that it's not OVH issue, but the normal DNS propagation times. But in the end, how can you dislike OVH and its features ? Also, some more features in the plan would be nice to add, like maybe the possibility to integrate with some source management ?

La seriedad y compromiso social que tienen es inigualable, el precio quizás no es el más barato pero realmente vale la pena gastar algo más y tener todas las prestaciones que OVH da. Su sistema antiddos es lo mejor.

Como dije anteriormente los precios aunque puedo entender que sean algo elevados.

Uso sus servicios de hosting porque me encanta su antiddos, realmente es muy potente y tengo muy pocas caídas comparado con anteriores hostings que contraté.

The data retrieval process takes quite long, so, retrieving the files from the cloud is time consuming. Also, the uploading process look quite technical and not very user friendly which makes it another disadvantages.

The fact that it provides an option of continuous and regular backup makes our work easy. We do't have to manually go and upload our data and it is done automatically. Rsync tool does it all for us. Also, they provide good security for our data and the data is stored archived which consumes lesser space.
