I have multiple email accounts and I have to sign in to the one registered in order to use the tech support even when I am just replying to an existing ticket.
Moved our internal server to their cloud. Much less headache.

AccuWeb provide an extremely comprehensive selection of services which have thus far been simple to implement. They have a very responsive and helpful support team. The uptime for the site appears to be very good. The speed of the site seems good also.

customer support through ticket system is delayed sometimes, though live chat is helpful at times. hope so they improve their ticket response time as soon as possible, although still not bad what i am getting at this price.
