Lets' face it, Wordpress sites get hacked. I generally use quite expensive providers (like WPEngine) to avoid this risk and it's worth every cent. However, for a side project I spun up a site on AccuWeb and I am really grateful for their support. Yes, I let the site go idle and did not run updates. Yep, I got hacked. Yer, I had not backed up the earlier 2 weeks when I had done a lot of work... but they saved me! Restoring a special set of backups they keep.
Nothing I can speak of for the project I have running on their hosting.

customer support through ticket system is delayed sometimes, though live chat is helpful at times. hope so they improve their ticket response time as soon as possible, although still not bad what i am getting at this price.
