I was looking for another hosting provider to migrate my websites. I was happy with services on the old one but the prices has become unaffordable, so I was looking for the host that would have the same / similar quality for affordable price. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest option because quality cost. After the researching I stopped with A2 Hosting. One of the things that were important to me that they have a server location in Europe. What I was impressed of a lot was their support. The pre-sale team answered very quickly my questions. Afterwards, when I migrated my 5 websites (despite, they offer one website free of charge, I decided to do it by myself, cause I have knowledge and I still needed to migrate 5 and point the domains from different places). And I could say that during the process I was a lot on their support chat or submitted support tickets. Since I work in IT, I know that even you do the things “by the book” there is always something that doesn’t work as you expected. So I would lie saying that the migration was easy-breezy but their support is superb! If you don’t manage to resolve an issue on their live support (sometimes the issue is too complicated to resolve right away), they were very operative to answer the support tickets. Bottom line, I’m very happy changing the hosting company and that migration process has finished.
I didn't like so much the usability of their live chat. For example, at the end of the chat you can choose that the transcript would be emailed to you. It would be emailed, but it would never have my initial request (text). It would happen that not everything could be solved on the live support, so I had to submit a support ticket with the same issue. It would be handy if I could just copy-paste my initial text from the transcript, but that text wasn't included there.
I was changing my hosting company. This meant that I had to migrate five websites from one server to another.
They have fast support that seems to be available most days. I've never waited more than 2 minutes.
It can be pricy but you get a lot of value for the cost
I'm able to get web hosting for my business and all my clients. I can make websites for my clients and Host them all on my server.

Perfect customer support in every way. The kind of customer experience that makes me wish they were my employees so I could give then a raise. This is the standard that every company should strive to achieve.
Up until now there is absolutely not a negative aspect to point out. My expectations were not only met but exceeded.

The hosting of my website. I was registering a domain. Transfer from Squarespace to WordPress website builder. Other technical difficulties I was experiencing as well.
Team member is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. So, now I'm trying to meet the two hundred and fifty character minimum by typing mostly nonsense. The weather here is very rainy right now, but that's okay because it's been dry for a while.
I dislike waiting on hold while on the phone.
Cost effectiveness and support response time.
The A2 migration program from GoDaddy to A2 Hosting took about 18 hours for them to complete. It worked perfectly! A2 even migrated my WordPress site, BBQSheriff.com. A2 Hosting surprised me. I imagined all kinds of trouble. But migrating was no trouble at all. I spent very little time buying the Drive shared hosting package and answering the migration questions. A2 Hosting migration was easy. I only had to: 1) Change the DNS on my 8 Domains at GoDaddy to point to A2 Hostings 4 DNS addresses. Easy 2) Create my email accounts and assign passwords using Cpanel. Easy 3) Change the POP3 & SMTP server addresses in my email program "eM Client." Time-consuming
So far I have found nothing to dislike. I is working as advertised.
Prices are lower, email uses POP3, and SSL is free.
This web hosting has one of the best and fast support teams. Web hosting has many good functionalities, but the best functionality is its security tools.
The pricing of A2 hosting is terrible, and they should reduce their plan pricing.

The user interface can be a little intimidating at first, but there are plenty of helpful videos and tutorials to help navigate.
I have a number of small business websites that I have been able to build and manage myself with the help of the folks at A2.
I like that when I submit a ticket, they are on it immediately, for example, if my website is down. For less critical issues, they are on it within hours and I appreciate their sincerity and willingness to help me understand what I'm trying to do. They always direct me to their knowledgebase or off suggestions on the best way to get done what I need to be done.
At times, they don't understand what I'm asking and that could be my problem, but they make every effort to help.
I've been examining solutions for my clients, for example, their A2 Site Builder so my clients can edit their own websites. I am loving their A2 Site Builder and only wish I could have more than one to offer my clients without setting up a new and separate account for them.
I like that, usually, I will find the technical support agents actually care about providing great customer service to us (customers), which is a rare commodity these days. Some go above and beyond more than others, of course, but overall - GREAT tech support. In addition, they offer a plethora of services/speeds to choose for your desired plan based on your budget. Plus, their WordPress hosting is cheaper than most and has some of the fastest servers. No down time so far with them at all and we have been with them for a year now. Just switched from HostGator.
Some of the techs they use for level one service are from out of the country, which I really don't' prefer, but it's not real common, however.
Problems: general WordPress, plugins, and server errors which just comes with the territory. As stated - tech support is always very helpful. Benefits: Plenty of options within the Cpanel, plenty of speed and turbo boosting servers that aren't necessarily dedicated servers as those are very expensive - just all around, I find them to be a very well rounded hosting provider. Perfect? No. But no one on nor any business on God's green earth is perfect. lol
A2hosting is my favorite hosting. Server speed is very fast, they very reliable and their customer service is very good. I love their services.

I have had no problems so far
This is the 6th or so service I've used over nearly 20 years and it by far the best of them yet. I have a VPS. People seem to ask about speed because of the claims they make regarding the Lightspeed servers. Every sinle spec on GTmetrix was cut in at least half compared to previous and near identically speced VPSs. And the deal is extremely fare for what we have. More importantly, the tech support is amazing. There's rarely a wait for chat, and more complicated issues that go to a second level get immediate attention. Our site has never been down in three years, except for our own errors, like filling up the disk. It's just a completely different experience. I'm writing this during the COVID period. Business has slowed and expenses are being cut. They had no problem helping us temporarily save some money and no fees have been charged for changes made. This is a company that keeps its clients. 100% recommended!

Nothing much to dislike here. The website was running perfectly and the support team was prompt to help me in resolving DNS error I had faced once.
A2 hosting provided me a budget friendly hosting to start one of my project. The project failed unfortunately but it's failure had nothing to do with the web hosting. So overall it's reliable, fast hosting for hosting websites.
I have had A2 for almost a year now and switched from GoDaddy. Recently deleted some files before realizing I hadnt properly backed them up. I reached out thinking I would have to pay some astronomical amount to restore them (prior experience with GoDaddy) and was pleasantly amazed to find out that because of my hosting plan, they automatically back everything up and I was able to restore my files in minutes!!!! AM NEVER GOING TO LEAVE A2!!!!! Also, best of all, each site comes with a free SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt!
Nothing. In the year that I have been with A2 there has not been anything they have not been able to do or help me with. Each time I have reached out, they have been courteous and have resolved my issues right away.
Sites that are hosted on A2 go down much less frequently than those hosted on GoDaddy.
They deliver server response time and speed higher than the other three companies i used before. but the best thing i like about A2 hosting is that they do not cripple my shared server with extensive limitation rules like other companies. And the support is fast and most helpful. speed support

Well, give support in other languages like Spanish and abound more help content in this language. More information on help topics and tutorials on how to make certain settings. There are videos that are somewhat outdated and are no longer a great support as a guide, take the time to make new revisions since it has visually changed the structure of the page.
Since I started using the service I have not had any problems. The only question you ask for support was answered quickly. Access to the administration site is sometimes slow. The lack of more channels for support or solutions of doubts, thinking of clients outside the United States.
I do not currently have problems with the service.
