I find the spending management to behelpful for clients that tend to spend too much of business money on personal stuff.
I didn't find anything during my conversation that I wouldn't like. I have no had the chance to actually work in it.

I've been using expense tools for over 10 years and hands down, this one tops the charts for being my favorite, the most user-friendly, most intuitive. They make the expense submitting process less of a headache!
The only downside I've experienced is that the tool could use some help in regards to delegates and their capabilities. There needs to be more approval options when you are someone who supports multiple execs or departments.
Airbase is a tool that solves the dreadfulness that comes with submitting expenses in general. It cuts the time to a fraction of what I used to spend on it everyday!
The airbase is super user-friendly. For instance the ease of viewing reports, requests, and purchase orders is just a click of a button. I can set up virtual cards and see all pending reimbursements in one area.
I do not have any cons or dislikes. The system works fast, and all features are appropriate to the site. Keep up the super fabulous job airbase. You guys are going far.
Airbase helps me get reimbursed for travel needs such as in-flight purchases, job tools, ride-share receipts, and meal ticket receipts. Airbase has cut down on the worry of where is my reimbusrement. You can easily view what is processing.
I like that Airbase has an app, and I can instantly take a picture of my receipt, upload it, and be done.
Unable to delete incorrect reimbursement (only able to archive). It would be nice to be able to delete in full

I like Airbase a lot! I'm not crazy about how many approvals I need to get something done on occasion, but I understand why it's necessary.

Airbase makes it super easy to create and manage expenses for a team. You can easily see where your spend is going (and how much) to help make sure you stay on budget. This feature also helps me in budget planning as I can easily see reports of what I spent last year to forecast spend for the upcoming year. Airbase allows users to create virtual or physical corporate credit cards. Each is unique for each expense (either one-time use or recurring), as well as having the ability to request POs for larger spends. The system will automatically route approval to appropriate parties for each request depending on the necessary approval level, giving you real-time visibility into where you are with your approvals. All my vendors get their payments on time, and I have not experienced any issues using this tool to process invoices.
Airbase is the first platform I have used where everything is all in one place, so I am really happy with it. That being said, we recently implemented a new procurement tool (zip intake) and I wish that Airbase integrated with the software so we didn't have to switch systems to request the PO. That being said, it's a simple process to request, just a pain to switch systems. Overall, I recommend!
Airbase streamlines our expense management and gives us an easy way to deal with invoice management and billing. I love the summary of spend feature and the intuitive dashboard of things pending my action and open items that need my attention.

The bugs that I was experiencing were rectified by the vendor technical team early this year.
Automates AP, AR, GL and recurring billing. 2- & 3- way POs, receivables and invoices matching reduce discrepancies hence preventing loss.
Airbase is a very easy to use solution. The old headaches of having to do a million different steps to complete an expense report are over. I've not had to use a single spreadsheet since using Airbase!
I haven't had any major issues. I'm not sure what I dislike, probably nothing. I think a set of alerts when you are approaching certain budget limits would be nice. Additionally I could see some value in having a card that is apple pay ready.
My personal biggest issue that Airbase has solved is my need to float my company several thousand dollars every time I travel. Getting an Airbase card was simple, managing it was easy, and I didn't have to wait months for reimbursement.
Airbase is so quick and easy to use. Airbase will auto-populate information from your receipts which saves time when entering receipts from a long business trip. The dashboard also makes it easy to see which items you have submitted, which ones are waiting for approval, and what has been paid out. Before Airbase, I would put off submitting my expenses for as long as possible because it would take an hour or more of my day. With Airbase, I can submit each day using the app. Now if all the other daily programs I use would be as easy as Airbase!
In a perfect world, I wish I could upload multiple receipts simultaneously.
Its a quick and easy way to submit expenses which saves me time and allows our teams to recognize expenses faster.
