Airmeet was easy to setup and is packed with powerful features to host online events.

Recordings aren't available in HD quality.

Hosting events with multiple speakers and allowing audience to engage in multiple ways.

Ability to recreate a real room: stages, lunch tables with 4-8 seating options, backstage, live chat, live announcement, and private discussions.

The UI is not so friendly user. We had to rehearse a couple of times before launching our main event.

Trying to use typycal meeting platform (team, meet, zoom) inside web event, it sucks.

I liked the simplicity of the platform and the ability to create different events where participants can drop in and out.

It can be a bit challenging to get the hang of it initially (mostly because it's very different from what we expect with Zoom). But soon you get the hang of it.

It provided a more dynamic/interactive virtual event platform to use instead of zoom.

I really like the tables and networking features that gives attendees an opportunity to turn on their cameras and connect with each other. Also , questions from your attendees can be shared on screen for all to see!

There is a bit of a learning curve for attendees to get used to navigating , but that can be remedied with an attendee guide. If your event is more than one day, I think attendees will appreciate the guide and not mind the extra time required to learn how to navigate.

The platform helps me to deliver content in an immersive way, increasing the engagement. Also lets me deliver in a variety of ways to suit my attendees varying learning styles. Increases their ability to retain the information.

AirMeet allows professional branding, holds up to 100k people, and has exceptional user support. We had an AirMeet support team member on our live event with us for 2.5 days, and he was incredibly helpful. The fact that we can host events up to 100k people allows us lots of room to scale and grow. The main room for the event has very professional branding, customized to our company and our event, which gives the event attendee a unique experience and allows us to stand apart. Overall, I would recommend AirMeet to any company holding virtual events!

We found it difficult to get the right people into the right breakout room during our event, which was very challenging. Also, the 50 people per breakout room cap and the inability to mute attendees in the breakout room were a bit challenging and having those changed would be very helpful for our type of event.

AirMeet solved our problem of maxing out attendance at 1000 people on another platform. We can now hold larger events and reach more people.

Airmeet's design is very slick for the user and admin interface.

There is hardly anything to dislike. The UI can be made relatively faster.

I am able to engage webinar attendees in a better way than other tools. The ability to watch the replay, and remind the attendees saves a lot of time.

the platform features and the new launches in them every now and then we can experiment a lot with company events which can get monotonous at times but with airmeet they dont

The UI where the speaker cannot see the participants on screen even if the participants want to open their camera and want to see each other that is something that can be worked on

We can have large company events though its a bit costly and the pricing can be worked on but still the solution to companies to do company events and conferences with a hassel free way s something that is great about airmeet

Meeting rooms feature is awesome

First the clean GUI. It's straight, clean and easy to use. Support is also essential and they never failed to help me if I had a question or a request!

I don't have such dislikes, to be honest. I'm an early adopter and quite happy with my investment. I only hope that they will honour their commitments towards us, Investors. Because in the LTD world, the reality is not the best.

Engaging with my community, and meeting people from around the world while reducing the carbon print. Organising workshops, events and speed meeting with like minded people.

Airmeet allowed us a very visually appealing platform for our event and was easy enough to navigate through that it didn't cause big problems. We were able to engage with attendees effectively in different ways.

Some things are unclear - I wasn't sure if we could share videos or how to do it. There were a couple of things, but videos would be the most significant. A small thing would be the ability to have different reactions to comments in the chat then just a thumbs up, like the emojis you can use to react to speakers.

It gives a much better experience than just hosting zoom calls and cuts out the need for multiple calendar invitations when you're doing a more prolonged event over two weeks as we used it for. Having one hub that is pretty easy to use made the experience more enjoyable for our attendees. They have a few items that could improve, but I'd recommend them overall.

Immersive Virtual Events

I think Airmeet is the platform that most closely mimics the experience of a live event. The the1:1 speed networking and on-demand round tables are awesome.

Some basic functions are missing. It is not obvious how to close a session for example. Past events cannot be deleted only archived. so if you create test versions to run through with panelists they will exist forever. The polling function is limited in that they need to be recreated on the day of the event and you cannot load them ahead of time. Also, there is no CRM function at all so if you want to reach out to everyone who has registered across multiple events for each event you need to download each of them separately. Also, you can only load presentations in PDF form so you can't have animation.

I'm building a business and need to create a differentiated experience for my sponsors. Airmeet allows me to do that.

virtual tables where people can sit around and chat, much similar to Zoom's breakout room, but much more intuitive in their design and execution. You'll see a bunch of tables, each with a specific topic, and you just click on a table, and you join the conversation, and then you scout around and see which table your friends at, and join that table. it's quite fun. Then there is the Fluid space feature that they just launched, that's next-level stuff that mimics physical events that I am not sure how to describe, u should check it out!

Fluid space is only on the highest tier, PRO package. I hope this feature can move down the pricing ladder later. Also dislike some of the settings that can be hard to locate.

Our tables are designated in different languages and have salespeople from different countries manning their respective tables. So some Japanese or European clients who have difficulty understanding our Keynote in English, can hop into 1 of the specific language table and chat away with our sales rep. There are also booths that allow us to showcase some of our distributors

I really like how it is set up more in a conference format. I like the table options that you offer so they can be used for more deeper conversations.

I don't like how the speed networking was changed. I liked how people could choose to do the speed networking or come to the table, now it's not the option. It would also be great if there was a way for these meetings to be in person and within airmeet.

It's helping us to engage with our clients without meeting.

- It's harder to do a 'soft-launch' to see how things are going to work on the day of the conference - I could not find a way to delete / cancel an event in the menu.

- Allowed me to host a meeting with structure and a schedule, unlike using something like Google Meet or Zoom - Simple online link, no need to download any software

The interface and the features available for creating virtual events is really great. It makes the life of the event organizer easy

Hybrid is the name of the game these days. With Airmeet we were able to host our event for both physically present and virtual audience.

We are fighting Zoom fatigue. The reality is that webinars and virtual events are here to stay, but Airmeet helps us give them a different feel.

The platform is very user-friendly and has a super GUI. The ease of navigation makes it very simple to use and the overall features blend in very nicely.

Sometimes the process of logging in after receiving an OTP does not work. Users using apple devices face some issues.

Airmeet has been a great platform for event companies who had no means to sustain other than online medius. We have been able to improve our overall event standard by bringing in highly qualified leads without worrying about the geo.

Airmeet has provided a good platform for webinar for our professional association. This has helped us to reach out to more members.

The prices are a little bit high but there are a lot of features to work with.

Most webinars have the audience drop off after finishing with no chance at networking, the lounge feature solves this.

We have been able to conduct an entire webinar which was supposesdly held on live location. Also, now we can dive deep with people straight from their homes whih is big big plus in term of revolutionizing mobility. We had professional joining us from all parts of the world and it felt like it was done hassle free and even more effieciently than it ever could be done in an offline format.

Our team loved that Airmeet was easy to navigate and user-friendly. Our exhibitors and attendees were easily able to connect with each other and they raved about the sophistication of the platform. We also really appreciated that attendees could view the hard-coded text within the conference platform in their own language, as that was especially important for us since we serve families who speak multiple languages. The Airmeet support team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

We look forward to this platform being fully accessible with screen-readers, and we hope all video chats will allow for closed-captioning in the near future.
