We enjoyed using AIrmeet, it provided a conference experience in a virtual form. I like the virtual table setup that allows participants to have mini meetings and networking. The actual conefence setup allows both speakers and viewers easy to use platform for engagament and learning. I also enjoyed the support form the Airmeet team, they we're very accomodating and patient in answering our queries before, during and even after the event. I really enjoyed working with them

There may have been substantial update from this platform since we used it last year, so they may have improved some things. There is an understandable learning curve in using Airmeet for the first time. If you came from Zoom or other platforms.We also had to train our team and provide resources for our participants to study and prepoare them on how to use Airmeet. There were also technical glitches during our conference like partipants logged off, speakers not being able to present. These glitches may have been on the side of the speakers and participants as well. Good thing Airmeet was ready to support.

Last year's pandemic disrupted our scheduled event. Since we cannot meet for an actual face to face gatherng we were almost ready to cancel the event all together. But then we saw Airmeet, studied it and setup a meeting with their representative. We saw the possibility of holding a conference because of the platform. So we pursued it through Airmeet. It was the next best thing to an actual gathering. Airmeet provided ways and mens for participants and spekaers to connect. We had main hall gatherings and break out classes. The engagement were real time and intimate. It took a lot of preparation on our part but after the event, there was a strong buzz from our community because of the event and the platform as well.

The user experience and the the reports that gets generated or sent on mail is very useful and easy.

Using on mobile does not give the same experience as a laptop or desktop However as a participant doesn't make much of a difference.

Meetups and webinars.

C'est une solution tres interessante pour encourager des rencontres virtuelles .

J'ai assiste a des conferences comme organisatrice et comme participante. Je n'aime pas le fait d'etre coupe du public. On ne voit pas les gens, ca donne vraiment l'impression de parler seul ou juste avec les autres presentateurs

Airmeet est une solution interessante pour faciliter le travail d'equipe souple, des rencontres familiales et des tables rondes en parallele avec des conferences. Les participants peuvent changer de table facilement et donc rencontrer des gens qu'ils desirent. J'ai apprecie le fait de pouvoir organiser moi meme le nombre de participants par table. Ca offre beaucoup de possibilites .

I discovered airmeet by chance when I was looking for a place to host a few fun events. Google meet just didn't have the fun in it anymore. I was looking at mentigames, and how it would tag along with a virtual event. Boom. Airmeet, just out of beta, now open to meetings. Took a shot and set it up. It had all the features I wanted, but didn't know I needed. Starting from the session scheduling, speaker timings, to specifically the breakout rooms for audience to engage in light chatter when there is a small break. (Literally no one else had this). The event ended up having quite a bit of hype and I was really pleased with feedback from the attendees. Kudos to the airmeet team for thoughtful product management.

The thing that bugged me was mobile. The mobile experience was pretty much a delayed livestream. I had to persuade all attendees to join via a computer, as interaction would be impossible without it. These features on mobile would mean I'd be a regular user of airmeet.

The breakout rooms really help for teams to have mini discussions and the main room is where individual teams present their ideas. A closed ideation space within the main room mimics the whole table scenario in real life events. I loved that feature. I was sold on it.

I love the fact that all meeting are automatically recorded. Makes it easy to share with others who might have missed the session.

Been using the airmeet app, I wish they add more features like creating meeting via the app instead on the web. But since it's still in Beta I'm hoping for the best.

Mainly I host educational meetings for ladies who are new to Technical Writing. Airmeet has made us all connect together all over the world and share our knowledge. I can't stop talking about the fact that all the sessions are automatically recorded and available after the meeting this for me has been the greatest benefit.

The structure of the platform. It makes you feel as if you're having it all offline.

It requires very strong internet and little bit of fluctuations disconnects me from the platform.

The concept of waiting room is a genius implementation of practicality in the 3D world.

The Sitting Concept Really Encorouages users to connect before the webinar begins increasing retention. Backstage Controls are Awesome, mainly the Present Option and Outlook on Streaming. Also, when we introduce the platform to our webinar guests or community the response is always positive. What I love the most is the support personnel assigned for each Airmeet, helping in mostly all the questions of the community as well as the user.

A limit of 100 People is what I dislike but also compensated through Live streaming on YouTube and Facebook. Also, instead of a table of 4 people, it would be best to have a round table conference, :D Just joking.

The different rooms help us conduct meetings with different people simultaneously and saves a lot of time. We can jump rooms to gather or give out information as well. The easy navigation of Airmeet is another major plus point.

Its not something I dislike but something that I would surely like to recommend is a safety lock for every room. So if someone wants to join a room, they need to ask if the members inside the room have locked it. This would help conducting confidential conversation without the fear of someone entering.

The problem of time management. So, when I along with my other 2 heads are training our core members for cold calling, it becomes very easy for 1 person to take 4-5 people at a time in a room and then switch. This way all the heads take a cold call from every member in less time which isn't possible on other platforms as there, every member has to sit for every person to get their chance. Also the heads don't get a single room to discuss confidential information.

The core element of meetings is familiar but also ads some smart thinking such as a 'room wandering microphone' in the same way it would be experienced in a real conference where you ask the speaker(s) or panel, questions from attendees. Speed networking is great for randomising new connections - very clever! Room tables are exactly what we normally do in a sit-down networking environment. It just makes sense.

I'm still waiting to get individual links for tables, exhibition booths, etc within an event, but I think that will come eventually.

We've been able to bring our in-person events into a virtual environment that mirrors as best as could be expected with online tools.

I love many things about Airmeet. As a host, t's a very easy platform to organize events. As a speaker, it's very convenient to have your own unique link so you don't have to fill in your details anymore. As a participants, it's very easy to use. The best thing I love is the live reactions and video storage where as a host, you can upload a video and just play it. We used it to watch some movie once for an event.

Although it is easy to use, Airmeet has some technical requirements that makes it difficult to organize a huge event with several speakers and guests as it may be more complex than other platforms. Some of our guests and speakers encountered several tech issues, mostly in audio (they either can't hear or we can't hear them). However, they still liked Airmeet and with planning and orientations, it will be much smoother to use Airmeet.

More engagement and interactivity in events, it's very difficult for the audience to be engaged in other platforms. It is also difficult to simulate an actual conference for example. A benefit we realized was how Airmeet's restriction on small groups (which we initially thought was a hindrance) actually made it more comfortable esp for introverts (mostly Asian groups) to be able to participate more than if we had a physical event or a large online group call.

We ran a virtual career fair and having the lounge, booths, and speed networking definitely provided a unique experience for our attendees. The platform worked seamlessly.

We used magic links for event attendees to keep attendees' names uniform without giving out personal information. However, some of them were able to rename themselves and upload photos.

Definitely gives your event an experience of being in a physical fair. It is mostly the attendees being able to change their profiles even after using the magic links that we were a bit disappointed.

Loved the networking lounges and the ease of use for attendees

A great middle ground between a robust platform and a straight zoom .

AIrmeet is an amazing platform with a very easy to navigate interface with a flexible price model. If you are looking for a comprehensive and fast-growing platform with great live streaming, and a nice environment for networking and interaction: tables, speed networking, and booths. Another unique and fundamental feature is the 24/7 live support, Airmeet created an always-on online virtual space where you can meet (in any time zone) the support team and discuss with them any kind of issue and receive help.

It's a very fast-growing platform, so, most of the missing features are appearing every release. So far all great! There are small features that could be improved, but the Airmeet team is always available for support.

Organize and manage congresses, webinars, courses, creating delocalized events with small or big audiences. One of the key problems we solved is the ability to avoid boring stage events and to promote interaction networking and connections.

We used the platform for hosting Tech meet-ups and a conference. The team was really supportive throughout the event. Really liked the Conference path and the Networking Lounge with both Speed Networking, i.e., 1::1 random match as well as the Table Networking which is a big need for any tech conference and it was a big hit for our overall event and all the attendees really loved it. So overall we really liked the Conference path, Lounge area, Backstage and Stage area We also conducted some hack-nights using Airmeet and had briefings about the projects in the common sessions area and then headed over the networking area to join table for each project making it a smooth experience for us to host and all attendees to get value out of the event. Airmeet turned out to be a platform that we could rely on to reach out to all our audience, making it easier for us to host as well as providing a better audience experience.

It is still a Work in Progress considering the community manager has some restrictions on the Event backend and they've raise a request to get some of the operations done. Also the community manager has to add each speaker / host individually and each talk / session and it'd be great to have an Upload CSV option there to make it more automated. The Booth setup can also be done only from the front-end, i.e., after the event goes live / Airmeet is started by the host, whereas it should also be customisable from the backend. The booth area had only table networking but it'd be great to have sessions area there as well, i.e., a sponsor at the booth is presenting just like the main stage and any attendee can join the booth and see the content, which also removes the seats restrictions at the table. Basically, a lot of manual operations that could be automated in future and some controls that are only with Airmeet backend team but would be good to share with Event Organisers or Community Managers

Since COVID all our Python community events such as meet-ups, conferences, workshops, hack-nights, etc. have been fully remote and we needed a platform to be able to reach out to all our attendees and be able to provide them value and be able to connect and socialize. Airmeet really helped us solve most of those problems with the Sessions and Table networking making it easier for us to address the major audience and then taking individual tables for a specific topic / project, making it easier for people to interact and collaborate with large and small groups alike.

Airmeet is really user friendly, and provides a ton of opportunities for attendees to engage (emojis, raising their hand to come on stage, etc.). These features really encourage participation and increase engagement!

There are a few areas for improvement, such as sharing audio while sharing just an application (vs. full screen). Additionally, a way to email speakers their link from the backend of the platform and a private backstage chat.

It's a great platform for internal meetings & events, as it's simple enough to navigate but allows for breakouts/networking as well as presentations.

We were able to execute a 2-day virtual conference for over 50+ guests for free! Not sure if their pricing has changed since then but this was an enormous plus. We also liked the breakout tables and they seemed to do really well based on the feedback we received. The meeting sizes didn't seem to have a cap, and you could live stream alongside your seminars to YouTube Live and , I believe, Facebook Live.

The platform is still under construction so streaming pre-recorded video to the attendees was choppy and laggy. I had been in touch with customer support and they had tried to help me troubleshoot some of the issues I was having but it didn't really pan out. Would love to see that aspect better addressed in the future!

It was a great way for us to execute a low-cost virtual experience. The breakout rooms were a huge benefit for us as well, because they helped capture some of the "networking" aspect that you expect at a real conference. We got loads of feedback from attendees that they also loved this aspect as well!

The system was stable, and during our event, there was no disruption in the video streaming quality. Building an event page was relatively easy.

First-time users with single-session events don't realize the need to add speakers to events and sessions or trigger invites . It would be good to have an onboarding or tips. Also, there was this glitch where our potential audience couldn't register, although the registration limit was not hit. The problem was solved quickly.

We needed a simple yet powerful solution for our event. We tried Hopin and Zoom, but Airmeet was the most user-friendly application. We were not swamped with many features. This doesn't mean it doesn't have those features. To get started, you see the most important settings you need to set up during the flow, which doesn't overwhelm you.

Airmeet contains a lot of great features for personalizing your event in addition to offering insightful analytics around registrants, attendees, and engagement. What has stood out the most during my past year of using Airmeet is their outstanding customer service. During our first large event using the platform they ensured I had someone in the backend all 3 days to help resolve any technical difficulties that arouse! In addition, my account manager routinely checks in on our event goals and plans plus is always sure to get me in front of the right people to solve my problem or help improve our event strategy.

Our first event after signing on with Airmeet was fairly complex consisting of multiple days and tracks- which the Airmeet platform capabilities were perfect for. However, we did run into some trouble with the Salesforce integration. The Airmeet team worked tirelessly to resolve those issues and continue to delevelop the platform to better serve our needs in the future. Again- unmatched customer service!

We are a global company that hosts an annual 3 day event for customers and prospects. Last year we decided to have 3 different tracks in one day. We choose Airmeet as our event platform after understanding it had the capability to do multiple days, have networking lounges, and great metrics and abilitie to engage with attendees.

Great online conferencing platform. Multiple valuable features, backstage, onstage, lounge tables, booths, participation tracker and personalised invite links. Best in the field.

Some of our participants found navigating challenging as they were first-time users. Those who joined with a phone found it more of a challenge. Can they use the platform smoothly without having to download the airmeet app?

The smoother execution of online conferencing is the best feature of Airmeet. Entry and exit of speakers and participants are easily monitored and controlled. The backstage platform allows the organisers to discuss things online without the other attendees getting to know anything. The backdrop can be selected or created. There can be a check on who are the actual attendees, which is especially helpful in case we are having a paid event. Speakers are entirely in focus without having to look at many tiny windows of participants. One does not need to mute non-speakers. Tracking of participation is an exciting feature which helped my team engage all the participants.

Setting up an Airmeet is pretty straight forward. We are using this both for internal events as well as for client facing events. I.e. we ran our internal annual kickoff on Airmeet that was fully virtual due to the pandemic. On the other hand it is easy to spin up client facing events, i.e. to offer deeper insights into a topic.

the branding options still feel limited. I would prefer to be able to fully color the appearance of the Airmeet platform into custom colors. Instead we are relegated to switching out some key images and logos.

We use Airmeet to run both internal and client-facing events on a wide variety of topics. The goal is to make virtual events a staple of our internal and external communication strategy.

I love how simple it is to use. The backend controls help make polls and interactive activities with your guests possible. Everyone who has attended has had a high interaction rate. Not to mention, because airmeet also sends out calendar invites to confirm attendance, we've had record high registration-to-attendee ratios.

The landing page functionality could be built out better. I'm also not a fan of the embed forms because the customization is so limited. All of this can be circumvented though through Hubspot and workflows.

Airmeet has helped me solve the issues of having an engaged audience. It also enables me to post more fun webinars and that have a customized look to them (in comparison to standard Zoom webinars)

Helping in virtual meetings and trainings

Airmeet is easy to customize for your events with their different features. Also their customer support is quite helpful if you are ever unsure or want to run through something.

Sometimes the different pay for different features can be confusing or can be charged for certain parts of the product. Certain features only exist for certain set-up and would prefer having all the features available and being able to choose which ones to use.

Offering high quality virtual events for prospective students and doing so in a way that is friendly to our students and easy to coordinate for our institution and guest speakers.

The ability to record content and publish it after; the content hub feature as well. I like that we can make the sessions more accessible.

The registration process for users and entrance into event , I've found it to be frustrating and a lot of steps. It needs to be condensed

It benefits by improving accessibility to information, easy to share events, able to congregate with speakers and other members before the event to clarify logistics.

The platform is much, much more professional looking than zoom. The landing pages look great, as an attendee logging into an event the chat is easy to use. The backgrounds and layout of speakers look extremely professional. I love that the emails going out to attendees look much nicer than Zoom.

Their team is very responsive with any issues which is awesome. I know they are rolling out more features and giving users more of an ability to customize event settings. There are not many options to bulk edit features (session length time, and emails as examples). But the support team has provided workarounds for those items. Overall, I feel like it could be a lot more user friendly, definitely a learning curve if you've only used Zoom for events, but once you learn the platform it's not too bad. I would love if they would also add some kind of Speaker Directory where you can store all previous speakers instead of entering their email again. Overall, a very positive experience so far.

We wanted a platform that had more features and looked better than Zoom. This platform allows us to much more easily play videos, share downloadable resources with clients and more.

I definitely like that Airmeet is so customizable. You can set up several tables for virtual events. Also, the user interface is super easy to use/explain to the guests.

Airmeet is an amazing product. however, they do have some items that could benefit the user later on down the road. Right now, there is not a way to save templates for reoccuring events. Every single time it has to be re-wrote. This is extremely time consuming, especially when our use case is hosting 6-10 events a week. Also, we suggest building out a address book that will save your speaker/hosts information. There are still some glitchy problems within the program such as speakers/hosts not being able to use wireless headsets. Also, we had some issues with registrants not being able to join the events that they had registered for.

This is helping us solve issues with hosting virtual roundtable events. Zoom was glitchy on this part, so we have partnered with Airmeet to solve those. This has helped with our registrations.

The software is an excellent experience for all involved. Our attendees and vendors always speak highly of the platform and its features. They do a great job of incentivizing engagement. We also LOVE that the have a 24/7 support booth hosted on Airmeet itself!

A lot of their sales, billing and customer support is manual. It's anyone to have to talk to someone to change your plan or learn about pricing.

It's hard to run really engaging events on other platforms. Zoom is the worst, Hopin was okay, but Airmeet has knocked attendee engagement out of the park!

The customer support team are very helpful and listens to my feedback. I like how the speakers and hosts have their own communication tools and backstage areas.

There was an option use a link to the session recordings. That has now gone and I have to download the recordings to share with my cohort and it is causing major storage issues. Also the way you add a speaker - it is a little bit complicated and sometimes invites don't get sent out.

Being able to hold webinars and sessions on an accelerator programme as well as holding 1-1 meetings with investors, mentors and the companies. I'm also able to record the sessions.

Airmeet has templated event spaces but you're still able to customize with your branding. Everything you could think of for a virtual event is in there ready for you.

The onboarding/support to get set up could use some work - it's scary creating a huge event for the first time and just trusting that it will all work. Also not super ideal for single webinars as the promotional page looks bare if you just have 1 session.

Airmeet is anteractive platform that lets me plan and launch large scale events with ease. It has a lot of features that I wouldn't even think of like reactions, polls, etc.

I hosted the conference with Airmeet and it really was good with very good number of participants across worldwide. I was able to get help on right time from the support team. The meetup platform also so good.

Mobile app is not available for hosts and the people we try to bring on stage, which is really a need of a hour for the virtual sessions. Some glitches you will face if you use firewall or if you use your Company laptop where Airmeet does not immediately allow to enter the conference.

When i stuck with firewall problems where it did not allow me to host the meeting. I tried contacting support, but i cannot get directly and since i had the contact person number from Airmeet, i tried reaching them directly to solve the problem.
