The best part about using Airmeet is that it helps us create events that are highly engaging. There are multiple options to choose from in these ready-made sessions. You go there set the start time, end time, and duration, and you are ready to go. There is a lounge area where our students can go ahead and make teams and communicate with each other which is not possible in other meeting software like Zoom. We just love it!

Well, the experience of using Airmeet till now has been amazing but i think they can improve the video quality of the recorded lectures. Another thing we noticed is that at times the chat section doesn't update and you have to click on the dropdown which a new user may not know. Rest everything is awesome!

Since we are a company that teaches students online, it is very important to make these events and also their journey as much engaging as possible. That's where Airmeet has helped us immensely.

The Airmeet platform allows users to great events whether may be small-scale mixers to grand setups. This platform compared to virtual conferencing apps gives more opportunities to really connect with other people.

As much as it's easy to use for the creator, I don't really think it's friendly for guests. Over the past events, I've held with this platform some of my guests have experienced some technical issues. So, I feel that Airmeet needs to orient people who sign up to events.

A problem that Airmeet has helped me solve is connecting to other people in a more meaningful way in this whole virtual setup that is due to the pandemic. With them, I can create more memorable online events.

There is no stable mobile app. No Groupfie feature. No way to have a two way meeting. Mostly suitable for webinar style large events.

Airmeet is a very different approach to Virtual Conferences. A way for us to make virtual events as real-like as physical events.

The opportunity to interact with others during presentations, adding to content and engagement. This occured not only through chats and polls but also by asking participants to come to the stage.

As a presenter unable to move folk into groups (did not work as expected) and when in groups unable to access the documents posted in the session. This made the work of the groups difficult.

Working in respiratory health has made attending in-person conferences un-doable over the past two years. Airmeet has allowed us to move from biennial in person conferences to annual (one in-person and one online. Also the option to have sponsors is an enhancement as our members do not have the opportunity to interact with salespeople often to get information about new products.

UI & UX of the platform is the best. Gives an upmarket feel within this crowded segment of Virtual event platforms.

Event session view / calendar view for the admins is quite complex. Could have been easily fixed with a outlook calendar kind of view

All the virtual events are conducted using Airmeet and it solves the mediocre UI/UX feel in other platforms with a more rich experience.

The platform always evolves over time and never leaves out updates to those who trust it from the beginning, I am appsumo lic and I do not regret this.

There are some translations that are not correct in Spanish, but I think they will be solved with time.

We do virtual events of all kinds and the solution turns out to be a very good experience for the users.

The networking tables set up are my favorite. It allows people to move between tables freely.

It takes a lot of upfront work to set up. The video resolution for presentation is not the best.

The ability to have networking sessions where people move between rooms freely and see all the options of where they can go.

The on and off-stage functionalities for hosts and speakers allow granular control of who is being displayed and prevent unwanted interference from other session participants.

The lack of backstage after a session has started. In a real event, speakers may join the session very late, so there is no way for hosts/co-hosts to do a backstage test with the speakers who came late. A workaround was to create a separate room to conduct the mic/video/presentation test with the late speaker, but it would be great to have this in-session backstage built-in. Besides that, I wish that PowerPoint files can be presented through Airmeet while being able for the speakers to view the online participants. Currently, speakers had to use a multi-monitor setup to view participants as slide presentation takes up one monitor. The approach can be similar to sharing PDFs, where the PDF is displayed in a smaller window so that Speakers can still see other Airmeet UI elements while navigating the PDF.

Airmeet simulates a physical conference pretty well, allowing us the flexibility to conduct a hybrid conference where physical participants and speakers can also listen to others sharing and interacting live from overseas.

Different features like announcement feature

Speaker not able to connect with multiple devices and a speaker cannot write on his/her tab to explain audiance better.

It is a wonderful platform to connect people virtually which is cheap and less time consuming due to no travel compared to a physical meeting.

Easy to navigate. I like the private chat within the panel where if there are any queries during the event, only the host team and the panellists can communicate privately. Also, poll options are good, and popping the questions onto the screen is also great. Post-event metrics are detailed and easy to export and save for future reference.

Whenever the host needs to come back to the stage during the event, only the co-host can bring them back on stage. Sometimes, if there is no coordination between host and co-host, things may mess up. The only solution is to do dry runs, having clear communication within your team, and then it will be easy to handle. One request though - in future, it would be good if the host has the control to get back to the stage whenever he/she/they needed! Also, if the pop-up question size on the screen can be reduced a bit, it will be great as sometimes, in a roundtable discussion, some of the guests' face gets hidden whenever the question pop-ups.

Virtual meeting is made easy

We were conducting a remote conference and our internet went out briefly! Thankfully Airmeet was the "host" so the meeting didn't cut out. That would have been a nightmare!

A little tricky to learn at first but not too bad with all the support offered!

Hosting platform, lovely interface, very professional for a small company!

UI is awesome and the way employees can react and comment simultaneously is a char. Moreover the view of speaker and toggle for the same is also much appreciated.

On HD mode it delays the visuals by 5 seconds and the same becomes problematic while running rapid-fire questions, this also keeps on adding on if we switch on to Lite mode.

Airmeet has solved the basic and interactive UI of Zoom and Google Meet while providing much more options of engagement.

It's easy to create the events and add speakers.

I could not find a way to cancel an event I made by mistake.

The ability to host a conference online.

The most helpful thing about Airmeet was the dashboard. Being about to keep track of your conference analytics was great!

The downside of using Airmeet is that you don't get access to all the new changes/enhancements unless you purchased a specific package.

Some of our attendees were having problems connecting to Airmeet. Airmeet is looking into the backend of things to see what they can find and how this can be prevented from happening in the future. Our attendees pay to attend our conference, just like we pay Airmeet to use their platform, so they expect a good experience with very minimal problems.

Being able to upload videos and have them stored on the cloud, videos were able to play smoothly without interruption.

Sharing screen was a little difficult, especially PowerPoint slides and slides with sound.

Airmeet helps us solve the problem of having a way to display posters virtually where authors can communicate with the other attendees more easily through the booths. The reception area was also a great feature to have in a virtual setting.

Easy to use, flexible, and great interface. Enjoy how customizable it is to showcase our branding during presentations, the look is very professional. And registration system is easy to manage, we share the link directly for promotion.

Sometimes had connection issues where the wifi bars are down, showing 1 bar instead of 3, but there was nothing I could do to diagnose it or fix it during the webinar. It meant my video was fine but my audio wasn't coming through.

Greater community of more engaged job candidates interested in our recruitment-type webinars. We've also used the tool to host a weekend-long Hackathon event where the social tables came in handy.

I love how Airmeet allows you to customize everything! Airmeet enabled us to have different rooms, just like we would in an in-person event. We were also able to add logos and links to the speaker freebies in each room. And, once we go the hang of it, it was really easy to use when our event was live.

It was a little hard to set up. We were in a rush to get everything set up and we struggled with understanding all of the features and doing a "quick set up" we could build on later.

We needed a platform that made it easy to do a virtual event. Something higher-touch being on Zoom all day. Airmeet created that for us. We could have different rooms for each of the speakers, multiple rooms going at the same time, links to speaker booths, etc. Airmeet enabled us to do everything we thought we needed for a virtual summit, and more!

It works, it just works. I've even used it with a not-so-great connection and it doesn't drop at all.

It's complex, unnecessarily so. Until the last moment, I always have doubts if I configured everything correctly. Many users don't understand the difference between regular chat and Q&A. Also, there's not an easy way of tracking which questions the speaker has answered.

Other tools used to make you install stuff. Especially to the members of the audience, but this is not the case. It works very smooth and if you don't make people register it is extremely easy to join the meeting.

I love the backstage feature. It allows you to meet with panelist prior to going on stage. This really simulates an actual in-person experience where you get the opportunity to speak with others prior to presenting.

I did not like the feature that everyone, other than meeting host, could view stats for the event. This should be optional.

Airmeets solved the issue of us not being able to host an in-person event due to covid restrictions.

Airmeet was very appropriate for our event because of the "virtual tables and chairs" format. We work with young students, so this platform was great for them to know where to go at a specific time. In addition, it made things much easier for our organizers that we did not have to move people through breakout rooms manually. In addition, if a student ever got "lost" or went to the wrong location, it was easy to locate them on the platform or send them a direct message.

I was not too fond of the small screen-sharing window on Airmeet. The Airmeet platform also does not seem to share sound well, which was a challenge for us while conducting activities. I hope that in the future, Airmeet can get on the TechSoup platform or offer subsidies. Our group really likes most of the Airmeet features, however, as a nonprofit, it was difficult for us to pull together the funds to afford Airmeet Premium for an event with over 100 participants, and unfortunately, purchasing Airmeet Premium annually without subsidy is not financially feasible for us.

Our event aims to encourage junior high and high school students worldwide to develop innovative solutions to real-world issues in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. We prefer it to other videoconferencing platforms like Zoom due to its easy accessibility and visual components.

Airmeet has unique features like virtual tables which attendees can join, so you can have very personal chats. Overall Airmeet is easy to personalize and it responds very fast.

Speakers also count as attendees, I'd like to see a number of speakers included with the plans. Would also be nice if you could reuse Speaker accounts in new events.

As a school we organize 'open days' every year for potential new students. Due to the Corona crisis it was not possible to setup open days as we used to. Using Airmeet we were able to offer an excellent alternative.

Managing the event was the best part of this. It was swift to add participants to the stage, and the request for the mic feature was friendly and worked very well for our event.

When we used the anonymous join option, then the limit of participants reached very fast because we have enabled guest visits so that anyone with the link to the event can join. Due to internet issues, the users get dropped, and when they join again, it was counted as additional participants. The participants limit should be on the no of active participants and not on the no of sessions the user enters; after switching to the registration process where the user needs to provide his email address to join, this solved the issue.

We did it for our office annual event due to COVID. We were not able to do it physically, so to provide users better experience, we did it using this tool, and the employee experience was perfect.

I appreciate the modern feel of the platform. I also really like the varied options that are used for connecting. I mainly have used the session portion and the lounge area which are both dynamic features.

I do not like that there are certain elements associated with registration that are fixed. I wish there was more integration available for registration pages. I do not like that Stripe is the primary payment plan used as this is a very American feature. I also would like an option to have a customizable schedule for attendees to make their own experience.

Airmeet consists of individual rooms that allow participants to hop in and out. This helps to create more specialised events and types of engagements! You are able to organize events in a formal manner with a dedicated host and co-host private areas and chat features with speakers!

There are some limitations when it comes to using a mobile device and also the lack of a virtual background which may dissuade participants from turning on their video.

Creating different kinds of online engagements apart from the conventional platforms. Airmeet allows an exhibition like setting that can be customised with the rooms, a conference event, and also increased networking with participants via Speed Networking which makes it an exciting experience for all!
