We have been using the from December 2017, that keep adding features & very helpful staff, you can even request them features which they surely take it seriously & try & implement it. It very easy to make a app, We personally did not have any app building experience but this platform is easy to build with no technical knowledge.
Mostly I have not faced any issues with Appypie but as it is human made so there are flaws but which the seriously try & rectify. The only issue I am facing now is the difficulty to add variant product through CSV file they really need to work on that. Rest all their team is awesome

Appy Pie's Engineer's/Technical crew is top-notch and very knowlegable. They are client-committed and were the most patient staff I've had the pleasure to work with. Don't worry; professionalism must be their mantra.
There was Nothing to dislike. Appy Pie never left me waiting. I was just glad they spotted the problem and had a solution right away on two platforms (Google/Android and Apple/iOS).
Having a website can be challenging. It can be hard to draw traffic to any site. Times have changed and so have habits. Most are carrying a mobile phone rather than a computer. A mobile app makes it that much more straightforward to drive traffic.
I love the customer support option via chat. I was having trouble loading the app on the apple and google store. I decided to start a chat with customer support, provided my login info and they took care of everything.
All services were excellent. There is nothing that I dislike so far.
I will be able to provide a secure place for my clients to monitor their service, provide feedback and improve thier credit scores.
Immediate assistance is what I find that is the most importans, and they sure have it!
I don't have any dislikes on this behalf!

had a problem with the apple upload to the apple store. using the support system helped me solve my issue.
The system is very easy to navigate and not needing to know code is invaluable. I've been very pleased with the overall experience. I feel like there are a lot of different layout options to choose from which is very nice.
There are a couple of customization options I would like to see related to navigation buttons when you're inside a 'page' of the app. When I make changes it takes me back to the home screen where I may or may not have to log back in.
Though it's easy to use and build the overall app myself within the platform, when I do run into technical issues, the live support is very quick to respond and thorough in their guidance of what to do. Or they just do it for me.

Creating an app
It's very quick to get ahold of support when you run into an issue with the chat option. I really enjoy working with Cherry, Piyush, and Bob. Very quick to configure an App and deploy to the App Stores.

We needed to reach our customers digitally. Very quickly, we have been able to do this.
I'm in the process of creating my first app prototype, and I've been delighted with the customer support. They have answered every question and worked through every issue as I've built out the app.
What makes it great is also what makes it limited. It's meant to help anyone create an app, including those with zero coding knowledge. Therefore it's not as flexible as I'd like. But who can make a decent app in a few days for almost free? I'm saving thousands of dollars, and I have control over it.
I'm monetizing a product to a customer base who is accustomed to getting something like it for free. I need an app to do this.
Once I got to the submission team, it was quick, and they were so helpful. Submitting to Apple can be frustrating. It is so good to have the professionals taking the lead.
Getting past the sales team can be time-consuming.

Easy to use. Easy to ge support. Affordable.
Limited design. The template design of food court is not as upto date as other competitors. It very dated. If you look DoorDash, you can see what I mean.

I didnt like having to download other systems to get the apk for the publication. It should be able to be done on the website with out having to download other systems.

The free version could be done better. It dosen't highlight everything that the app offers. It can put a lot of new clients off due to it's simple design.

Their customer support is excellent, and their app-making platform is so easy to use. I so much love the GUI (graphical user interface), so great and catchy. You can build an app for all purposes and test it without being charged (free trial), then you can upgrade later to the premium package

Very easy to use with drag and drop options. Detailed explanations of each function and A+ customer service available on their chat 24/7. I have always had excellent results with their customer service team. No question goes unanswered. I can add images of anysize with the ability to crop them within the app. I can add files from my computer or from a website. I can integrate my own forms. There are so many things this app builder can do!
Limited is some applications, like no plug in for new social media platforms (e.g. Rumble, Parler, Gab). I can't bundle downloads into one download to sell. Small price to pay for a great app builder for someone with limited coding experience.
Was apple to get two apps submitted and approved to apple and google in a short amount of time. Was able to make downloads available to customers with in-app purchase using a free app. I was walked through how to change background colors and text colors to overwrite the theme. No matter what time of day I'm working on improving the app, Appy Pie is always available to help on their chat.
