I like this software because it makes it easy to produce email campaigns to multiple people at once
The process of producing the email is very time consuming
This software is good to produce the number of emails a company would like to send at once
I like the new version that is easy to use.
The lag time. The website takes a while to load, in my opinion.
We send out 97 million emails from campaigner everyday.
We've recently transitioned to campaigner and they did an awesome job at working with our team to get us integrated and quick to respond to our questions.
You have to contact them to make updates to our footer if we use a smart footer feature.
We presently use Whatcounts and we've had a number of issues with that ESP. Campaigner has helped us get an API and the ability to set up smart templates via the API that we couldn't with Whatcounts.
I like that you can choose a plan that works for you. You don’t have to pay for 3 million contacts if you only have 50,000. I also like that it’s easy for someone without graphic design experience to create an email blast campaign. It’s easy to schedule the mailings and pull the analytics.
I wish there were more in depth analytics about who opens and clicks on each email campaign.
Campaigner email helps us reach a larger audience and help our clients spread their message. We can also target specific regions and sectors of our industry.
Efficient and makes work easier. Ease of use
Layout is a little complicated could be better
Communication
We have been using campaigner for many years now and while its not as powerful as its pears like mailchimp it shines in its simplicity and ease of use.
Campaigner doesn't differentiate fake email addreses from real ones, checking our subscriber count I see far too many bogus emails.
We are using campaigner for email subscribers from our customers..
Just switched. Like the flexibility of the templates.
Sometimes the test email Doesn’t come to me for several Minutes.
Marketing to a large number of people.
We are just switching from Streamsend to Campaigner and having a great time with our account rep. The platform has a lot of tricks up its sleeves when it comes to testing and variable sends.
The lack of a drag and drop edititor is a major downfall, but they are working to create one.
Campaigner provides a heatmap for analyzing campaigns which is very helpful in testing different placements and customer link tracking. This is something we have wanted in the past.
Its very simple to work with and provides desired results
The costing of the product and sometimes the interface
To contact multiple people during Job fairs
It's an efficient way to get stuff out to a mailing list
It has a lot of problems and isn't super user friendly
It helps email a large mailing list at once
Very Responsive & Helpful team, ability to segment lists & customize sending
Some glitches. Templates are awful - need more professional/corporate templates
We have been able to qualify our lists, send e-mail smoothly, have had some great input from Campaigner staff on how to best optimize our send score. We are effectively sending mail without being labeled as spammers, which is an issue we've had with other services (we are a non-profit, not spammers).
I like the fact that I can send a regular email out and it looks like it is a regular email but it is going to several people simultaneously. There are a bunch of other neat features too but the essential thing for me is to keep emails looking personal while utilizing the tracking and analytics to measure effectiveness.
Every time I add a new list of contacts from a trade show or some other source, it always locks my account and requires a phone call in to them to unlock it. I find that a bit inefficient and annoying. But I guess it is to make sure that people aren't spamming on their system.
I pretty much addressed this above. I can send a regular email out and it looks like it is a regular email but it is going to several people simultaneously. They can track the delivery, clicks and general tracking and analytics to measure effectiveness.
Very intuitive, easy-to-use email client. Phone and email support is very reliable.
System experiences occasional slowdowns & glitches.
A lot of our dealerships had not been taking advantage of our email program. Now as the word has been spread, we're seeing an uptick in volume. Benefits are increase in sales & service bay customers.
IT said learning to use was with minimum effort.
Reports a bit of a challenge. Still have not figured out how to view bounces and unsubscribes.
Providing top of mind awareness to potential clients
Once we set up our templates ( 40) on boarding users (admins) was really easy. The product is very intuitive. Did not require IT support from our company.
Reports were fast, but clumsy. Which I could set up monthly and yearly reports. Maybe I can, just don't know how to.
We could not deal with bounce back management.
The interface is nice looking and easy to use. I was a user of a previous email program and migrated over with a fairly easy process. The stats are right up front when you log in so you can see how well individual campaigns are doing AND how overall stats are.
Right now, using emoji's in subject lines are so popular. I constantly get emails from companies with cool emoji's ... Campaigner has emoji's but the choices are incredibly limited currently. The way that creating and scheduling a campaign is formatted it intimidating at first - you're not quite sure if you're just saving, getting ready to schedule and send or none of the above. When copying and renaming a campaign, it is super important to learn to mouse click a green check-mark - you can't simply hit enter to confirm a change. That is more of an annoying habit change that takes awhile versus a true flaw in the service.
Scheduling and sending large quantities of emails, the ability to schedule far in advance, use A/B split and have current templates that are mobile friendly and responsive are the main problems Campaigner solves. Benefits are less overall work, less headaches and a great looking dashboard for stats.
Campaigner is good in the ultimate goal of Email marketing i;e lead generation , it can be achieved awesome with excellent Email delivery . It is most suitable for high volume sending . Campainer have wide range of IP pools. Our emails go out without any throttling issue.
The use interface seems to be decent but not much interactive. They should work on UI layout. Social sharing is very limited. Except this , the email delivery software is very good to use.
We have dome email marketing and generated good leads here. We have gone through more than 10 email marketing solution , but we have found best email delivery here.
Campaigner lets all users send an unlimited number of emails. The ease of usability is very highly regarded in our company as well as the detailed reporting system. It has a pretty good automated emailing system and we use it for reoccurring emails. I love how they offer so many pre made templates for us to use.
campaigner does offer a 30 day free trial but there will be a monthly fee right after, no matter what the size of the number of contacts. Pricing for Campaigner is on a per month basis, based on your number of contacts. The customer support can be better, we were not able to contact anyone about our inquiries. Advanced features are very expensive!
We did enjoy the non capped features that campaigner offers, we were able to send and successfully track hundreds of email campaigns within one month.
We started our email marketing program with Campaigner and have learned a lot from the service. We have moved to a different service as our main ESP but use Campaigner to meet some specific needs we have in our program.
The template building process isn't easy, and the service tiers aren't user-friendly for our company. If there were a system to learn how to build the templates when we joined, it would have made our learning curve quicker and easier.
Campaigner allows us to reach our customers as we need. We can build an email to contact our customer database quickly, but only because we spent time figuring out the system.
It is fairly simple to use. I like that there are different templates to chose from and I can. Build my email without knowing coding.
I don't think it's as easy to customize as other programs I have used. I like to click and drag and this is more inserting text boxes/photos and then not having much control where they go.
I just send press releases with it. I use reports to see how many people open it. I like that there are templates to chose from, but not as (easily) customizable as other programs I have used.
