Customer service has been great, and it has way more options than our previous platform.They are also prepared to set us up as a reseller, which is something we've been looking for.
The free trial is very glitchy and it looks old. They advertised being able to post to social media, but it's not like Hootsuite. You can't schedule social media posts; you can share your emails to social media. Any form you set up is very rigid, and if you want to change something at the end of the process, you have to go through the first few steps all over again first.
I sometimes have to log out and back in to get it to work.

Customer satisfaction and client hunting
I love how much functionality is included in one convenient all-in-one tool.
Sometimes there's a bug in the system and things wouldn't work that I'd end up reaching out to support for. For example, hosting GIFs has to be done on IMGUR to get the size/quality ratio right, but this took a bit of trial and error before I figured this out with support. The great thing is that support is extremely responsive, and if you're lucky enough to get Jenirose, you'll be fine - she's amazingly helpful and patient.
With Campaigner I didn't have to use multiple systems for different aspects of a campaign, which means I don't have to take time trying to integrate all of them together. That said the workflow and automation options were limited. Campaigner has lots of visual styling options, but they also allow HTML import and export so we can build custom designs and still use all the platform functionality with them. I love that aspect of user control and privacy are built-in, so I don't have to go out of my way to set-up aspect that make communications GDPR compliant. However double opt-in is forced with every single form creation, even if an opt-in isn't required (ie. a simple, one-time pdf download).
I like the reports and analytics. Very easy to use.
unhelpful customer service. The send function was down for several hours the other day

When informed of a new customer signup, I'm sent only the first few fields of information. I have to log in and open the file to get customer city, state/province and country as well as any comments left.

Campaigner email is a difficult program. I don't enjoy working with this software. Campaigner allows you to use a color wheel, however, this one upside does not make up for the user difficulty.
It's easy to learn how to use and send emails. I'm not an extreme marketing guru, so the product works well for my skill level.
The product crashes, in the afternoon it goes down and runs extremely slow. There is always some sort of error message. You have to refresh the page constantly to get anything to work.
It gets the job done, but not as efficiently as I'd like.
- Quick access to campaign performance reports and data - Ease of uploading graphics and contact datasets - Easy to send test emails
- Ambiguity of error messages when the system has identified an issue with the email content OR contact database. The message is visible only for a few seconds, telling you only that "Your account has been blocked" and "Contact customer service". Is the issue the content of the message? The data? My payment status? No clue! - Discourteous and powerless Customer Support. Even if they manage to identify the issue, they can't do anything to resolve it. They may put you on hold for 5 minutes while they "analyze the problem" then return to let you know that someone will respond my email within 24 hours. - 24-hour turnarounds for every exchange of information with follow-up customer service. This means that days can go by before you can send your email campaign. Meanwhile, you're trying to convince Cust Support to help you use the services that you've paid for. - Ambiguous terms of service. When you sign up for a subscription, they do not let you know how you are limited in the number of records hosted AND in the number of sends you can initiate. - Hard to un-subscribe. If you call and ask to terminate your account, you're told that someone from the account management team will get back to "within 24 hours". We had to cancel the credit card we were using to avoid getting auto-renewed. - Online design templates are horrible to work with and use long-deprecated HTML tags.
Business objective: Send emails on behalf of our commercial clients to execute lead generation campaigns. Benefits - Once we overcame the issues mentioned, the emails were sent as expected.

For quick and effective emails, this is not the greatest program.
I haven't really found this software to be useful to the business. Emails bounce, and the company has gotten a very large unsubscribe rate when using this marketing too;.
Campaigner Emails are best to generate more revenue and for good growth of business and also it is best for customer retention as well as to keep customers engaged with your brand.
Sometimes many images are only used for increament of sales only. Rather than only sales based emails one should also use informational emails also to increase customer engagement with your brand.
Campaigner emails solves most problems for any business. It help into delivering good results for brands by using personalizations and engagibg contents for their customers.
Have been using Campaigner for almost 2 years without any issues. Any time I need help, I just call.whenever I have an issue. The cost is very reasonable as well. There are cheaper options but they don't have as much support.

It's a great way to reach out to our clients, leads and employees when we want to send an email. We have received good results from the email blasts and the templates are very easy to use.

Nothing! Compared to the system we are on and have mandated to us by Nissan Canada (One-To-One) Campaigner is more cost effective and allows us the ability to create what we want with our own tools, images etc.
When we send out a campaign, we see the analytics immediately after it is sent, allowing us to follow the progress and to see if it is working! We are able to contact those we want to target by the results even closer.
