It is fairly simple to use. I like that there are different templates to chose from and I can. Build my email without knowing coding.

I don't think it's as easy to customize as other programs I have used. I like to click and drag and this is more inserting text boxes/photos and then not having much control where they go.

I just send press releases with it. I use reports to see how many people open it. I like that there are templates to chose from, but not as (easily) customizable as other programs I have used.

Campaigner is easy to get setup and to use ive been using it for a bout 5 years now.

it is a bit dated the templates are old and stuff is harder to edit if you dont know html

The trait I liked the best is how user friendly it is. It is pretty straight-forward and you can add on different target markets to cater to your niche markets.

There is not much that I disliked about using Campaigner Email.

I like how you can store templates and time emails to go out so I don't have to worry about when to send and take time to write a new email everytime

Honestly the program itself is great. The thing I would maybe change would be the layout and the look of the page

I enjoy the efficiency of Campaigner-- overall good experience.

I think at first it is a little difficult to navigate and get used to.

A bit clunky to navigate. They recently took over from Streamsend, and the integration is not ideal.

Easy duplication, good for HTML builds, can send high volumes quickly and easily, customer support is solid when something gets out of hand, analytics reporting is solid.

Clunking UI, lack of templates, sometimes buggy when using redirected link, isn't as user-centric as some other market solutions.

We needed a solution for e-blasting a variety of publics and audiences, and campaigner made it happen. Built in analytic reporting seemed accurate and were solid deliverables when we needed to report receivership of emails.

I don't have much to complain about this tool. It's very friendly and I haven't had problems with it.
