I love how much functionality is included in one convenient all-in-one tool.

Sometimes there's a bug in the system and things wouldn't work that I'd end up reaching out to support for. For example, hosting GIFs has to be done on IMGUR to get the size/quality ratio right, but this took a bit of trial and error before I figured this out with support. The great thing is that support is extremely responsive, and if you're lucky enough to get Jenirose, you'll be fine - she's amazingly helpful and patient.

With Campaigner I didn't have to use multiple systems for different aspects of a campaign, which means I don't have to take time trying to integrate all of them together. That said the workflow and automation options were limited. Campaigner has lots of visual styling options, but they also allow HTML import and export so we can build custom designs and still use all the platform functionality with them. I love that aspect of user control and privacy are built-in, so I don't have to go out of my way to set-up aspect that make communications GDPR compliant. However double opt-in is forced with every single form creation, even if an opt-in isn't required (ie. a simple, one-time pdf download).

It is a great tool to easily Create, Send & Track your individual Email Campaign

It is not intuitive, and they haven't done any kind of software or GUI redesign since I began using it. Making a template should be easier than it actually is using the software. There needs to be an easier way to set up the formats and apply to email.

Our company uses it for simple email blasts to the employees of our association.

The plethora of features available on the platform are great.

The ability to receive customer support when trying to utilize those features.

Creating email blasts for specific incentive periods.

I like the reports and analytics. Very easy to use.

unhelpful customer service. The send function was down for several hours the other day

we were sending out too many emails. Now we send out one weekly newsletter and have had a great response.

Numerous templates - especially appreciate the responsive designs as nearly 1/2 of my customers view their emails on mobile devices.

When informed of a new customer signup, I'm sent only the first few fields of information. I have to log in and open the file to get customer city, state/province and country as well as any comments left.

Campaigner works well for our designers, though the process for uploading is quite manual. (I've found Constant Contact to be a bit more user friendly in this regard). There are lots of widgets within the tool, but I find them to be quite manual as well.

If you're looking for a simple reporting dashboard or comparison tool you will need to look further. The process for us to visually and efficiently measure email success over time is a drag. The only feature Campaigner offers is a standard export all option for reports, which churns out a very beta Excel file. If your team requires visual or digestible reporting please plan to do it manually.

Our switch to Campaigner was simply a result of them buying out Email Direct. Unfortunately we didn't have time to assess whether this was the best fit for us. Other than facilitating our emails, I don't see any real benefit for using Campaigner. Though in today's world, email systems are a bit like the DMV - there's not enough competition out there to make these companies work for your money.

The fact that it can send email, I suppose. There is little else good about this platform.

It's very difficult to add integrations (gravity forms, etc), the email editor itself is archaic, the customer service is not great at all.

Sending fundraising emails. It has allowed us to send mass emails.

The themes are great color schemes and the example text is very visually appealing. Importing new contacts is a simple process and sending emails to our clients is easy.

It is difficult to use. I have a hard time with the themes. Images need to be confined to an extremely small space, and at times it leads to grainy photos.

Campaigner email is a difficult program. I don't enjoy working with this software. Campaigner allows you to use a color wheel, however, this one upside does not make up for the user difficulty.

its is a bit confusing to work in starting like to figure things out but then once we get used to it it works great. would appreciate a guide help for new users

its fast and funenled down to easy steps and remembers the setting for next time use.
