I had some problems importing my list due to file format issues, but their support was good. They helped me out with all the problems after the call. They were quick to respond when I didn't understand something. That did help me out a lot. It would be nicer if they had different price plans, to be honest. Sometimes the software did get a little to slow.

I've had problems because the settings are usually a little difficult to use as it has a little difficulty understanding and explaining them because of their technical form of moderate use, should improve more when I try to make the designs of the newsletters that do not expel you so quickly for inactivity of use of the page as it often happens when not used much and is a problem because I have happened to have things saved done and expel me from the page for a moment of inactivity and lose the content extracted from the text being spoken.
