i cannot think of anything i really dislike about cloudways

Being able to easily navigate different servers for clients and make changes.

Easy to host a website. The best part is live chat support for every kind of help. Fast, reliable and best uptime. Little heavy on pocket, but not very much costly. Provide and manage free ssl certificate.

A little high pricing for those who are just starting.

The main problem with me is not being so much technical. For example: many times fall into some issues with my website, and I really don't know how to manage it. But here comes the cloudways, because I don't need to do anything. I just need to get in touch with cloudways live support and they take care of most of the technical things, and always give me best advice.

Cloudways offers amazing facilities at amazing prices but I feel that it cannot be used for hosting websites with sensitive data as the support teams can also access servers. This is the only area I feel Cloudways can further improve security.

I wish you didn't have to go through the runaround of enabling elastic email on every new site - this should come set up already so you only need to add the domain records

I have 35 sites hosted at a reasonable cost with very good uptime and security.

I like that I can create my own servers in a non technical way. I don't have to use other "shared hosting" plans that have other peoples websites that impact mine. With my own server I can do anything I want and I have full control over it. I don't have to spend a ton for that either which is a huge plus!

Everything has been great. My only small issues are it would be nice to have phone support even on the lower level hosting. Also would be nice to have some type of cpanel where I can access files when needed.

It solves my create your own server without it being expensive and not having to be technical. It is super simple to switch between servers and access the main settings I need to get to.

I love how easy it was to start building out the door. I was a little aceptical at first because they will even transfer your current build for you. I chatted with support and they they were great!

There isn't a ton of apps built in but that's not a terrible thing. They are also having some changes when it come to their smtp provider settings which has caused some additional work but nothing major.

I need a scalable solution that I can build, backup, create staging, and duplicate sites on multiple servers. This solution does exactly that for me. It's very user friendly.

Confused package plans, calculation of cost is a bit difficult.

With Cloudways, I was able to easily install my Node.js application and set up SSL by default. This resolved the issue of Mixed Content when accessing the backend from my frontend HTTPS domain. I did try AWS, but unfortunately, they do not provide SSL with public DNS which made it difficult to resolve the Mixed Content issue.
