The best thing about Copy.AI is the organization and coherence of all the tools. If you are creative enough, you can get your desired output by using different tools together, it has always given me results that were beyond my expectations!

Since the tools are a lot in number, I guess they can be further simplified or cross-matched for a particular tasks, some tasks are needed to be done with 2 or more tools but there should be an option to get two different insights with the same target.

It has streamlines my whole writing process and certainly saves a ton of time! Secondly, it gives awesome ideas for content that most of the times I fail to capitalise on!

Really nothing, the copy.ai team does such a great job of iterating and updating that any items I've "disliked" have been address quickly through fixes or additional features.

The free version is not so fast yet it is good for limited content.

Copy.ai is phenomenal. I've been a content professional for my entire career and have owned a highly successful B2B content agency for 13 years. I was skeptical. I didn't believe AI could *ever* replace a copywriter. Make no mistake — it can't. But here's the thing... Copy.ai makes a solid writing team vastly more productive, efficient, creative and just BETTER at what they do. The best writers have skills WAY beyond the writing itself. They think, develop and create stories in a unique way. Copy.ai just adds fuel to their process and makes them even better at what they enjoy most — creating! I have tested several competitors and not one of them even comes close to Copy.ai. In fact, those other platforms were why I never thought AI could touch the writing process. Then came Copy.ai. I only wish I found it sooner!

There are times when the output cuts out mid-thought after 1000 characters. However, I believe this is a limitation of the underlying technology — not of Copy.ai.

Copy.ai throws fuel on the creative fire. It allows me to still have unique, creative and specific thoughts — and creates multiple ways for me to slice and dice the writing outcome. It's like sending a creative brief to a room of 15 writers and getting 15 (SOLID) ideas back in a matter of seconds. I still need to refine, curate and pull the final piece together...but an exponentially faster rate.

You can create text content for any kind of project: blog posts, product descriptions, sales copy, video scripts, eBooks, and more. I'm very impressed at the detailed content and ideas that can come out of Copy.ai.

A few glitches when using Copy.ai. But these can usually be resolved fairly quickly by refreshing or giving it another go with some more specific information. For example, repeated text: sometimes when using the blog post wizard, the headings used in the content structure appear in the body text that follows it. Or notes that I've written, to simply feed the AI, appears in the final text. Just little issues like this. Again, easy to fix though.

I like good writing, but I don't like writing much. Copy.ai can speed up the writing process, and along the way, come up with new perspectives and angles you may have not thought about (without time-consuming research.) It's a really reliable writing assistant.

I don't like that copy ai gives sometimes random answers that are totally opposite of the truth which wastes a lot of time looking for quality results, of which sometimes there is none.

I like the features that give me the ability to brainstorm without needing to jump on a call with other people. I work remotely and find Copy.ai is a handy tool that aids with the creative process.

The platform is still learning. I often get copy suggestions (especially for longer-form pieces) that need to be heavily edited or have references that mention the wrong company or product. I feel concerned that the AI may be pulling random phrases from the internet and fear accidentally plagiarizing another author. For this reason, I don't use the longer-form features.

Copy.ai helps me operate more independently and come up with better ideas as a writer. It's nice to have an extra "brain" in the room, especially when I have writer's block.
