I like the ease of use and the vast list of tools. Copy.ai has more than 50 tools that I can use for multiple tasks.
I would want it to support different editors, like Notion, Google docs, etc.

There are many AI writing tools out there. What makes Copy.ai special, and why I left another tool to subscribe to a year of Copy,ai, is because they are more affordable, while you still get all the great features. They also have an extremely attentive team that is always active in their Facebook group. They listen to and implement feature requests from the community. I've seen them grow so much in the half a year I've been using this program on an almost daily basis.
Sometimes the AI puts out nonsensical answers, but they recently implemented a new feature that allows you to remove these answers and help teach the AI not to do this. And it's always only one or two out of the other dozen good outputs.
As a digital agency, I have to put out a lot of content. A. LOT. OF. CONTENT. Copy.ai solves the problem of time. I can easily get the creative juices flowing with this tool. Blog posts, social media captions, website copy, landing page copy, event copy... the list goes on. Lately, I've been experimenting using copy.ai to turn recorded transcriptions into blog posts. The applications are limitless, especially as they add templates.
The most helpful aspect of CopyAI is its ability to iterate over many creative options in the writing process. It shows you various angles and approaches which can then be used as inspiration or curated into compelling copy.
Occasionally, the bugs in the AI tool can produce work that is nonsensical, irrelevant, or very similar to other, existing work. This is why curation and taste are still necessary to use such a tool to create good work.
The problems this tool solves for me include generating social media copy based on existing collateral, generating a large amount of creative ideas and using them to launch new written projects (esp. useful in new startups), and using the sentence rewriting tools to show alternate ways of expressing the same ideas.
The Copy.ai structure is excellent they have more than 100 templates ready to help you create quality content, in all types of copy.
Copy.ai does not place as much value on the SEO of the generated content.
The biggest problem that a tool like copy.ai solves is agility and writing time. Copy.ai makes my work more productive.
I like the hashtag generator and blog post wizard is pretty good.
The quality of the content is not as good as other platforms.
I'm not familiar with problems they're solving.

Copy.ai has helped me a lot in my work; anyone can make a blog or article within 5 minutes, which can be very informative and quality. The ability to obtain findings in a matter of seconds would be another benefit.
I have personally experienced some time copy.ai provides plagiarism content which is not good, but I hope their works on this issue, so users like me won't face such issues.
Creating any content for a blog or caption for social media post. With this tool, I can perform that in minutes, and the quality of the content is excellent provided by copy.ai.
I liked copy.ai because it was new and promising. It had more options than the previous AI writing tool I'd used. The quality of the copy was fair and usable.
I felt limited in terms of how much I could produce. And I simply wasn't satisfied with the quality of the copy and the overall user experience including learning how to use it.
Copy.ai helped me get some write ups when I felt overwhelmed or uninspired. It benefitted me by relieving me of some pressure.
I like the writing descriptions feature. I'm not sure what else is available or how to use it. The plans are 35 month. Seems expensive to me.
I just this it is expensive. For someone just starting out, I have no clue really what I am doing. I am not aware of the product services or even sure if its worth the 35 a month. I don't have enough experience to make the decision yet.

Blog post generation is of very good quality. Best full generation service that I've seen so far.
Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too. I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending. There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan. There are features that are written on the website that are not in the product. Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.
Copy.ai is very good at generating blog posts that are of good quality, that include current knowledge, are written well and are seo optimized.
The best features are the ability of the GPT engine to produce output from internet search. The "infobase" is a nice idea for informing the model, but also has major issues (regular outage).
The software is completely unstable. It throws errors about 50% of the time, so those features can't be relied upon. The team is focused on pushing it's "workflows" instead of fixing the product, so sales keeps promising things it can do that CS has to come back and say "well it *should* do that soon."
1) condensing large volumes of text - this didn't work most of the time 2) generating policy or process - this also didn't work most of the time 3) provide focused information about specific use cases - the infobase broke so much that it could never reference it or produce results
I like what I heard about copy.ai. I like that they could or should be able to shorten my work load. But the short amount I got to use it did not impress me. chatgpt 4 does a better job.
I paid $432 for a pro account. I paid another $145 for 500 credits on Saturday and used maybe 15 of those credits. I opened my account today (Sunday) and I now have 0 credits. I tried to reach them for an answer that their support does not work on weekends. I work on weekends. I need those credits. Not a great start. I'm highly underwhelmed.
Unfortunately, I get better results with the straight ChatGPT 4 platform and I did not get a chance to continue dialing in my workflow to see it do any better. The 500 credits I bought disappeared overnight... Literally.
Super helpful in trying to find the exact words! I can go on and try other longer form and its really awesome. I used Grammarly tool with it. Its features are way better than others.
What i dont like is that, i really have doubt with the plagiarism issue so i have to recheck the given data and stats being given so i could worry less when using it.
Super great help for me. Whether short or long copy ,it enables to give more insights and much detailed words which i cannot put into words on my own. Yes, it increases my confidence too!
The most helpful part of copy.ai is the ability to quickly write multiple versions and options of the copy. I used the product to generate subject lines and headlines for email newsletters and quickly generated and found 20 different subjects I liked and passed them along to my team for review.
Mixed in with many of the good options were a few options that were just completely off the mark and didn't really fit. I hid those and quickly continued finding good options.
Copy.ai is helping me generate copy for my email newsletters saving me time and effort. The copy is high quality and grammatically correct and requires minimal editing, something that is not so common from human writers ;)
