I stumbled upon copy.ai on a whim and have instantly been using it for my work, case studies, and product descriptions. I love the variety of copywriting options offered, and how copy.ai takes my sentence fragments or train of thoughts and formulates them into beautiful, coherent paragraphs to best tell the story of my brand.

Oh my goodness how do I decide the best part of this?! There are SO many different features I've used from social media captions to hooks, product descriptions, mission statements, and so on! I am not the best writer, so it's nice that I can start typing into any of these various features and voila it shoots back SO many different options to pick and choose from. It's like having a ghostwriter without having to pay them a ton and wait for their response. It's amazing!
I haven't found anything I dislike, even after thinking about it for a while.

Sometimes the tone of voice doesn't match the title perfectly.
I'm constantly writing about the same topics (HR, Talent Acquisition, Culture, Feedback) and in all honesty, it does get a bit boring. I use Copy.ai for alternative wordings, new inspiration to frame topics slightly differently and to keep my text as engaging as possible. Really helpful and easy to use!
Copy.ai has helped with content writing immensely!!! Whenever i have a brain block i can always count on Copy.ai to at least give me some new ideas or motivation if not write my captions and blogs from scratch! I cannot recommend this service enough times.
the only downside to Copy.ai I have found is sometimes the information pulled is inaccurate. This is such a small flaw, however, when I am going back through and making changes in content anyways. Example-wrong date....very minor

It's solving the problem of how do I write a witty or romantic or funny product description I also get more engagement on social when I utilize it

Logging in via a link sent to your email. I wish we could just log in instead of having a link sent to our email each time

It makes writing copy incredibly easy and produces amazing results in an instant. We use it mainly for our blog introduction, spend a fraction of the time on creating an intro paragraph copy.au does the rest.
I would love it if they had some more options for website copy, this would be helpful and improve an already great product.
