Frase is a content optimization software that also works as a chatbot tool, however, both features are sold separately. It also uses AI to optimize content and can reliably improve your content development to help outrank the competition. Frase’s outline builder is known for creating intelligent outlines perfectly optimized for target keywords and FAQs. It has great analytics and comes with real-time topic scoring. Content optimization workflows are included and are scalable depending on business needs. You can also easily import content from URLs and Google Docs can easily be integrated.

Streamlined process for SEO best practiices, the developers have a very clear idea how to achieve great results on correlational SEO and all the features are optimized to achieve results. You will find more mature tools for 10x the cost and way less active product development than Frase.
Nothing significant comes to mind. Some interface elements could be improved, but nothing mayor.
Excellent for creating content briefs and generating outlines, applying some artificial intelligence to the process and getting feedback on SEO and content quality. It has many more features like integration with your website's search console and benchmarking against your competitors, but for researching and writing it is outstanding.
As an assistant, Frase looks over your shoulder with suggestions you may not have considered.
I don't like that Frase won't make me a grilled cheese sandwich while I am busy writing.
The major benefit I have realized is a shorter research time for complex subject matter for technical clients.
I love the SEO writing features - easily find content gaps to compete with the webpages high on the SERPs. Quick research. Auto re-write. Too much to mention. I also love how they are constantly adding new features and keeping the software up-to-date with the latest technologies.
I would like to see improvement in the Frase Answers. It seems like it hasn't been updated for a little while, but I heard that it is being redeveloped. So fingers crossed :)
Saves time by doing some of the research and writing automatically. Plus the SEO knowledge provided helps me fill in content gaps to compete with the top performing pages currently on Google. Great stuff.
I love Frase's ease of use. The user interface is very well-designed and it's just simple to use. I use a few other similar tools and Frase is clearly the best in terms of user experience.
I wasn't really impressed with Frase's AI writer. I use it for optimizing content that is written manually, so I don't use all of Frase's functionality. It could be an awesome all-in-one tool, but as of now, I don't think the AI writer is as good as some competitors like Jasper.
Frase helps me to ensure that articles and blog posts are optimized for search. I've been using Frase for two years and it works well for improving rankings and search traffic.
The outline builder makes it quite easy to compare existing content and understand what is ranking already. The content optimizer further helps in completing our content gaps to ensure a high quality output overall.
For long articles, I have to scroll up and down to view my article. I hope they add a sidebar for header based content navigation.
Ranking a piece of article as a new site is almost impossible without understanding what is required to be considered rank worthy. Frase helps with this content gap discovery and content optimization to ensure we get a fair chance.
Super convenient to work with. Built and designed with writers' user experience in mind. Constantly improving and developing. Great communication with their community of users.
Not much! Rare glitches are usually caught and fixed quickly, and only happen with new features that are launched as early as possible for user feedback (which is always fun and exciting).
It helps streamline content creation and optimization processes. A good tool for SEO, research, and collaboration with content writers. It's also, a good way to keep track of content quality and refresh it in the right way at the right time.
Going from keyword to SEO-optimized article has never been easier
I like everything about Frase and Frase Team. Frase feels like you’re using content marketing cheat codes
Frase feels like a next-gen content tool that’s not just exciting for SEOs, but for writers as well. In my mind, that’s more important to create successful content.
I write about several topics and different formats; technical papers, blogs, website content and more. When I first start with Frase.io I was impressed with its ability to guide me to write about topics through its keyword look-up. I found what others were talking about and their approach to the topic in seconds. It allowed me to shape my article and create something totally unique - key to my brand. In other cases, it allowed me to expand my knowledge as a research tool. When working on my website I was able to quickly review my keywords and understand how my content could be improved for SEO. Now, a business owner who needs to up their credibility with strong content should know there is also a very cool little chat bot that captures emails and allows me to create a database of questions and answers for visitors to my sight. It flags me when I need to do some training (when questions don't have an answer). In a world of apps for this, that and the other, this one is value-add all the way.
It was not aligned with rewriting my dog-based business and the AI often mixed up my field with non-related field terms. Frustrating. I am hoping the AI learns other fields like Animal Welfare and Social Change.
As above.
I enjoy how user-friendly Frase is and the setup.
Need more training videos and continued ways to learn more and more.
Content management and helping develop revenue
I struggle writing content for my site and this has made it easier to develop strong articles from the resources available. I have avoided writing because I would get stuck after the first paragraph and Frase has helped reduce that feeling. I tell everyone about this tool whenever they need some content help.
There isn't much I could say that is negative about this tool. I have enjoyed it after writing a few articles. The SEO-addon is extra but I feel there are other tools and keyword planner that can provide that information without having to use the one provided by Frase.
I am solving content writing for my blog. I am able to provide thoughtful and in-depth content that could take me months into days.
Creating content outlines and briefs is so easy with Frase. I actually enjoy planning content and drafting outlines now.
The Answer Engine limit could be set a little higher. It's pretty easy to burn through if your site is getting a lot of hits.
Speed and quality of content production. It's been a massive challenge and this is the first tool that, so far, seems to have solved the problem
I highly recommend Frase to anyone serious about blogging, SEO, content writing etc. It speeds up your workflow by an incredible amount!
There is nothing that I dislike about Frase!
Frase is helping me quickly create content briefs for my team as well as optimise content for our blog.
Competitor analysis becomes a piece of cake. If you have a topic in mind, check with Frase, and you'll see at a glimpse how your top competitors structure their articles. Also - their AI writer add-on is fantastic!
not really. In my opinion, it´s a steal..
The article outlines for my writers, competitor analysis, AI content if you get stuck while writing an article
The content research and AI tools make it easy to create great content without having to go from tool to tool to tool.
Inability to download analytics is a bummer.
We're better able to organize pages into clusters and make sure we are answering the appropriate search intents.
If you want to create multiple articles for a new website where you won't have to worry about paying multiple softwares for research and writing, then Frase is the answer to your need.
The software keeps on getting better in each update, I am having a hard time keeping up.
Paying for different softwares that I need in order to deliver a good and seo-friendly article.
What I like most about Frase is that my SEO research, optimization and competitive analysis is all on this platform. I also love the AI writer to assist me with ideas and inspiration.
There is nothing I dislike bout this platform.
The biggest problem I am solving by using this platform is shortening the time it takes for me to write content that actually ranks on Google. Another problem that I have resolved is I am more inspired to write more content. Frase gives me enough information through the research process to develop a complete article that contains the most relevant topics and ideas around the subject manner. It also gives me an easy way to create a pillar content strategy.
I can determine what others are searching for, and what they find online, enabling me to find topics (and gaps) for my blog posts.
No particular dislikes, although for some topics where there may be "disagreement" online, I'd like to be able to ask for material that supports (or refutes) a given statement
One problem we solve is identifying questions and topics that are getting a lot of attention online within a category, so we can focus on those
Frase helps you write content by creating a brief then lets you know the main topic clusters and which words your competitors are using.
The add-on AI feature is not as good as some of the others out there. It tends to go off track sometimes but the team are constantly working on ways to improve it.
It's helped most of my pages rank on page one by showing what should be included in an article.
Writing content that Google likes is hard. I love Frase's ability to show you what you need to include in your articles. It's made a massive difference in my ability to write articles day in and day out. Not to mention the AI helps when I get stuck with Writers block.
I would like it if I could move things around, like using a dock manager. I would like to have my outline on one side and the article I'm working on on the other side. As it is now, I've got to have multiple windows open. The only other issue is the WordPress integration needs to be rewritten not to use xml-rpc.
Frase lets me write high-quality articles written quickly and efficiently. It cuts my writing and research time down to about 1/4 of what it used to be.
The powerful AI writing feature and it just picks from wherever you want the bot to start writing
A bit more enhancement is required as sometimes the bot starts writing over irrelevant stuff
Writing projects Biggest benefit is definitely time saving. I am able to finish a 2000 word blog within 2 to 3 hour which used to take more than 6 hour before.
