For one, it just works, and it doesn't suffer from cyber attacks, unlike its competitor, yet. It is easy to configure SSO with the guides they provide. It is also easy to generate passwords for account creation. The interface is simple and easy to use, which is the most important aspect IMO.

Customer onboarding - While it is good for the administrator, the customer onboarding doesn't help to secure buyins from our internal customers with engagement or more resources. They are also only base in US hours, making it hard to engage with APAC customers.

Very easy to install as an Admin and ease use password on the end-user. We were looking for a solution that all our employees could use, and not only tech-savvy.

I wish their new import feature was available when I first created my account as the import experience from another password manager was not that easy. But overall, I am very satisfied.

The new import feature helped me a lot to increase the usage as it had been a blocker for sometime. I have heard that we will be able to edit the categories, soon, and I can't wait for this new feature also.

I've used several password apps and Dashlane is by far the best. It's easy to use, works on all devices, and even saves payment info or secure notes.

I don't dislike anything about Dashlane. I've been using it for over a year, first as personal user and now as a business user.

Sharing passwords securely with my employees, family, and clients has never been easier! Plus I can securely make online purchases without pulling out my card.

As an administrator, Dashlane helps me to monitor how secure our employees passwords are, and it helps block all accesses in an off boarding process.

Sometimes have issues with the auto-fill feature not working on websites. It will recognize fields like name and email, but sometimes miss address in the same set of fields.

Making business accounts easily accessible by everyone. Makes business accounts accessible to more people in our company. Love that it has the capability to be used on multiple platforms as well.

The secure notes. Yes notes. It's an easy way to store your messages on anything and keep them safe. You can also share this with anyone else with a click of a button. Also the Dark web monitoring is great.

Group or Team Sharing. They could do a way better job or allow us to create groups and sub groups. This is a feature, but its ease of use could be better. The only other part would be

Gives us a central location to save all company passwords. We also use it for storing internal processes or standards that need to be secure. The Dark Web Monitoring can connect 5 email accounts. This gives us a proactive view for any possible issues with our email accounts.

It solves the issue of end-user visibility while still respecting the privacy of those users. It helps implement and track cyber security initiatives. It also keeps my passwords protected for both professional and personal use.

The ease of keeping all of my passwords in one place. It is easy to find and update passwords. It helps to autofill forms and payments.

It can get frustrating when it tries to autofill things that I don't want autofilled.

From the time I've started to use Dashlane, I cannot work without it. It helps me a lot to create and store strong passwords across all my devices.

When you share a password to other users, it's slow to appear on their interface.

When your company has various online resources that have shared logins, Dashlane has been extremely useful for sharing/updating and managing passwords and access.

The removal of the stand alone app makes it a bit more tedious, especially when you have various browser instances with different logins. Also, the pop-up for password changing can be a bit obnoxious sometimes, especially for admins who are managing multple user passwords. I'm not changing my admin password, I'm changing the passwords for the users under me!

Accounts where multiple users have to login using a single user login. This helps managing who has access, as well as being able to see where the last access was from.

The ability to share passwords with colleagues without giving them the underlying credential. The syncing of credentials across all devices linked to my account is also a life-saver

1. I do find that Dashlane doesn't do a good job of unifying credentials on some websites. Microsoft has a few domains that are used for sign in purposes (live.com, microsoftonline etc). With passwords changing every 60 days, I can't always rely on the password suggested by Dashlane as the password linked to th at domain might still be the old one. 2. The web app is awful. It's far too difficult to get an overview of all of your credentials. For some reason it also wants to only show you a limited number of records, so when I have to manually update credentials for all the linked MS websites (see above), I first have to search, then click "View more" and sometimes a second time. Just show a list and add live filters.

Keeping track of the hundreds of credentials that I have. Allowing safe and secure collaboration between colleagues. Providing me with dark-web monitoring to let me known when something is wrong.

Dashlane business has made passwords much easier to manage. We use it in our accounting firm, where we average eight passwords per client. Dashlane makes it easy to manage those passwords with the team while maintaining high-security levels.

The only downside to dashlane business is the admin UI takes time to get used to. Setting up groups is not super easy since you have to go into a separate console.

Each client in our accounting firm has on average 8 passwords that we must keep track of. Dashlane lets us keep those passwords safe between our team members without compromising security.

Security, and the fact that we can share passwords with each others is extremely helpful.

There are no things that I dislike for the moment, receiving more reports on a weekly basis would also be something interesting to put in place.

Dashlane makes it easy to generate, manage, and share passwords across devices and team members. This is especially important when working with multiple systems in multiple locations. The ability to share a password with a team member for a time, then revoke access and change it provides added security. As a bonus, the secure notes, ID storage, and payments storage is helpful for managing identities online.

My main complaint with Dashlane (also applies to other password managers I've tested) is it is a bit too eager to please. When the browser extension is activated, any time a field appears where info from Dashlane can be filled, it fills that info. For services where you have multiple logins this can lead to auto-login with the wrong account.

Secure password generation and changing, sharing across devices, and sharing across team members is the primary reason we use Dashlane.

Simple and secure, we use share account across organization members and we use our personal password as well using everything in one single account.

Not so confortable the password sharing across organization's members, the steps to share them are quite tricky.

Password overload was in full force prior to Dashlane. I had a huge hesitation in spending this money for a small business such as mine. Don't hesitate! Don't waste another day stressing on remembering passwords, selecting passwords, finding passwords... Dashlane fixed all of that!

It doesn't work as well as I'd hoped with my phone, but I am sure it's works as well as it can considering the phone design of their software. Hopefully in the future it will continue to improve.

Password overload.. creating passwords.. Dashlane solved all those issues.

Form fill online and on mobile devices is the best I've ever used. Securing master access with biometrics is a nice touch. Now using it for entries to automatically provide 2FA to specific sites during login - appreciate not having to look up codes in authenticator apps. Automatic payment account entry helps to defeat keyloggers. And it's awesome not running for my wallet every time I need to pay for something. Secure notes have been a useful tool for remembering combinations.

Occasionally Dashlane pop-ups will get in the way of manual field entry, although you have the ability to disable it for the session. There are times when certain login screens will prevent Dashlane filling in fields.

Our functional area teams are able to share much more complex passwords to better secure our strategic sites.
