We never have to remember our passwords. We can share login information when necessary. We can segregate passwords according to our roles. Dashlane is avaliable wherever I go!
There is no means of marking favorites so they show up at the top of the list.
We are able to meet compliance requirements.
Auto-generation and storage of passwords across all my platforms. I also like how it reminds me not to re-use passwords and how I can make my passwords more secure
Sometimes the auto-login can get a little buggy if you are signing into a platform where you have multiple accounts (i.e. business & personal)
Dashlane manages all my log-ins and allows me to shared credentials with other users in my organization. Dashlane also allows me to monitor the health of my organization's password security practices.
Allows great sharing of passwords between colleagues AND separation between work and personal spaces.
Integrating Single sign on is a pain to do
Way better than storing passwords in any other form, especially when they need to be shared.
Easy to use, works well, nice UI, pretty reliable, easy to manage
Can be a little buggy. Not as feature-rich as some competitors
Forgotten passwords/password resets are a thing of the past (for the most part) Dashlane is helping us be more secure by using unique passwords
A clever password wallet with a multi platform compatibility. Dashlane is compatible with the new passkey that will sooner replace a lot of passwords, and in a multiplatform way. A clever pricing tag
Well i'm using it for like 10 years now, the start was somehow complicated with some troubles and issues. But now that it is full on web without the heavy client, it works fine, nothing negative here. It's a clever choice
Handling all the passwords for a healthcare IT team
Dashlane's Password Health score is incredible. It displays the strength of your passwords as a percentage, encouraging you to strengthen them for greater security. The Dark Web monitoring feature is particularly amazing, informing you if any data breaches have compromised your personal information. While Dashlane provides a free account, it is limited to one device, making it better suited for exploring the software than for daily use. Dashlane is a good option if you want an easy and secure solution to manage your passwords.
free account option is limited to use on only one device. This restriction can be frustrating for users who require multi-device access without upgrading to a paid plan. But Dashlane is definitely worth considering nonetheless.
Dashlane's auto password filling tool simplifies the process of securely entering into websites and applications. It eliminates the need to remember or input complex passwords by hand, saving time and lowering the risk of using weak or repeating passwords. It is constantly scanning the Dark Web for hacked email addresses linked to your accounts.
Easy, intuitive, continued upgrading, elegant
sometimes the pop up window gets in the way.
I dont want to know my passwords, but want a platform that will know them for me and make them instantly available securely
It works seamlessly on all devices I use. Authentication is very smooth and fast. Adding credentials for a new service is done with just a click if the service is supported.
Sometimes the browser plugin does not seem to work. Also not all apps and websites are supported automatically. In these cases I need to cut and paste usernam and password.
I am able to use distinct and complex passwords for the many services I use without the need to remember the passwords or reuse any. This greatly improves my personal security standards.
- Unique, super strong passwords for all online accounts - Securely share passwords with members of the team - Change shared passwords without needing to tell anyone - Dark web monitoring - Secure notes for extra information
- Not being able to set some admin settings to a new default or make them compulsory - Can't remotely log out other team members - Can't downgrade the subscription ad hoc (would be great to add and remove users throughout the year without having to pay for empty seats)
Having unique super strong passwords for everything, without even needing to know what they are. Signing in to everything with 1 master password is so quick and easy.
Dashlane simply works. We use it for our business passwords, 2FA codes, and firm credit cards, shared across our team. It allows us to use complex passwords and is there when we need it. Address and payment information is auto-populated into forms, reducing mistakes and increasing security.
Occasionally a form won't auto-populate as expected, but that's becoming rarer. Credit card information can't be shared between users.
Almost all of our systems are web-based and we have an obligation to keep client data ultra secure. Dashlane lets us use extremely complex passwords and share them among the team. 2FA codes can be generated in the app and auto-populated adding another layer.
