I like how it's user friendly and you don't need an account to sign
There isn't anything I can think of, since I've only been the one signing its been easy to use

I like how it's well integrated with many device types. Makes it easy to sign documents on the go.
Compared to some other e-signature platforms like HelloSign, DocuSign's UI could be improved to be more modern.
We use DocuSign to send out PDFs that need to be signed by our clients when initiating a contract for a new sale. It makes it seamless in that there's no hand-holding required, even if the client is not familiar with DocuSign. It speaks to the intuitiveness of the product experience.
Ease of use for even older clients that aren't tech savvy, makes it very easy to sign documents!

I like that docusign is able to let the user sign each pay quickly and fastly, unlike other options such as adobe.

We are able to send offer letters electronically. This makes it more efficient, and allows us to retain a copy very easily.
It's very easy to use and the UI is pleasing. My 80 y/o grandma could use it and excel.
At times, I wonder if maybe it's a little too expensive for something that may offer a freemium version.

In my line of business we process legal documents then sign when all approvals are met. I dislike that the docusign link expires. For some requests an auto new link goes out but other we need to engage the sender for a new link. I wishes all were auto.
It resolves the issue we're most of our customers prefer to use docusign for signature due to the receipt of signature it provides.
Love how there is a free version of this that anyone can use to sign documents, plus the capabilities at the business version include everything I could need.
The one issue I've had is that on my computer, I can't access my sent contracts. Might be because I have an old mac OS? I can see them on my phone luckily.

Docusigns userface is super user friendly and intuitive. Its easy to train someone on and makes signing documents for customers very easy. Saves time and money.
Can sometimes be confusing when setting up signatures for multiple people
