I like that this is electronic and can gather signatures simply, but when it comes to obtaining signatures from an entire company it is literally impossible to manage.
My company has an enterprise account with DocuSign, but we don't have the feature for mass-sending contracts. I created a one-month highest-level user account to do a mass send for a new contract that we needed the whole company to sign. Every step of the way was riddled with broken or missing features. I couldn't use the bulk uploader to add in email addresses. The template that DocuSign provided was not accepted by the .csv bulk uploader!! So I had to do a ton of guesswork to figure out what it would accept. When I finally got it to work I could only upload 180 emails at a time, which is insane since I paid for sending out 1000 emails at one time. THEN after I finally got it all done, it turns out that I have to have a different account to do a mass download of all the contract. Why in the world would you offer the ability to mass send a contract out to your company, but not include the "mass download" feature in the same plan? Absolutely insane.
Getting the contracts taken care of online is a benefit, but the process overall is painful and terrible in and of itself.
The ONLY thing I can think of that I like about Docusign now, is how they operated ethically in the past. They no longer do that.
I dare the CEO or Management of DocUsign to try reaching DocUSign support after hours or weekends. Go ahead and try it. Then tell me you have a great product. Every single time I call your technical support, I sit on the phone listening to the most nauseating music I have ever been forced to listen to. EACH TIME I call, I am forced to listen to this terrible music that keeps repeating and repeating itself for anywhere between 15-20 minutes. After this amount of time, a voice comes on and asks us to leave your telephone number. If we do this, their new support staff takes 4 days to RETURN YOUR CALLS. This has happened to me twice of late. I don't even bother asking them to call back anymore. DocuSign raised their prices 25% since the first of the year 2016, and as soon as they did this, they hired the worst support team I have ever experienced. THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS, AND THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEN THEY CALL THIS SUPPORT! I used to think their support team was the tops. I recommended them to all my business associates. I don't anymore. How could a company with such a great reputation fall to the pits so quickly? I think it's called GREED.
Working with contracts
Absolutely nothing! There is NOTHING I like about DocuSign! Read the next section for more info.
Extremely laggy when working with the document! The website is terrible to navigate and you only get 2 free documents! Uploading/making a signature is like pulling teeth and I can't even download the stupid document after it was signed by both parties! When I clicked to download the document, it showed that it was downloaded 300 of 300 KB, at 300 KB/s (i.e. supposedly took 1 second to download the file) and this is what I see in my browser's downloads: lease***A.pdf 300 KB/s - 300 KB of 300 KB, 0 secs left https://app.docusign.com/api/accounts/500144725/envelopes/****/documents/combined?language=en Pause Cancel What a piece of junk! I would not recommend DocuSign to anybody!
Absolutely no benefits from DocuSign! It's a complete piece of junk! Honestly, use DocHub instead, it's 1000 times better: it's faster, more intuitive to use, it works like a charm and IT'S FREE!
It was easy to sign the documents that need to be signed. One click and it was done.
That my contractor signed the final document with OUT MY OK. He shouldn't have had the access.
I did have to sign tons of paper just was able to make one click to the original document.
I like the fact it is the leader in esignatures, with a pricey rate it comes with the territory.
To whom this may concern; This is urgent can someone please activate CLASSIC DOCUSIGN so we can DOWNLOAD FORM DATA! Please two hours we have spent researching your pointless, I mean pointless, support pages following all the instructions regarding downloading form data. It is not even enabled in our account. Its going on three hours I am sitting here wasting my hard earned time and money with the "#1 ESIGNATURE COMPANY" That doesn't even allow you to download form data, despite being able to able to send HIDDEN FIELDS to our clients. After paying $40 dollars a month for the best addition of docusign, is this the service and security we have come to expect. What kind of show are you guys running? I had to find out from an outside external forum page that this is GLITCH in your system. *WHAT OTHER GLITCHES DO YOU HAVE ? This should raise some eyebrows to the community. High price, no hours of operation, glitches in the system, and now a chat button that loads and loads without any notice that no one is ever coming to "support you".* Save time with docusign? Seriously.
Collecting signatures from partys not local to our business, we utilize an esignature service to accommodate them.
It works easy! Nothing much more to say, it does the job.
There is no customer service! I tried for more than 10 days to get someone from their team to contact me to help with Upgrading the account. It seems no one has interest in upselling.
Transaction Management in Sales. Much quicker and easier than paperwork.
Nothing, it is hard to use, difficult to understand and all and all a frustrating experience
Just a bad implementation of an unnecessary program
None, It got me the software I needed
When it works, it is great and convenient.
They told me I was deceased. Their initial rep gave us bad information, sent us to LexixNexis and didn't get us a Premium rep when that was our level of contract. We wasted several hours working with LexisNexis before coming back and getting a rep who was at least honest with us, but really couldn't help us other than to tell us to use an alternate verification procedure. Later, I engaged with their forums and customer service rep who did get back to me and was nice and polite in telling me it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything to help. Sent me to LexisNexis again with whom I've spent hours already and didn't give me any way to prove it was actually a LexisNexis problem (though it probably was, however, LexisNexis will not admit it either). I already submitted my info to LN and got a letter saying they couldn't help me. Both these companies are irresponsible and unethical and have very poor customer service that is not enabled to do anything or fix any problems. They practice plausible deniability and put customers who have issues on a support merry-go-round. I will continue to give them all the absolutely worst ratings all over the internet until one steps up and tells me how to resolve their reporting that I am deceased.
Signing loan documents.
It does the job...the product is in line with other digital solution platforms.
Although Docusign is a great product, the billing department is terrible. I was billed $1000 (2x) for my 2-user account & although Docusign verified this was an internal error, they were unwilling to issue a refund or credit my account. Their reasoning..."the time in which they could process a refund had lapsed." In my opinion, if a company overcharges a consumer...any time parameters should go 100% out the window. Although I voiced this to multiple account managers...Docusign was entirely unwilling to remedy their error. So, although the product is good for digital singing...there are a variety of comparable options with better pricing (even when they don't decide to charge double.). If you go with Docusign...watch your bill as they may decide to raise your tab without recourse.

NOTHING! They lie. Promise to follow up on tech issues never do.
Lost 2 clients and thousands of dollars due to docusign sending blank docs. I was told my issue would be "escalated". Well today we just lost another client due to docusign. I called tech support and spoke with a manager named Bruce who is unable to tell me when my issue would be resolved nor could he issue a refund for services. I think this is crazy, not only did we loose money due to the "bug" we are also going to have to pay echosign for the foreseeable future until this "bug" is ever fixed. When I asked Bruce to transfer me to his manager he told me he was unable to and basically told me the buck stops at him. I find that hard to believe. As a company you should want to please your customers. And if they are asking to speak with a manager they should transfer the call. I am loosing money because of docusign and have paid for a service I cannot use. Since docusign refuses to transfer me to an executive I have taken to social media.
nothing. They are causing problems.
That it makes signing documents easier.
That they dont do anything when you have problems, you request that you be compensated or somehow get signature support and get no response. I have dealt with 3 major issues and one had to drive something to my client because their support is terrible.
Having to drive to m computers
The concept - but terrible execution. See additional information below.
I left a review (below) in October for DocuSign and would like to update it in a positive direction. I stand by my review in terms of my experience as of the date of my review. However, I would like to note that, after several back and forths, DocuSign did give me a full refund. Original Review: A nightmarish experience. I work for an investment firm and tried using DocuSign Pro on a recent deal. Half of the investors were unable to submit the document and spent more than an hour each trying, some with DocuSign representatives assisting them. Several just gave up and had to sign a hardcopy and scan and email it to me. After all this, DocuSign voided the document and I am no longer able to access the document. I now must go back to our investors and ask them to sign again. This reflects negatively on us as it makes investing with us difficult for busy professionals who have better things to do than spend time on the phone with DocuSign representatives. I wish I had never tried DocuSign and am now out $162.00. After requesting a refund, my request was ignored.
Electronic signing by our customers of investment documents.
nothing
