I've used different platforms to build client sites as a graphic designer. Duda has been the most versatile builder I've used. It's the least buggy, and they make regular updates with new features. It's fun to try and develop new designs knowing I can make it happen with Duda.

It would be nice to be able to publish changes for individual pages. Currently, it is all or nothing when publishing a site. Though I said that Duda is the least buggy builder I've used, it still has bugs. I've had some issues where the auto-save feature doesn't save a change I've made. Sometimes, this is a little unpredictable and can be difficult when helping a client.

Duda is a great tool to use when helping many clients. I can create templates or build custom sites for my clients. If needed, I can build a site quickly and still fill my client's needs.

The support is easy to find and quick to use. The chat feature puts you in touch with a real person who helps with the questions you have right away. Just fantastic!

It can be limiting. For example, there is no way to use React or Vue JS. Who knows, maybe in the future. Sometimes, they can forget to update older features. But, they add new features frequently and lately have been polishing their older ones.

The company has an ideas board voting-based system that allows users to request a needed function for the site to add. Since it is a request-based system, it might take a while for a specific request to come to.

While the response is quick, if they have a problem, they are quick to put all their resources to figuring out the problem and solving it as fast as possible. Great service!

The ability to create usable templates for my clients is amazing! I finally feel confident they will be successful managing their sites after set up is complete. It has enough personalization tools to be creative without it being overwhelming.

Currently, I do not have anything to report! The experience has been great so far. Only wish I had started using Duda earlier! Much better for a builder of several client sites.

The support is wonderful! Super fast to get up and running. Faster than Wix or Wordpress when it comes to completing a site and getting your clients involved. The pricing is also great.

Duda is one of the easiest Website builders I have had the pleasure of using. They have a wide range of drag and drop widget and great FLexi blockes to help builders speed up the build process.

Duda doesn't have as much apps to help with personalisation as its competitors but thay are getting better.

Duda's whitelabel platform helps my business to maintain its own brand identity. Its also very easy for my clients to navigateand staff to demo to prospective clients.

Duda has it's own little quirks, but as a Squarespace expert who is just a week into the platform, I have to say that I love it. It's more intuitive, responsive, and reliable already.

It seems a little glitchy at times, but I'm working through it.

Squarespace customer service has become deplorable, as has its speed and mobile responsiveness.

The ability to build a complete website very very quickly and have it launched within days - all with a perfect SEO score. The second thing I love is that it enables us to save sections and whole websites as templates to then re-use time and time again. The third thing I love is the fact that we can escape the dreaded Wordpress update-pain cycle.

It needs more ecommerce features out of the box. When this happens it will be an absolute beast of a system.

Being able to scale cost effectively without the hassles that come from Wordpress. We can spin up sites very quickly - meaning we make more money for the time spent.
