Maybe the cost, but when you have many sites in Duda, the price becomes very fair and accessible

Duda is able to get us to market and focus on building and maintaining websites for our platform while we are able to focus on building out the core features for our users.
The duda interface for our users can be difficult to use. We find ways to help them understand the interface for editing but it can be difficult for users to understand how to make complex edits.
Duda helps us build and maintain website uptime, SEO, analytics, API integrations and more. They are able to keep us more productive and have helped us grow our business.
Duda is incredibly easy to use. You can literally build a whole website in just minutes. I used to be a die-hard WordPress fan, but I haven't worked on a single WordPress site since finding Duda. It's perfect for those who don't know a thing about web design and development, but it's not too scaled-down for the more technical and advanced.
The only real issue I've had with Duda is their site search feature. It doesn't always show the site when I conduct a search. Beyond that, I've really haven't had any issues that Duda was unable to resolve for me. There are moments when Duda can be buggy and there are some feature changes that could be nice, but Duda is constantly evolving the platform.
No coding is needed to build a beautiful, functional site. The sites are also technically strong from an SEO perspective which saves a lot of hassle and headaches.

The platform is easy to use and the automated support chat bot is actually very helpful. I was able to resolve a problem ( that had existed since the start of the company) within 10 minutes by using the chat bot. I do like that there is a voting area for users to vote to push feature enhancements to the platform up higher on their radar. I like how user friendly building websites is with the platform; basically drag and drop from the menu selections (very simply to navigate). The content library collection to search images from is another tool that I am also a big fan of.
There are some functionalities that don't make sense as to why they are configured a certain way and updating the features are not high on the priority list. Ex: Clients request not to be notified with an email every time a site comment is added to a website; ideal alternatives- full opt out of email notifications or to opt into receiving a summary email once a day or once a week. Current reality- they can opt out of the email notification but then they can't leave anymore site comments on the website OR they have to continue to receive every email. I would like the search feature for websites under my account to be better. The new sorting filter by company tagged ids has improved the search results a good bit but there is room for improvement still.
Website building and interactions/feedback between my team and our clients. Website launches are faster and troubleshooting any glitches is streamlined. Team communication is also great with the site comments.
