Easywebinar makes it simple to create, execute, and analyze webinars. Great tool - highly recommended.
Nothing in particular. Pretty good tool.
All in one webinar tool to streamline the entire process.
Good product especially for evergreen webcasts, nice design. Seems like developers thought in advance for webcasters needs. Good support.
Support is only online Some of the customizations require basic coding skills
Flexibility of running webcast worldwide
The user interface is very simple to navigate and easily understood, even for those new to webinara.
Chat support isn’t live which can be frustrating when things are going wrong. A live chat feature would be very helpful.
EasyWebinar provides us with an evergreen webinar feature. It allows us to passively host multiple webinars each day.
You can do a lot with it. You can host live webinars and also record them for evergreen. A lot of other apps only allow you to do one or the other but EasyWebinar allows you to do all this and more. You can also use it to host webinars that are saved on vimeo and other video apps, although the playback controls are sometimes missing depending on the video source so that's something to be aware of.
The support is pretty unhelpful. They take ages to reply and they ask silly unhelpful questions. I end up giving up whenever I need to contact them. The way the evergreen times are set up is also a bit weird.
We use it to host live webinars on a number of topics and sell them as replays as well. We also set up offers as part of the webinars so that helps us to make more sales. It's great that we can use our vimeo videos as well. The price is good too compared to other software companies that do similar things.

I thought it was easy to use for all involved.
I haven’t created a webinar so I can’t speak for the beginning user experience. B
Another company invited us to a webinar. Seemed easy to use to join in.
We tested easywebinar when looking for a replacement for WebEx. easywebinar offered exactly what we needed in some ways: you can up your attendee limit for individual webinars at an affordable rate, so you won't have to pay for a super expensive plan if you don't often have big webinars. It had all the polling features, presenter features, and more that we wanted. And users don't need Flash!
It seems to be a smaller platform and accordingly, it's not the best looking - aesthetics are definitely a weakness. Certain features are not obvious or easy to work with, like the ability to customize phone dial-in options or the extent to which you can rebrand.
The big business problem we needed to solve was the ability to have large attendee limits on some of our webinars while being unable to budget for a top-of-the-line plan. easywebinar makes that super achievable for a small organization like ours because you can start with a basic plan and customize your limits per webinar.
I like the flexibility of being able to to live events or prerecorded and set up all the notifications for whatever option you choose.
I don't like not having the ability to edit the recording after I've recorded it in EW. I usually end up creating the webinar in Filmora and loading it up to EW after to make sure it works correctly. Then you lose the organic feel of a live event.
Being able to easily capture emails of participants to build an email list, which is first and foremost what I'm trying to do with all my marketing.
Easywebinar is pretty incredible. It has features for both live and automated webinars. I have no idea if there is another software that allows you to do so much while only using one platform. The customer support and coaching is very professional and extremely helpful!
I definitely see the cost as a con. Also setting it up is confusing but there is someone always willing to help. Cons: The setup is a little confusing. You'll need to use video walkthrough's and probably get on a chat with the team. My least favorite thing was discovering I'd need to use 3rd party video hosting for my automated webinar. This is an added cost and it wasn't clear to me that Easywebinar doesn't host the video for the automated webinar.
It helps provide an easier flow with getting things done in an easy and efficient manner.
