GanttPRO Reviews: 4.8/5 — Highly Rated

Amazing project planner for students! I love using this in my classes.

There is currently nothing that I dislike about this software.

Helping me create Gantt charts for my homework assignments!

What I like most about this software is that it has a very pleasant interface to look at, in addition to being very easy to use. I like that I can create tasks, edit them, delete them, etc. with great ease. I think each of the sections and modules is also very well organized. I consider it one of the most complete tools on the market.

I don't think there are any negatives in terms of the use of the software. If I could mention one disadvantage, it is that it has a considerable price for academics who could take advantage of the software for their projects.

The business problems I solve are that I can manage each of the activities of each of my projects and I can easily visualize my progress. I believe I've significantly improved in tracking and completing my tasks.

As a post-graduate researcher who heavily relies on Gantt charts for visualizing project timelines and progress, I have found GanttPRO to be an absolute game-changer. I give it a well-deserved five-star rating based on my personal experience. The advanced Gantt chart creation features stand out as one of the critical strengths of GanttPRO. The software allows me to meticulously detail every aspect of my projects, from task dependencies to timelines and from resource allocation to progress tracking. The flexibility of these features is truly impressive. GanttPRO offers excellent customization options. I can easily change the color of tasks and milestones, helping to differentiate between different project phases or teams. It also allows me to annotate the chart with important notes or risks, enhancing team communication and understanding. Finally, GanttPRO's cloud-based architecture means I can access my Gantt charts from anywhere, anytime, making it ideal for remote or dispersed teams.

I consider this tool a faultless tool with easy and seamless interface, and will highly recommend to anyone.

Project Management

Gantt tool is a helpful tool for project management. I needed to create a Gantt chart for my studies, and this software was much better than using excel templates. It's customizable where you can add your own columns, but the built-in ones have plenty of options for your needs. Most of all, it's user-friendly for beginners so I didn't spend too much time learning the program.

It would be nice if you could customize the colours and font.

Moving one task to convert it to a main one is sometimes complicated.

We are writing a review paper, and the paper has parts written by different collaborators. Everybody sets their own time, and GanttPro makes managing timelines much easier.

GanttPro is an impressive program for creating and managing Gantt charts. It offers an intuitive user experience and useful features like excluding weekends when calculating task durations. It allows for easy adjustments to tasks, such as changing durations, deadlines, and dependencies. Shifting tasks is effortless, and the program automatically updates the schedule and timelines accordingly. Being cloud-based, it provides flexibility in accessing projects from any device and enables seamless collaboration with team members. Overall, GanttPro is a highly recommended tool for efficient project planning.

GanttPro could add the option to duplicate projects, so you can create different scenarios!

GanttPro is helping me to efficiently create a Gantt Chart excluding weekends (only workdays from 9-18). Moreover, it is very convenient that you can drag the tasks.

My job as a project manager for a psychotherapists' company has led me to discover new tools to manage the projects I've been working on. That's how I found GanttPro, and I can honestly say it's a lifesaver. I believe that, with the current surge of technological advancements, especially in app development, there have to be better, easier ways to do the work, and this tool definitely does that. I used to spend countless hours working on Excel sheets, doing something that GanttPro helps me accomplish faster, cleaner, and overall better. It has significantly improved my planning and monitoring capabilities. It's visually attractive and comprehensive, and it has even allowed me to collaborate with my team. Without a doubt, I would recommend it if you are looking for a reliable solution for project management.

I believe GanttPro is quite good. Fortunately, I haven't encountered many problems along the way. Perhaps the most difficult part was inviting my team to leave their old ways behind and try it, especially since there are some old-schoolers among them. However, the interactive and user-friendly platform allowed them to become proficient without much trouble.

As I said, it made managing of the project way easier, I could do the project schedule for the whole year and interact with it in a very comfortable and brief to understand way

GanttPRO truly delivers when it comes to effective project management and visualizing timelines. What I appreciate most about this tool is its intuitive, user-friendly interface. Regardless of one's level of technical prowess, GanttPRO makes it simple to create, modify, and track your projects. With its dynamic Gantt chart capabilities, I can clearly visualize project timelines, dependencies, and progress. This has been invaluable in facilitating team communication and ensuring everyone remains on the same page regarding project milestones and deadlines. Another key strength is its resource management functionality. It has made the allocation of resources more efficient and transparent in my team, minimizing the risk of overbooking or resource scarcity. Moreover, its integration with other tools like Google Drive, Jira, and MS Project enhances interoperability and streamlines the workflow. The built-in notification and comment system are great features too, ensuring that the team members are kept up-to-date on any changes or developments. Plus, its cloud-based nature allows for real-time updates and easy access from anywhere. In my experience, GanttPRO has been an excellent project management tool that strikes a balance between functionality and usability, making project management less daunting and more productive.

While GanttPRO offers a host of beneficial features, it can be a bit overwhelming for beginners due to its extensive functionality. The initial learning curve could be steeper than other, more simplistic project management tools. Additionally, its pricing may not be as friendly to smaller businesses or individual users. While these points don't detract from the overall utility of GanttPRO, they are aspects that could be improved upon for a more universally appealing user experience.

GanttPRO solves the complexities of project management by providing clear visualizations of project timelines and dependencies, facilitating resource allocation, and enhancing team communication. This benefits me by streamlining workflows, improving project tracking, and promoting team collaboration, ultimately leading to more successful project outcomes.

One of the best for work on grupal proyects thats a really good help us on many proyects at the university of tarapaca. Its to easy to use and can add google users for a better work!

For now nothing they help us a lot one thing could be more faster.

Very cool! for grupal work

As a researcher, I have found GanttPRO to be an invaluable asset for managing my projects efficiently. This user-friendly app has significantly streamlined my workflow, allowing me to focus more on my research and less on project logistics. GanttPRO's intuitive interface makes it easy to create and customize Gantt charts, enabling me to visualize project timelines, dependencies, and milestones effortlessly. The collaborative features have been instrumental in coordinating with my team, facilitating seamless communication and enhancing overall productivity. One standout feature is the resource management functionality, which helps me allocate tasks and track resource utilization effectively. This ensures optimal allocation of my research team's skills and time, maximizing efficiency and meeting project deadlines. Moreover, GanttPRO offers a plethora of export options, allowing me to present project plans professionally and share them with stakeholders. The real-time progress tracking keeps everyone involved informed about the project's status, fostering transparency and accountability. In conclusion, GanttPRO has become an indispensable tool in my research endeavors. Its comprehensive project management capabilities, combined with its user-friendly interface and collaborative features, make it a top choice for any research project. I wholeheartedly recommend GanttPRO to fellow researchers and rate it with five stars for its outstanding performance and effectiveness.

Probably GanttPRO can be accessed offline

I have found GanttPRO to be an excellent project management tool which has helped me immensely with the coursework of my Project Management unit as an MBA student. The GanttPRO tools were straight forward and easy to use. I found GranttPRO easier to pick up as a novice and get used to when compared to a trial I had of Microsoft Project. I like the visual look and layout of GranttPro and found it versatile to use. The option to extend timescales by inputting the data or by stretching the bars makes changes to the Gantt chart easy. The tool to find the critical path automatically was very useful. I would recommend GranttPRO to any student or company who carries out project management tasks where timeframes are a priority.

It would be ideal for me as a student if there was an option to show the Gantt chart as a network diagram. Not really a negative as I am not sure whether others would need this function.

Improving my learning experience as a student of a project management module as part of an MBA course. GranttPRO helps me to schedule for project works and to find the critical path.

The ability to link external documentation to tasks is beneficial. This allows for a single source of information regarding the task in relation to its dependencies.

I have not yet found an element that i dislike about using GanntPro.

The management of project milestones and interdependency of tasks within the team. It is also helping us review overall project progress, allowing us to implement mitigation strategies to ensure milestones are reached timeously.

I like the collaborative nature of GanttPRO, allowing all teams members to remain informed about their short-term and long-term deadlines. I also liked the abilitiy to show to project supervisors the current project progress and how progress blockers are affecting the timeline.

I don't have many things I dislike about GanttPro, I have enjoyed using it and it has made a significant contribution to the productivity of the team. It is great to be able tomonitor individual team members as well and see where they are getting stuck. It would be nice to have a feature where you can attached files to a task which give more detailed description of the task requirements and outcomes

It is helping me understand where tasks fit into the broader timeline, how much work is allocated to each team memer, and how extending a task duration would impact the timeline of the project.

I found out about GanntPRO when I was looking for Ganntchart templates for my Master Thesis timeline. The templates available normally are either not that easy to use or they dont describe enough information. This is important for me and every other person using a Ganntchart because the whole feature of a Ganntchart is to display a lot of information overfew words and visuals. When I found GanntPRO I was amazed by the options I could access and the ease with which I could add, edit important information. It is also easy to remove information which is redudant. Their is a very easy to use upscaling feature in general in GanntPRO. From my Thesis timeline to multi-million dollar porjects, GanntPRO is the best option for all.

There is nothing that I specifically disliked about GanttPRO. One thing that can be improved is that the user should be given a clean blank file and then asked to select the feature they want.

Master Thesis

Easy to export stuff, available in tabular and graphical form, very flexible and user friendly.

I have not found anything in particular that I dislike since before that I have been using excel for such purposes.

As an MSc research student, working on my dissertation and various other projects, I have been using GanttPRO for some time now. It has quickly become an invaluable tool for my project management needs. The user-friendly interface, combined with the feature-rich platform, has made planning and organizing tasks for assignments, research work, and presentations an absolute breeze. One of the best aspects of GanttPRO is its seamless ability to create visually appealing Gantt charts, which not only impress my colleagues and professors but also help me effectively keep track of my progress. Moreover, GanttPRO's collaborative features make working with team members easy and efficient. Overall, GanttPRO has significantly improved my productivity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. I highly recommend GanttPRO to anyone in need of a powerful, yet easy-to-use project management tool.

As a student, GanttPRO has proven to be a dependable and effective project management tool. The configurable Gantt charts, collaboration options, and connection with third-party software have greatly aided my ability to stay organized and fulfill deadlines. For students is a huge benefit, and the user-friendly interface and extensive functionality make it a top pick for students in need of an efficient project management application. GanttPRO is an excellent choice for any student who wants to keep organized and on schedule with their work.

I don't have any dislikes! Everything works perfectly, and I highly suggest it to everyone!

GanttPRO's straightforward interface and user-friendliness are two of its greatest strengths. I was able to quickly develop, manage, and monitor my Master's thesis projects without a steep learning curve. The Interface also smoothly connects with programs, making my process even more effective.  This integration tool has saved me a lot of time by allowing me to streamline my project management process, work more efficiently, and look for different stakeholders!
