We looked for a solution for weeks when we went fully remote. We needed a fixed IP, easy to use app and desktop software and easy user management. GoodAccess ticks all these boxes and is also reasonably priced.

Nothing. We have had no issues with the platform. One small bug was fixed in less than 24 so their tech team is very efficient.

Weird default avatar that got assigned when new users got created. Maybe just default to plain avatar.

In over a year of use, I have nothing to dislike., it does not seem expensive compared other which is something that usually displeases in this kind of service.

PBX IP secure access for mobile users

GoodAccess is pretty easy to start using it. When you have a small or medium company, you don't have a big budget to use enterprise VPN. Thanks, GoodAccess anyone can begin using VPN with a team. Don't understand how to configure a VPN? No problem with GoodAccess, just create an account and invite colleagues.

Design and UX could be better. On the other hand, you just connect to your VPN and that's all you need.

User Interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The ability to control access to different websites and applications using access cards is a huge plus. I also love that the VPN desktop client doubles as an app launcher if you choose to list apps on it. I cannot see us moving away from Good Access.

I wish there was more guidance on how to format connection strings and other information when adding websites/applications to your company profile.
