Good access has allowed our company to easily IP restrict and control access to sensitive applications to our employees abroad without the need of setting up custom VPNs. It simply works and works fast!

No cons to list, the price is great and the service is fast.

Good Access solves the issue of employees who work remotely having access to IP restricted applications - this solves our issues of having to manually add all employee's IP addresses - some of which change several times a day for IPV6. The employee simply installs Good Access, accepts our invite, and while tunneling through Good Access's VPN they will now have access to our IP restricted applications.

I don't have much negative to say, it's a quite simple product and to be honest I'm surprised there is enough room for a smaller business like GoodAccess to take space in the VPN spectrum, it feels like the kind of product that should be perfected by bigger companies and sold like icecream, but still it seems bigger players fall short on the startup-needs. I just believe the pricing model could be slightly adjusted for mid-tier startups, but other than that I am very happy.

We were looking into more established companies and products, as well as a custom server setup with licensed software. After stumbling upon GoodAccess on Google, it became clear to me that it was not only cheaper, but also a lot more reliable than having to do maintenance myself, as a startup IT admin.

We use goodaccess vpn for a company of 100+ employees. The program meets our needs.

Sometimes there are problems with the connection, but issues can be solved by using the knowledge base or reinstalling the program.

We use GoodAccess to provide us with a simple and powerful VPN that we can access our customers secure sites with. It does that job well and it is extremely easy to set up and configure.

There isn't anything we dislike at the moment.

The single IP entry to customer secure systems is really helpful and replaced our old system with was difficult to maintain.

Nothing at all to dislike. All Good. Nothing is missing and everything works 100% as it should. No complaints at all and cannot think of anything else it needs.

We needed a fixed IP VPN solution that was easy to use and cost-effective, GoodAccess provided exactly this after testing several other solutions when we added the fixed IP side of things the prices rocketed. GoodAccess is very reasonable per month as we have 10 users.

Certain customers open a specific IP for us to use when entering through their Firewall. I am using this service for allowing this static IP for certain team members

Easy to set up. Doesn't slow the connection down at all. Connects on start-up. Works fine with a 4G connection on Windows. Very good support from friendly people with good English.

There are sometimes issues with blocked ports, but the team solves it quickly.

Obviously a lot of time has gone into the management portal, making it extremely easy to setup and administer a team in no time at all. All of the features you come to expect from a business VPN are within easy access and even the most technophobic end users were up and running in no time at all. Whats more the actual overhead of the VPN on our systems was negligable, perhaps dropping 1 or 2 milliseconds at most which is extremely impressive.

We initially required a business VPN to enable secure access to a suppliers portal, however as this has proven to be so user friendly we are now looking to secure some of our business apps behind a DMZ and provide access through good access too.

When Pandemic hit we were suposed to find effective solution to run our bussines, the GoodAccess was the fast response. After the look and check of all the posibilities we took the step and started with GoodAccess and it's simple use, reliable service and great support made it a very good choice. Our ppl are able to work from home or anywhere else without any comolication with whitelisting or creating static IP adresses or other connection adjustments. Also we need fast and reliable audio transmission

Confuso el esquema de usuarios y passwd, Para configurar en linux puede ser un poco confuso, pero una vez que está funcionando puedes olvidarte de él.

La conectividad de forma segura entre equipos y servidores al trabajar de forma remota. El ancho de banda no se ve afectado para el trabajo normal. El beneficio de tener una ip estática me permite tener un whitelist seguro para acceder a mis servidores. Fue dificil encontrar un servicio que se adaptara a los negocios en crecimiento y este ha cubierto todas mis necesidades de costos con todos los beneficios de un servicio profesional. Llegué a tener un par de problemas con la conectividad pero el servicio técnico me ha atendido de forma personal y me ha dado seguimiento e incluso proporciona la confianza para abordarles para atender cualquier situación que se presenta

We are happy to find GoodAccess for our team. It guarantees the security of our work, gives the possibility to use different servers/encryptions from any place in the world that is helpful and important at present Covid times when most of our agents work remotely, from home.
