Google Workspace Reviews: 4.6/5 — Highly Rated
Formerly GSuite, Google Workspace is a preferred email hosting platform for anyone already using and investing in the Google ecosystem. Google Workspace offers a range of fantastic features for companies of all sizes and offers the advantage of being a familiar choice for a lot of users. And having your domain is as simple as signing up for the service. From there, you’re given your domain so you can brand all your email messages and access the platform’s robust integrations.

Everything is connected and all in one. It makes processes easier.
Nothing really. I haven't had any issues.
I'm not sure what problems there are. I can't answer this.
How easy it is to use all apps and how integrated they are. It makes work really easy and effortless. There's a lot of apps to use like docs, sheets, presentations, covering most of the work i needed and reducing the need to use multiple apps. And it's super easy to implemente, zero effort. Almost no need to use customer support because the help documents usually are really detailed and easy to understand.
I think the Google drive interface could be better. Google presentations could be a little bit more user friendly when it comes to the use and editing imagens directly into the app.
Google workspace reduces the need to use multiple apps to produce content or to manage the business. The workspace apps is mostly what i nedd to may day to day running my business,
Everything you need in a cloud-based platform. Ability to include 3rd party features.
Some special features need to be unlocked by administrator. E.g. AI features. Users should be able to access all new features without administrator's permission.
Document creation and asynchronous collaboration with team from other timezones. There's no need for me or the company to spend extra on other productivity suites.
I really like Google Workspace because it gives me a bunch of online tools that make it easy for me and my coworkers to work together, no matter where we are. Plus, it keeps our work stuff safe and lets us control our devices. And the best part is that I can get to my work stuff from any device, even when I dont have access to internet.
some downsides of using Google Workspace in my opinion: Google Workspace tools are simpler compared to what you can do with Office 365. Sometimes Google Workspace gets rid of or stops certain functions (custom scripts and add-ons) without warning. Google Workspace really needs a good internet connection to work. If your connection is slow or not reliable, it can cause problems. Some apps can work without the internet, but you have to set that up in advance configuration.
For us, most useful part is editing a spreadsheet by different users at same time and not having a conflicted version. Other than this, google meet option is one of the best tool for conferences and presentations with screensharing option and white board as well.
Very easy and efficient use of workspace
Nothing is there to dislike all well to use
Reduce in the manual work
Mail, documents, spreadsheets, simple storage and sharing. It has everything you need for an office, plus it's Google! I was a beta user and when it became a professional tool it was adopted by some of the companies I work for. I helped in the transition from messy office management to a simple and immediate environment.
Even though it is Google, the user cannot use many Google tools! It's absurd that I can't use Workspace as a family plan, I can't manage parental controls, connect FitBit, use Google Nest and all the other Google products. Simply inconceivable. The absurd thing is that with Alexa, Garmin, etc. Everything works! Google does NOT want you to use their tools and I find this absurd.
I had a computer that would lose all my data if it broke! To avoid this I made backups on other media but the risk was the same. With Workspace your mail, documents, photos, etc. I'm everywhere, just log in to my account.
The upsides of the Google Workspace are the ease of setup, intuitive nature of the apps, and ability to share most anything that's being worked on in a way that is secure but not overly-complex.
The admin dashboard can be a challenge to navigate, some of the products trip over one another in authentication or won't stay logged into the right account if you use Google for personal as well as professional.
It solves the problem that is Outlook and MS Office. We moved from those tools because even though they have a lot of features available, the interface is messy and clunky to connect to anything else.
The fact that one can get the best of email, cloud drive, desktop publishing apps from a single subscription is a killer. Although there is a competition in Microsoft, Google is way ahead in this space.
The Gmail interface has become bit cluttered and aged over a period of time. The cloud apps, G-sheet, Google docs etc are available on demand, for those who are used to desktop apps like Keynote will take sometime to getting used to.
We use this in our company for email and storage and document collaboration.
