There is nothing to dislike about Gusto, its easy to use and very affordable.

As a small business owner we wear many hats, Gusto lets you address one of the many time commitments we have and lets you process payroll quick and easy and move on with the rest of your busy day.

Everything is structured and organized. I've never had trouble finding what I need.

I have yet to run into a situation where I dislike anything with Gusto so far.

It can be confusing to download payroll reports

I no longer have to run payroll manualls, which saves time and makes my business easier to run for both myself and my accountant.

Gusto has made the onboarding and benefits processes easier.

Payroll Software and Bank account to make a deposit into a savings account that actually is accruing interest.

Logins are sometimes tedious but keeping the account secure.

Payroll access as an employee. Time off in an account that I can access. Missing pay stubs no more with having an account in place.

Gusto makes it easy to set up new clients in Gusto for accountants and bookkeepers. Also, the options available to employees, between splitting paychecks, the debit card, and other great offerings make the employees feel like more than just a number, but they are valued and appreciated!

There are no downsides to using Gusto! Everything is easy.

Makes payroll easy to run!

Gusto is an intuitive, easy to use platform. Processing our business payroll is completed in minutes using Gusto. The reporting tools are also intuitive and provide the necessary insights.

I have yet to identify a downside to using Gusto.

We have a very small administrative staff. Gusto permits accurate and timely payroll processing with minimal staff time.

Gusto takes care of all the payroll reporting and payments. It's an easy-to-use interface. And the custormer service is top-notch.

I never could get the automated connection to background checks to work for our organization, which has some special requirements (but not that atypical.)

Everything is in one place. And of course, our payroll is simplified.

Navigating business related platforms quickly and efficiently is essential when you have to jump between responsibilities. Gusto is has very clear organization, making it easy to find whatever is needed. Whenever I have a question or need clarification when learning something, their team is quick with a friendly response. As someone who acts as an employer but is, at the end of the day, an employee, I feel as though they care about both the employees' and employers' needs.

I personally can find anything I dislike about Gusto.
