The default HubSpot modules make developing websites way more user friendly than a lot of other options, and the ability to purchase and have custom modules created let's you get as customized and unique as you want to, in only the ways you want to. But honestly, the HubSpot support team Chat Function is probably my favorite part of working with them. They make it easy to get answers, and fast, whenever I encounter hiccups or obstacles.
Some integrations are not as foolproof and straightforward as I would prefer.

Sending mass emails to current clients has forces us to name them as "marketing contacts", which, of course, comes at a cost.

Once you wrap your head around the differences between this and other content management systems, developing is a piece of cake. I've come from WordPress and while the number of plugins and themes available is fewer, everything you need fundamentally is available.
The modules come with a learning curve and some of the basic aspects you'll find available on WordPress aren't available easily yet. They take a bit of hard coding to achieve.
Tracking leads from the advert, to the website, to the CMS is much easier for those new to generating leads via a website. I find it gives me more information about a customers journey and precious steps in the path to conversion than other CMS's I've used.
My favorite tools in Hubspot CMS are; the workflow feature, the payment feature, and the document feature! So smart! I also love the hubspot academy so if I get stuck on how to use something, I can learn in a couple of minutes! Also, the email system is great!
This is a tricky question, but the only thing I struggle with the analytics; deleted web pages stay on there, and it's not as clear and concise. Our business uses a different platform for web analytics.

It's a transversal tool for all the areas in the company, from pages and blogs with SEO optimization to mail campaigns and even surveys. Marketing, sales, and customer success working together.
I'd like to have the option to add tags or even comments for intern control on my articles and pages. It's a minor detail, but it helps a lot.
All my marketing work is based on hubspot. I do mail marketing campaigns, write articles and pages (responsively and intuitively), access a robust report for analytics and improovment, and build up my own personalized dashboard.
The ability to do many things on one platform, for example, can create a custom module from scratch, manage your contacts and emails, lead capturing, etc., you don't need any extra tools for your business.
I wouldn't say I like that I can't search for data on hubdb; at least there should be a filter to search records. You always have to scroll down to find data and it is time-consuming records.

The mobile app isn't as great as the desktop, but it works. I also wish the emails I sent from my phone would be logged into Hubspot, but that's minor.
