It is an excellent tool to keep your inventory in order, if you have a small business it is not even necessary to pay for the complete package since the free version works very well, it is a great help to keep all the services in order within a single platform
the only problem is that the version in the cloud has features that the desktop version does not have, such as an accounting program, plus it does not allow you to use both versions at the same time
It is a great tool to maintain order in all the services we offer and record all the data in an easy and fast way
You can add barcodes and img at same time and easy to teach it learn as well
Very pricey, you have to pay the mobile version I wish it has free sign up version
This program is so very easy to use. However, the price doesn’t include some features that we really wish that it would. The fact that you can either have cloud-based or device-based is not a good thing, especially when it’s something so important. If we had an internet outage, we couldn’t use it. If we wanted to be able to use it without internet, we lose the app compatibility. We shouldn’t have to decide between the two; there should be an option that includes
Inflow is easy to sign into and has a decent looking mobile app.
Inflow way over promises its features. There are many things it claims to do, and while it technically can, they are basic functions. They are constantly having issues with their Dymo printers and are not impressed with inflow at all. Support isn't very helpful
Not many, we are looking for a different solution
We have been expanding year after year and Inflow has helped keep track of Purchase orders, customer orders, and inventory. Cycle counts have become more accurate and that's what I enjoy the most about Inflow.
The only thing I dislike, the app sometimes glitches when trying to scan an item to pick. When I have adjusted stock at the end of a pick, the app sometimes adjusts the stock twice removing twice the inventory. To be clear this is with the mobile app and the android phones seem to have the most issues.
The problem I was having, was keeping track of inventory accurately. Creating reorder points on stocks has helped me solve some of the supply chain issues curently experiencing in the country.
Ease of use, ease of learning how to use it. Visually simple and well designed, so data is easy to read and find. Customer service is responsive, personable, and knowledgeable.
I would love to see a more robust search feature in the showroom, where you can filter by multiple fields.
I am using the program as a digital library of products options from our vendors that our company does not yet sell, but potentially could sell. I am acutally not using the ordering portion of the program. I love that it is sortable and I can upload multiple areas of data to search by various attributes of these products, like color or product type.
easy to see inventory in all places, easy to create sales orders, purchase orders, inventory transfers
expensive, but cheaper options aren't as good and don't provide good reports
inventory quantity. easy to see how much we have with one click instead of asking warehouse team to count each time
I explore free trial and found that it has a complete feature of order management and inventory management. Addition to this reporting feature is good as well. Also has a ability to use CSV files to create spreadsheets is also an amazing feature.
As a free trial user I am using this with all availble feature but as a technical side I couldn't find any thing related to dabase structure and couldn't able to extract DB as well. This is the only thing i dislike about this feature.
I explore this for my business and manage my inventory and orders very smoothly, and I plan to buy the license. After the cost-benefit analysis, I will use the paid version.
We are able to manage inventory, with reminders when items are getting low, so we don't have to walk the warehouse with clipboards.
It took us a while to get one report to look the way that we needed to.
We are able to almost instantaneously look up a customer's account to see when and what they purchased, as well as how much is owing.
Reorder point remaining The Webinair the adjusted stock The reports
the automatical recv. location on the PO
The reodering and the reports are fastly solving
The ease of use for basic needs, the ability to create professional looking Purchase Orders.
the backup feature and multiple users can get complicated.
track purchases and send POs.
you can keep track f inventory, purchase orders, modify items, and generate reports of sales, salesperson, product, statistics.. the possibilities are endless with this tool.
sometimes the software crashes... is very annoying but there's nothing perfect.
Furniture store sales became much easy with this tool because in this industry you need to be detailed in the finishes and this tool lets you customize items right in the invoices or orders and immediately check if is available or if is not you can make a purchase order to vendors right away.
I found this very easy to install and to start navigating. The software is self guiding and easy to learn.
Nothing so far, I am a new user and I am still learning and experimentin with the many reports available.
Allowing us to fulfill internal technician sales orders while keeping track of masterl stock levels.
Simple intuitive cloud based program that lets you order and monitor inventory from almost anywhere.
Not much to dislike, may not scale for some people, but it is directed towards small business.
Order and inventory management.
Easy to use and good report function, however it is very limited in connecting to outside software.
No API access whatsoever and extremely limited integrations. Another difficult part of using inflow is that if the inflow servers go down, your entire system does too. This occurred sporadically over the years and we hope it doesn't happen again for the long term as it is extremely disruptive. Another issue is even though we paid for many licenses years ago, we can no longer update our software as inflow is telling us we must purchase another license to do so.
Tracking inventory, we have realized that inflow is very limited in the various years we have been using this system. With no API access and limited integrations, we cannot grow our business much using inflow.
We have been using the standalone version of InFlow for many years. Quite easy to use, great support staff via their live chat on the inflow website while the maintenance plan is active, even though sadly technical support over the phone isn't offered.
The integrations to make labels is a very complicated for my fellow colleagues. Sometimes it doesn't log in easily and we had to purchase quite a few licenses when we first started up with inflow because it cannot be used in more than one pc at a time, now that years have passed and we don't need so many concurrent users we are sadly stuck with all these extra users that we paid extra for no reason. We also are looking for reasons to switch to another company as inflow does not offer much support after the maintenance period has departed and we had to constantly pay extra to renew a maintenance plan to receive support.
We are solving a matter of inventory to our business with inflow, that is a very tedious process as sadly inflow also offers no API access either so alot of this inventory maintenance is very MANUAL. With no API access and limited integrations to our online marketplaces Inflow has been limiting to our company in its capabilities and what it can do. Connecting the API connections to certain marketplaces allowing data to flow to and from it would be a great system, but without it, it is very limited in what we can and cannot do with it
