I love how it allows the client to see the designs as they would look in a live environment so feedback is more accurate.
Sometimes uploading screens is slow or it freezes mid upload. Also, I have no idea how much storage space I have left at any time and must contact customer support if file uploading is slow to see if file storage is the issue.
It's a much more efficient way to share designs across the company and with clients. Feedback loop is much more quick and accurate. It allows for more collaboration across teams. Removes the old way of emails with screen shots.
it is easy and it works. the review of people are very good !
sometimes a mis expert animation but the are working on that
getting a good test case and feedback on design before we move into development
I like that it's so easy to create a simple prototype to show the flow of pages.
Sometimes drawing hotspots can be difficult when the cursor jumps.
This platform allows me to quickly show clients how pages and designs links together - quickly. I also realized that it's a great tool to share the link of the project with clients so they can easily drop comments in specific areas for revisions.
Great tool for sharing prototypes and getting feedback from test users and colleagues.
I would like to assign tasks internally.
Invision helps us improve our front-end design to ensure it is user centric.
Easy to use, continuously updated, makes projects look more professional
Can be slow to load, can only use with internet, inconvenient to workflow if site is down
Helping non designers visualize the end product before a design goes to development. Makes your work look that much more polished and professional
Invision allowed us so much freedom in our design process. We Used it to demo and showcase a lot of concepts from wireframes to full designs.
The tool was great but it took some buy-in from the team to get everyone on the same page.
Design presentations were always a challegne and communication was a big time issue for us.
I use Invision actively - we don't just use it for UX purposes, but for general design. I love the near-instant updates, GDrive syncing, and the share-ability of the product.
Sometimes syncing is a little off and the onboard learning curve was a bit steep for me with minimal support. I've heard they've rolled out onboarding materials since. Large projects can become very slow.
Less business waste, tracking contributions, and more. Able to be shared to outside dev easily and updated on the fly.
It's very simple to use and it can be run in different systems
Maybe the linking between pages could be better
I can easily now send my designs to my clients so they can see them live
It's easy to get design feedback and share designs with invision
Nothing! I would like reminders on comments though
W are saving time by doing client and internal design reviews.
I love the ability to leave threaded comments directly on the screens. It makes discussion about functionality easy and quick. Also the ability to tag another person to loop them into the conversation is great!
I have trouble updating screens sometimes; the drag n drop tool can get buggy.
Solving communication challenges when talking about user experience. Also helps to see a prototype on your phone when making an app or responsive website to make sure text is legible, buttons are large enough, etc.
