iSpring Suite is a great, easy-to-learn software but their support is even better. Even as a small customer, I have received quick and helpful answers to my questions, which has great value since iSpring Suite is my most important tool. iSpring Suite support even implemented a feature (case sensitive answers) at my request. Can it get any better?
I would like more instructional videos. When you go beyond a basic user level, it can be hard to find tutorials.
iSpring Suite has helped me accommodate many linguistic levels and cultural backgrounds in my second language classes. iSpring Suite allows my students to work independently at their own pace at their own level. This again frees up time for me to observe and tutor. My classes have become more efficient, and students benefit much more.
What I like best is that it is easy to use overall. With no prior experience with an LMS system, you can get your system up and running in a couple weeks. iSpring Suite has the BEST good customer support team that is there to help you every step of the way! The platform is very easy to navigate for the user too!
I hope the authoring tool for iSpring has MAC compatibility one day, but there is nothing I truly dislike about iSpring.
Our training program has become much more organized by providing our learners with one centralized location for all training materials, and the ability to continually reinforce their learning whenever they wanted on whatever device they wanted. Our company has many locations so iSpring ensures that every location receives the same training and the same consistent messaging!
- Compatible with Moodle. - Produces HTML5 SCORM which is great for updating older Flash SCORM. - Full of features and has an easy to learn user interface. Overall it's one of the best solutions for producing E-learning content. You do not have to be a programmer or designer to use this. It integrates easily with PowerPoint to create interactive e-learning modules.
We had a small issue with billing when first purchasing this product, but they were able to resolve it in about a week.
Did a great job of converting old lessons.
It allows us to create a very smooth workflow; easy to design/create/collaborate in ppt, simple reviews in ppt and easy translations directly in ppt.
The main obvious drawback is the lack of proper export/import functionality for the scenario and quizzes. Here you are behind your main competitors (articulate/captivate).
Lean productions and translations.
It's Simple, fats and good conversion HTML5
the file naming on export is not ideal for all hosting platforms
Bringing research to life
practical tool, easy to use, nice results to share ... I'm proud to produce alone my first @learning !
Nothing ! working with ispring team is a great experience.
no need to work with subcontractors to build @learning, so it is really quicker and cheaper !
Interface and the features are most best for the ispring product
nothing there to dislike but the extra features like pdf production will be best
educational quiz making and educational integration web learning
After I submitted my question via the website someone responded very promptly asking for additional information to assist me with troubleshooting. I also like that the same rep assisted me throughout the duration of my request.
I have not had anything to complain about, excellent service!
Classroom is currently our main training delivery method. iSpring is opening the door to more training options including some video tutorials I recently created. The software is so easy to use, there is barely a learning curve. If you do have a question they have numerous videos available and excellent customer support!
The software is the only software I know that manges to transfer "complex" powerpoint presentations with animations to HTML5. It is fairly simple to use. Certainly an advantage that the software works as a plugin in Powerpoint, rather than as a separate desktop application. The iSpring HTML5 output works even better than the original powerpoint file in slideshow mode (it is faster, not lagging as much). The customer servie is excellent. Close to immediate replies and good follow-up on my questions.
After I signed up from iSpring I received a lot of emails from your consultants asking if I was satisfied or not and if I needed anything. It reached a point were it became asomehow annoying. I wish there was an easier way to publish the presentation without having to subscribe for iSpring Cloud. Our firm already has a cloud service and is not particularly interested in signing up for another similar service that requires monthly payments. In my particular case, I used iSpring Converter for presentation of a research project that was funded by an gouvernmental fund, for a limited time period. However, the publication was meant to be available also after ending of the project funding. Accordingly, signing up for a service that requires monthly payments would not be a good solution.
We wanted to make a non-linear presentation of a specifi theme, that allows the user to click through various parts of the presentation that he/she finds interesting. Powerpoint proved to be a good solution.
1. Easy to learn – it’s enough to know the basics of PowerPoint to create e-learning content 2. Built-in features - Detailed guides are provided on each on their website. You’ll be able to start using interactions (flipbooks, timelines etc.) in no time. 3. Variety of question types in QuizMaker. Also, I found out that the demos on their website can be easily used as templates for my own quizzes. 4. Dialogue Simulation – it’s hard to underestimate the power of this tool. With TalkMaster, bringing content to life is effortless 5. Support – I can’t compare iSpring Customer Service to any other companies’. They won’t say no to you neither when you have a general question nor a very specific one (how should I set up a certain trigger in my presentation to make everything work like a charm). They are among the most client-oriented Companies that I’ve ever dealt with.
What I would like to see added to iSpring: Variables, ability to track slide activities to build more interactive courses, software simulation features.
I’ve first learned about iSpring on iSpring Days conference in Saint Petersburg. It was a challenge for me to explore iSpring Suite as fast as possible and use its capabilities to design engaging e-learning courses. During this period I’ve heard about EdCrunch E-learning Award that has a prize for those who create PowerPoint-based courses. So I’ve decided to take part in it. In a month between August 9 and September 9 I’ve managed to not only explore the program but also design a fully-functional course that won the 1st prize on EdCrunch.
This is simply the best product on the market you can get for making Quizzes. I use it all the time for my students (ages 11-19). You can move everything around, it has HTML 5 output so you can export for any mobile device or browser. Templates work really well and the import of pictures or videos works really well. Scorm output is great for moodle and works very well. Also you can output to HTML.
Nothing all good, I have had no problems at all.
Scorm was required for feedback to teachers on their pupils. This gives it in spades!
The nice part was that with this tool we could create 1) feedback and evaluation forms and 2) convert existing PPT in SCORM compatible content easily and with professional outcome in order to meet our deadline. Also the compatibility with the iSpring Learn was a key factor for this choice. We still need to explore the other features/functionalities; which we will certainly do. There are quite some handy features/functionalities to explore.
With regard to iSpring Learn it would be good to have the option to customize the look and feel much more. Examples: 1) The image of the "Learning Path" image. Here we would like to add an image of the topic instead of the standard blue color. 2) Wording / terminology that would fit the corporate environment better a) Rename "learning path" into "program" b) Rename "course" into "module". c) Quiz ==> Test/Feedback The Android version allows you to download content for offline view and hence can conflict with IP and other commercial objectives. This really needs to be changed.
We are using this suite for converting part of our ILT into e-learning so that we can offer this training more or less instantly to participants all over the world at an acceptable cost. This way the participant can prepare themselves at ease for the class room session. For the coaches/trainers it means that deliver the course should be more easy and they can always refer and add extra material into the e-modules.
I was amazed to discover that with ispring it doesn't end with the sale. The support team is really fantastic. They are responsive and proactive. They are also really easy to talk to you if you are not teckie. You have the name of the person you are dealing with is also extremely rare.
There is not a lot to criticise. The software is extremely easy to use the customer and technical support team are extremely responsive.
My ftp upload would not accept movies embedded in the presentation. I was pointed in the right direction and helped to resolve the issue.
Easy Adoption without crashes or glitches. iSpring Output does not require Flash to play, which otherwise could be considered as a vulnerability.
Lack of comprehensive Documentation makes first steps a bit of a challenge.
LMS implementation with specialized offerings tailored to our Employees and CLients
Ease of use. The fact that I don't have to refer to manuals or how to documents means the iSpring team are doing a great job. It really is the undiscovered gem of the eLearning world. The simulation feature is excellent.
Embedding video from services other than YouTube isn't as elegant as it could be.
Providing a quicker turnaround on online course development is the big win for me.
Fast support Simple interface Good price.
When embedding private (eg vimeo) domain protected videos just need to tweak privacy settings but this is an expected work around.
Benefits are having staff without html experience are able to create learning scorm packages so I can now delegate this job. Zip files are easily exported.
easy to use - and quick reply time from support team
few things - really nothing. easy to use
Using Ispring Suite to create content for new LMS system
More transitions in PowerPoint available than its competitor. Fast, smooth publication. Range of outputs Looks professional and very quick to use Seamless integration with the range of products (Quiz etc.) Excellent back up and shared knowledge base, very quick to respond.
Nothing, it exceeds what I have used before, and I have used a great variety of eLearning products, it integrates with other products that I use. It is consistent, produces a professional looking output, and gives eLearning the wow factor. What is there to dislike?
Converting existing customer training materials to professional, modern output. Quickly grabbing the end users attention. Conventional presentation with sophisticated branching, supported by meaningful questioning to confirm that learning has taken place.
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, I’ve taught Excel to more than 2,500 employees from various companies. Starting from 2015, I’ve been developing Excel courses in SCORM format. I currently practice blended education, which means that some of my courses are face-to-face, while others are available online through iSpring Learn. I’ve been using this LMS for nearly a year now, and I’m very happy with the capabilities it gives me. I really enjoy easy publishing that takes no time, as well as the wide range of available reports. I also like that I can set time restrictions for published content so that it can only be viewed before a certain date. Since I sell my courses online, simple e-commerce settings are really important for me. I’m happy iSpring Learn has exactly what I need.
I dislike that many users called iSpring - is Add-in for Power Point(((
I consider it a perfect toolbox for e-Learning authoring that saves me both time and money. It’s extremely easy to use, the interface is intuitive and crystal clear, and the navigation is very simple. With iSpring Suite, the learning curve is kept to a minimum. What I especially appreciate about iSpring Suite is its ability to publish courses right into iSpring Learn LMS, which I started using for training my employees about a year ago. Many thanks to iSpring engineers and support experts for the truly awesome products and service!
For Power Point conversion, I have tried several products' free trials with regards to features and price, both. I was looking for a product that should covert my Microsoft power point presentation to exactly the same as it appears in my presentation show and make sure that no slide is able to be copied. And iSprint Converter Pro 8 is the best product amongst all I tried. I am extremely happy with the product features, professional technical support, and price.
Well, I have tried to find some feature that are not good and failed to find one. ::)
I am using it for personal use, I want my professional work to be protected even the business environment I worked. Therefore, I bought iSpring 8 Converter Pro personally.
