There isn't much that I disliked about the product.
Scalability.
The best thing about Kintone is that they walk you through all the steps on how to create an app. They take the time and effort to make sure you know what you're doing and make suggestions as well
If I had to pick a dislike it would be how you have to create individual views records for each app, instead of being able to just copy and paste.
We currently use many forms and have to file these "paper" forms which in turn have to be kept for five years. That's so much paperwork and storage. Now with Kintone we have reduced our paperwork to a minimum.
I very much appreciated Hiroki's professionalism and patience. He was able to get the correct references needed and knew exactly how to help. Can't thank him enough!
Nothing really. Once you become familiar with the program and how the program and each application works, it's pretty breezy from there!
It's helping us by maintaining record and scheduling of an internal program we are running.

Kintone has saved me hours per week by simplifying our reporting process and giving us a single spot for reports. One easy to access location for all information.
I would like to see some additional traditional database features, but for the price, I wouldn't expect them.
We had issues with multiple people having their own versions of spreadsheets. We have now one spot for the ONLY spreadsheet. It's easy to update and view.

Sometimes it is hard to create new functions on the app. I would like to request more flexibility for an annual contract

I love that Kintone allows me to almost effortlessly track data. We have expanded the data tracking of our organization exponentially because of Kintone. It is VERY easy to create an app and easy to import and export data to a spreadsheet. I also LOVE that Kintone offers a Non-Profit price break. It allows us as a small non-profit to use a wonderful tool. We keep adding apps and increasing our ability to gather quality data.
There are a few features that are missing, that would be helpful. 1) searching for a partial name, like typing "JA" and having all of the names that meet that being available to select from. 2) being able to sort the 'apps' based on my personal frequency of use rather than when they were created.
We are tracking so many data points. It is very easy to provide grant funders or the general public with solid data. Our productivity increased and our team feels confident in the data they are gathering.
The lateral versatility to create apps across multiple departments is a God send. The integration into other platforms is amazing, using Zapier to connect multiple cloud-based platforms.
There is a slightly more coding requirement if you choose to customize your portal, which can be tricky. Kintone is a very powerful tool that takes a little experience and knowledge of your desired workflow.
We have completely integrated all of our operational platforms seemlessly. The custom features and the ability to create any app for any application are incredible.
Kintone is extremely easy to use right out of the box. Even if you don't know how to code at all, you can build robust apps almost immediately. If you know even a little JavaScript, you can greatly increase the functionality of your apps. The developer program has JavaScript code written for you with app examples, which you can take and modify to suit your needs. If you know JavaScript extensively, then the sky is the limit in terms of what you can do. Our sales rep, Mike, was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. He was never pushy and always willing to do what he could to help.
Nothing, honestly. It's an excellent software with the only limitation being the user building the apps.
We were replacing 3 different systems with Kintone. They were paper systems derived about 10 years ago.
