Kintone allows us to easily create customized fields, headers, and layouts in a wonderful way. The automatic dashboards are awesome.
1. The most serious obstacle is the limit of 500 fields with no module for expanding the number. This has dramatically hampered our ability to expand useage of Kintone to multiple clients. 2. While not a deal-killer, the integregation with Formstack was challenging and unforeseen. However, with help from Kintone developers, we were eventually able to get it to work--not an easy process.
We are using Kintone for grants monitoring reviews.
It was simply to download spreadsheets.
The cost, we are a small non-profit. It was not feasible for us to purchase due to funding of our company.
If we would have purchased, all my data I track would have been in one location.
It seems the team has put a lot of thought into creating a robust feature set.
Design needs drastic improvement. Clunky and high friction UX flow. Great features are pointless if the user becomes frustrated in using the product.
Unfortunately, we don't use the platform too often due to clunky design.
