Always on accessible from anywhere. I can access all projects from the last 24 months from any web browser.
We have many different headlines for project categories. It would be nice to search them all at the same time.
Any queries with an order, I can access the original order and can verify the scope of works etc.
KiSSFLOW's ease of development along with rich functionality has provided a great replacement to legacy sharepoint-based systems that typically felt clunky and complex to build.
We're excited for version 3 to be fully released as there are granular rights and other functions that are not available in version 2.
We've semi-automated numerous business processes in KiSSFLOW and we're working on migrating a whole contracts management system.
KissFlow is intuitive and anyone is able to use it. There is little to no coding necessary and the mobile app makes everything easier. Also the 24/7 support helps you with any question you may have. What I like the most about KissFlow would be the amount of uses it has, it's not only a process management tool, but it includes more features such as case management and project management which in my line of work become really handy.
The downside is that some parts of KissFlow are still under development and do not cover all features. Also the languages available are not yet at a hundred percent, some parts of the app are still in english even though i changed the language. However i have been assured this issues should be fixed very soon.
The main use for me is the optimization of processes in my business. The time being and the paper used have been reduced in a noticeable amount and employees feel more in play of what happens around them.
Kissflow really empowers the decision-making process. The state of the job request is tracked properly so that users can see the type in the workflow. Also, transfers among various teams can be successfully managed. It really increases the consumer satisfaction, as you know if the operation becomes smoother, quicker and better, clients will be satisfied with your work and will want to remain with you.
I would like if there would be a report manager in some cases. Other than that, I think KissFlow is a great platform.
We use Kissflow for G Suite to automate the business processes of my company in different departments. The technology is used to monitor our product's entire life cycle, from the control of applications that join the queue, to the product design and then its distribution. The idea that notifications and updates will be sent to individuals in the process for accepting or entering users, actually makes it very much easier for us and far more accessible to people's queries.
Very happy with this paperless solution to our most used tasks. Very easy to adapt to specific needs.
No problems with the product, just getting employees to use it!

It was pretty simple to setup, the sample apps were great. Support was above average, most questions or issues were resolved the same day we asked for help.
These was little to not like. A solid product.
It helped to streamline our approval process for employees to request new equipment and capital expenditures.
Learning to use KissFlow is easy, its user interface is friendly and there is a lot of training material available on the Internet, very useful if you start using this software.
I have nothing to complain about Kissflow is an excellent business process management tool.
Kissflow makes us as a team more productive, as it improves internal communication, thus reducing response times to customers and employees. Thanks to Kissflow we make informed decisions faster in our workplace.
