LeadIQ is a software for lead generation and prospecting that is used by sales teams to find prospects. LeadIQ features tools such as lead capturing and numerous customer management features that work well with popular app integrations.

I love how quick and easy it is to use. I cant imagine myself doing my job without LeadIQ.
I hate when I hit the capture all button, sometimes I have to double click to load them in. Also, I dislike the extension doesn't always pop open.
It's solving the pain of me manually adding the prospects to my CRM.
The ability to be able to export lists that i created using the specific filters on sales nav.
Hate how I can export the whole list at one time and have to go page by page.
Able to pull more specific and relevant contacts together for PG purposes.
I love the campaigns, and how they allow you to organize accounts as you look for leads
I don't like that you cannot search for already saved leads in lists without the premium feature
I am able to find phone numbers, so that helps me facilitate a cold call process in my outreach

Nothing. Company settings mean we're unable to sync all data.
Finding unknown prospect contact data. Syncing with CRM tools. Facilitates prospecting without the need to trawl around looking to decipher company email formats.
I like the ability to import contacts from Linkedin directly integrated to Outreach. This gives the ability for me to widen the scope of my outreach and build more pipe.
Some of the downsides come from the nature of the tool. Innacurate or dated information can present itself just given the fact that folks do not keep their info up to date.
My problem is that the information on some of the profiles are innacurate or dated. A major benefit is my ability to be able to improve my outreach. This has helped alot.

I like how easily it is to submit the prospects from LSN to Outreach and SFDC, in this way I can leverage all my sequences.
As I am from Brazil and I work with LATAM companies, I feel the database for this region don`t have the same accuracy as for NA for example.
Not having a lot of manual work when collecting prospects from LSN and importing them to outreach.
I love that it is user friendly and provides accurate data to help me target the proper contacts and companies I need to be successful in my outbound sales role.
Sometimes the data can be a bit off but this happens quite rarely. Other times, there is an issue where it won't sync properly but a refresh of the page should do the trick each time.
The time wasted on other sites trying to find proper information is what makes LeadIQ the best one out there. I always tend to find the best contact information using this vs. other software.
How it integrates into Sales Nav. It's super user-friendly and easily accessible. The best part about it is that you can find specific leads per verticals, occupation, etc.
I wish you would be able to see how much a company you are targeting makes in a year. Additionally, it would get to have more verified emails and phones without having to spend premium credits.
I have the ability to create lead lists and import them into Outreach (CRM) which helps us conduct tons of outbound business and brings much-needed revenue into our business!
Lead IQ makes it so easy for me to transfer my leads/contacts from LinkedIn to Salesforce. I am also able to verify these contacts and do multiples at a time which saves me so much time.
There are no downsides to LeadIQ. Sometimes it just takes a moment to load and refresh but everything works very well.
I am able to reach out to my prospects more quickly and efficiently. It saves me so much time and with it being verified I am not sending emails to invalid domains.
