There is so much functionality built into this learning platform, it's supreme! It is ideal for our online courses, hybrid online/live coaching courses, and more. Love that we can sell seats to corporate clients as well. The built in Zoom and Webex integration makes accessing our sessions easy for our clients.
Would love built-in email marketing. Need more flexibility with the email notifications, course-specific notifications, not just universal.
We wanted a solution that combined our videos, audio, PDF's with our live Zoom sessions and stored everything in a single log on for our clients. Learnworlds does just that! We also wanted to track engagement in each of the modules and can now do that.
Its ease of use and its power for integration with other environments... and the support, of course.
Solving some exceptional cases for online courses. Although I'm sure, they're working on it.
I have been in eLearning for seven years with other platforms. LearnWorlds has simplified my work a lot.
Is amazing platform and is getting better and better with time , also they assist you with anything you need promptly.All the futures you have as an admin and the freedom to create your content.
Something that ill likes to have will be a way to create an QR code for external and internal people to answer a survey and that way collect data.

We appreciate that we could choose the tier that best fits our needs and allows us to easily create and sell courses. The set up process is relatively straightforward.
The only limitation that we regularly run up against with this tier is the number of instructors. It is limited to just 5. Also, there are some limitations graphically.
LearnWorlds allows us to present the online part of our hybrid schooling to students, as well as processing their payments and managing their access. This allows us to run a school for working adults that is both attractive to the end-user and effective in facilitating life-change.
First off the design and delivery of the LMS is wonderful! But, the prompt return time on upgrades or fixes is AMAZING!

We had an issue on smart devices when rotating, some of the images would disappear. But they resolved it 100%
It is a complete system and all features work well. Even more importantly, it is learning focused. So, it is an easy starting point that can scale to a full school.
I have no major complaints. When I had trouble with a domain name issue they were very helpful, even though domain name registrar issues are not really part of their job.
Legal services and continuing legal education. With LW I am able to offer a professional website with amazing features without an expensive custom development team.
