I like the simplicity of their API. I use it for years for my project. Also, the pricing is very affordable. I pay when I need to send big campaigns and use a free version for the rest of the time. The support team is very fast and helpful (thanks Claudia).

It's not perfect for all the use cases. But it shouldn't be.

MailerLite is so incredibly easy to use. Super beginner friendly, straight forward, intuitive, and makes it super easy to see how engaged your subscribers are (or not).

If I had to pick something, I would say that only being able to contact them through email is annoying. I know some people have a chat feature available to them. For some reason I don't. But the platform itself is fantastic.

MailerLite makes it easy to create campaigns, quickly add new subscribers and quickly add them to any necessary lists, and their powerful automations make it easy to create custom experiences without a lot of tech know-how.

The live Help option is what distinguishes you from your competition.

That I can't send attachments, but I understand.

The customer support chat feature is indispensable. I got immediate help, and Cyro stayed on the chat until I was completely satisfied.

The platform itself could use some user experience improvements, and the fact that you can't switch between Classic and New version is frustrating because I sign clients up for this service all day every day and we use Classic, some of them use New and I support them in their business.

The automations are easy to use without being confusing. Many email marketing platforms are too flexible and can be difficult to learn to use. Plus, the people on chat support (like Mathias) are quick to help and know their stuff!

The speed of the platform is slow. It takes a long time to load, especially when working in the drag-and-drop designer. I would love for that to be faster to respond.

MailerLite makes powerful email marketing functionality available at a reasonable price. It's a great way to stay in touch with subscribers.

when there's an error with my campaign, instead of getting an alert letting me know, it appears to send only later to find out that it never actually sent because of the error

There's a new version of MailerLite available, but I haven't heard when existing users are likely to be migrated over. I'm looking forward to hearing when this will happen, and how.

Mailerlite makes sending newsletters very easy for me. It is important for me that automations are also possible in the free price model. This makes slow growth possible.

Their support team is the best. They are always helpful, quick and resourceful. I also love the ability to create quick and easy templates, automations and more without having to spend horus designing or fidgeting with page layout.

I dislike paying for simple features, such as custom domains or over 1000 subscribers. I understand why, and it supports their team so for me the cost is worth it. I recommend them to everyone I work with, both clients and in my network, despite the payment.

The ability to mass email my cold, warm and hot audience easily and effectively. They provide great templates or the ability to create your own which saves me a ton of time. They also provide landing pages so that I don't have to constantly create forms and embed them into my website.
