With their paid plan, they are able to help you with easy to complicated problems. Customer service helped me set up the landing page so the link to it is using my business domain instead of their default URL. They walked me through step by step with setting up the DNS, etc, using screenshots which helped a lot.
The integration from the old mailerlite to the new mailerlite is difficult. (Why have to migrate when they could update the old mailerlite instead of making an entire new site for it?) Getting used to the new mailerlite vs the old was difficult, since the buttons and features are in different places.
Going through the DNS and CNAME process to be able to use my business domain for the landing page instead of the default, provided URL.
The easiest way to use e-mailmarketing and be GDPR-compliant. The academy gets you started and the helpdesk is truly unmatchable! Happy customer.
There is nothing i don't like about Mailerlite. Will recommend to anyone!

I've been using MailerLite for years and setup all new clients on it. Has a good number of features on their free plan and even more on their paid plan. The features are not fluffy, they are features that are necessary as part of any successful email marketing plan. I do have to admit that the quality of support is one of the main reasons why I love MailerLite so much.
Not much to dislike, but there are some things that are missing (branding colours across the board), but it gets added as a feature request by support.
I educate clients on email marketing and MailerLite is the easiest one to use that's more economical then the rest.
Researched and tried several email services, and this is the best by far. It's so easy to use, and to learn. The learning resources are up to date and easy to follow. The interface is clean, unclutteredm and intuitive. And any challenging integration on onboarding issues, the customer service team is consistently great with.
Only that I have to use Zapier to inetgrate it with my other platform.
Automating emails, storing data safely, keeping me up to date on what I'm resposible for on my end.
I'm a total noob when it comes to creating mailing lists or websites, but mailerlite is so easy to use that even I managed to do that. The tutorials are really helpful and the customer service works fast. All my issues that I've had because of my lack of skills have been solved quickly by the friendly and really professional staff. I would and I'm going to recommend Mailerlite to anyone, who will want to create their sites easily and affordably - our budget is null so our new business is super grateful for the features that we get for free!
Well of course it would make things even easier, if I could use my own language (Finnish) with Mailerlite.
I get to create a well-working mailing list for my email marketing to maybe even get some sales in the future. The website I created with mailerlite is also very helpful.

Their 24/7 chat support, the team is always happy to jump on chat and help you out with anything, big or small.
I only wish there was a multiple trigger option for purchases inside automations - e.g. when purchased productA AND productB (or productA OR productB ) - however I've been advised this is not possible to technical reasons.
I use ML for my email marketing and love it!
I enjoy the simplicity of their platform in terms of the ease of creating good-looking emails to go out, but what I really love is that I can reach a real human person to help with any trouble I run into in the process. Having access to wise and friendly human tech helpers is fabulous--and not so available in other online platforms. I'm grateful.
At this moment I can't think of anything I dislike about the MailerLite program.
It solves my keeping in touch with the people in my database--easily and with lovely newsletters.
