I've used several e-mail listservers and MailerLite is the best. Free account allows scheduled e-mails. The IPs that it uses seem not to be prone to spam rejection. The user interface is clean and sensible. Records are kept well, and groups are easily managed. Support is prompt and informed.
It would be nice if user templates were available to free users.
I need to reach about a thousand people on my subscription list regularly. MailerLite allows that to be done seamlessly.

I'm an author and am moving into selling direct from a website.
The drag & drop feature is fabulous. The free version is perfect for a small nonprofit like ours because our mailing list is still small and our budget is so small, that we need every penny we can save for our programs. The resources you provide (how-to's, etc) are great as well.
Obviously, if we want some other features, we'd have to upgrade to a paid subscription, which we can't afford at this time. It would be awesome if nonprofits could upgrade for free.

Mailer Lite is a seamless platform for creating marketing emails. Whether you are creating something from scratch or using a template, a finely crafted marketing email is in your immediate future.
While Mailer Lite excels at being a user-friendly marketing platform, there are limitations once you become confident enough to be more creative. The block system, which serves as a copy and paste method of building an email, limits the level of creativity and customization that a user can aspire to attempt. Sometimes text fonts don't translate into the emails when sent.
Mailer Lite offers our company a platform to reach the entirety of our customer database and future clients. We have been able to customize our Marketing emails in order to be more specific depending on the demographic that we are targeting. While other platforms restrict the number of emails that you can send per month, Mailer Lite merely restricts the number of subscribers that can be marketed to per month, meaning we can realistically send email blasts daily to our entire customer database. If we wanted more, it's as simple as upgrading.
The main thing is the deliveriablity, they are extremly good when making sure your email newsletter land in the inbox of users. Also, I really like the UI of the platform, it's really easy to locate the things you're looking for.
None to be honest, I have been using the platform for some time and I can't find anything wrong.
All othe platforms I have used are crazy overpriced and most of these platforms have a low deliveribality rate.
