What do you dislike about Mailmodo?

SMPT is not provided and you have to setup your own smtp or Amazon SES. It could lead to some delay in getting onboarding as it has a learning curve. It is tough for beginners. I wish they had a feature to export these emails to other email marketing tools.

"Really good API - better than intercom"
What do you like best about Mailmodo?

That API access is not locked behind a super expensive payment plan. That's the main reason we switched

What do you dislike about Mailmodo?

The CRM aspect of mailmodo isn't as good as other services

What problems is Mailmodo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to be able to send emails via our server and Mailmodo has a very good and easy to use API. It has been really good for our team and sending relevant emails

What do you like best about Mailmodo?

It is a powerful email marketing platform that offers a wide range of customizable templates and automation features. With its user-friendly interface and excellent customer support, Mailmodo is an excellent choice for businesses looking to streamline their email campaigns.

What do you dislike about Mailmodo?

There's no way to send attachments along with the emails. Currently we have to provide attachment either as a link or a fixed image in the email. Having this would greatly help us in sending our customers customised images.

What problems is Mailmodo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to update our customers and their employees about their insurance and wellness benefits, mailmodo helps us in setting up those automatics campaigns and send communications to clients and their employees about all the status updates from our side.

Mailmodo helped us get way more views and submissions of the data points we needed from the users. Not forgetting the ease of accessing the platform and the help provided by the team. They helped us with all the use cases that we came up with.

Some minor issues come up once in a while. Also, there are many more things that the product can look forward to adding.
