Nightwatch has a very customizable dashboard, which I liked. Everyone prefers to view things in a specific way, and I feel Nightwatch accomplishes that. I also like the quick turnaround on submitting new keywords and the overview page when you first log in. I personally didn't take advantage of the reporting feature, but feel anyone running a digital marketing company would love this quick and easy way to sent clients easy-to-read reports.

There isn't much to dislike. I used NightWatch for 2 years and only recently switched due to in-house budget cuts.

They could grow and offer more SEO site feedback on the sites that you are tracking, but for the most part, they are as advertised.

The insightful reports that provide a good overview to a low cost compared to others.

I don't really have a specific thing that I disliked.

I can track the keyword ranking of all keywords easily and cost effectively.

The simplicity. My daily report routine is a matter of minutes, not hours.

I don't need the onpage crawler. But this is a "luxury problem".

Nightwatch has a very good user interface and is well laid out so you can see everything you need to check all your rankings. They also have very good tech support people like Maja.

I don't dislike anything about the software, it works fine.

It is very fast to see what keywords have gone up and what has gone down in rankings. This is due to a unique link to the up and down rankings pages. I also like the fact it will show my competitor's rankings for the same keywords.

The customer support is fantastic and timely. Also enjoy the rich design of the platform with incredible integrations like Analytics and Search Console for added insights gathering. The reporting feature is robust and easy to use to showcase brilliant reports to clients.

There are some hiccups, and that happens with technology. But when hiccups do occur, customer service reps are on it like champs!

Easy reporting regarding keyword ranking is the primary challenge Nightwatch alleviates for me. I also benefit from understanding where competitors rank.

Nightwatch is truly amazing and delivers what it promises! I signed up with them two years ago and haven't looked back ever since. It is definitely giving its rivals a run for their money! The way this platform organizes the information on analytics and consolidated keyword rankings are phenomenal. Not to forget, the option to switch to "Dark" and "Bright" mode is cherry on top. Can't really think of anything that I dislike about the product

I run a design and SEO agency and was looking for a keyword tracking tool with geo-location rankings. The geo-location rank tracking feature is a game changer for me. I tested several rank tracking tools before signing up with Nightwatch but none of them had all the useful features under one umbrella. The accuracy of rankings in SEO business is very important. I can now track rankings for multiple projects with laser focus by geographic targeting on both Desktop and Mobile. The geographic keyword tracking allows to measure rankings by city and state. Nothing can beat it! Nightwatch is quite reliable and has helped me enormously with my SEO efforts.

The dark theme is great. I like the fact that when you log in, you see a grid of graphs, showing how all your websites are doing. You can set reports to automatically send to your clients at any frequency. This takes the hassle out of keeping them updated with where their site is at. Nightwatch does not bind you in any contracts either.

I don't see any down sides to Nightwatch. Its super reliable.

I need to track site rankings for my SEO business. Nightwatch allows me to do this with the added perks of checking backlinks,DA,PA, competitor rankings, and more! The amount of information displayed is amazing and easy to navigate. Nightwatch is just what I need, without a bunch of added flair. If you ever need to upgrade plans, its as easy as clicking a button, no calling customer service and wasting time.

We've been clients since July 2016 when this product was named Ranktrackr. We upgraded to Nightwatch promptly after release. 1) It just works, by that I mean it's reliable and my degree of trust in the tool is really high. 2) The Interface is well thought. 3) Pricing is fair and the tiers work for us. 4) The dev team is adding new features every now and then.

To my surprise I cannot think of anything. I do have suggestions which I share with the team every time they send feedback links but I cannot think of something I dislike in this tool.

We invest a lot in content marketing for our company currently sitting at shy over 1 million organic hits yearly on our website. I would say Nightwatch has a very important role in this strategy. It lets us know which content is working, which is not working, which is trending up or down so we can take action, it let us know how our competitor are doing compared to us and so on. To sum it up, it allows us to measure and share the fruits of our efforts and know for sure over time that the strategy is working. If you work with content marketing I would say that this tool is of great value.

One of the best things about Nightwatch it the ability to send daily reports that are extremely customizable. Some of my clients have different levels of understanding of how internet marketing works so Nightwatch gives you the ability to transform the report and tailor it based on what you want to show each separate client. Many of my clients have thanked me for sending them daily reports and keeping them updated every step of the way - but this is all automated by Nightwatch. Then you also have the option to integrate Google Analytics and Search Console very easily which gives clients all the data about their website in one clean report which has just helped my business stand out over many others.

It is more expensive than many tools I've tried in the past, but it is extremely valuable to my agency so it is what it is. I would personally rather pay more to keep my clients happy and give my agency more value by using tools that get the job done right and that's what I find with Nightwatch. I used to use tools that we're 1/5th of the price and I won't mention the names of them but they were not as flexible with client reporting and the rank tracker was not as accurate as Nightwatch.

Client communications with their reporting system, I'm able to be in constant communication with my clients daily with their reports. Also, the main reason I switched from using other tools is that Nightwatch has the ability to track local keywords from specific local places. So for instance, I have clients all over the US and other keyword tracking tools I was using would show ranking results based on my current location. However, with Nightwatch, you can adjust the settings so that they track keywords based on the current location of that specific client making the ranking results much more accurate.

Great solution, great value, very fair price. I am super pleased in everything I get out of this product. Great reporting, accurate data, amazing support. Best product I have used in years. Thank you for investing in listening to people's needs & exceeding expectations.

We spent a long time to look forward SEO tracker that we can track our SEO performance in a few countries both desktop and mobile keywords, but not only our performance - the key is that we can easily track our competitors and analyse all visibility. Nowadays analysing the big amount of data and drawing conclusions is the right way to be on top in SERPs. In Nightwatch, you can find a lot of dimensions and advanced filters (every data freak find something for them). You can create custom keyword groups, graphs and reports - for faster accessibility.

I love that you can see a side by side comparison of rankings in the Local Pack and regular Organic Results. Our last rank tracking software did not have this feature and It made it difficult to get the overall picture. I love the design.. It is beautiful and so much fun to look at.

They have a great feature where you can pull in traffic data from Google Analytics and graph the comparison to other SEO metrics like Search Console Data, Ranking Visibility, etc. However, I wish you could filter to only ORGANIC traffic, not all traffic sources. Kinda defeats the purpose if you ask me.

The white-label reports are beautiful and easy to generate. This has been a huge benefit for our agency.

I really enjoy using Nightwatch as it is a simple yet powerful SEO tool. Unlike other SEO tools, Nightwatch has a very clean and organized user interface and it is very easy to adjust it to your needs. Needless to say that the pricing is very competitive compared to other tools on the market.

We have been utilizing NightWatch for a little over 6 months now and it has been game changer for us. The reason we switched over to NightWatch from our old keyword tracking tool, is the flexibility and information that it provides to our team. When it comes to the support side of things, the team at Nightwatch is second to none. They are very flexible with their platform and are more than willing to help and answer any questions our team throws their way.

We have to log in to the admin account in order to make certain changes. With so many people in the tool at once, it can cause for massive delays in the system and take longer than normal to do any task due to load time.

For keyword rankings, we have the benefit of keywords now being tracked on a daily basis. On multiple occasions, this level of tracking has helped us to figure out the impact of a Google Algorithm change no matter the size of the impact. Past keyword rankings, NightWatch has been able to provide our team with access to information about our website traffic and backlinks all in one location.

I've been a previous user of RankTrackr and switched to Nightwatch for its daily reporting abilities, but I've got to say I've fallen in love with the tool for more than that. First of all, it's very cool looking, I love the black design (it doesn't hurt my eyes at night like other tools with white everywhere). I now find myself going over to Nightwatch multiple times a day just because I love the design so much! The ability to connect your Google Search Console and Google Analytics account is a killer deal. You get so much for the price you pay.

The fact that I didn't know about it sooner hahaha! I truly have nothing bad to say about this tool, it does an excellent job!

I can schedule daily reports to my clients so they feel like I have incredible follow up. I love that I can analyze every data from my client's site in the same place by connecting Google Search Console and Google Analytics! This is such a time saver, and it helps me get a better and quicker overview of a client's site performance.

I miss the overall overview. We do a lot of work for clients and sometimes you just want to group some domains in one report. The dashboard now works, but is not very easy to use yet. Im sure they will fix this in a future update. Would also love to see seo audits implemented (like woorank or semrush), but i believe they already building this (awesome!)

As a online marketing agency we cant live without Nightwatch! It helps​ us keep a track of the rankings of our client but provide much more like competition insight and some advanced seo data. Alsp on love with the new added integration of analytics and Search console. Keep up the good work guys!

The tool is very easy to use. A simple display and one-click options mean I can track all my keywords and links effortlessly. I can design graphs to compare my keyword rankings to my top competitors, allowing me to target specific keywords that need work. The ability to add competitors to my account allows me to always stay one step ahead of them, ensuring I get the majority of traffic from organic search. The tool also lets me sync my analytics account so I can monitor site traffic and what keywords are distributing traffic the most.

The only thing that I could possibly say about this tool that I don't like, is the cost per keyword. Although I will say the value for the tool is incredible, the only way I could imagine it getting better is if they gave discounts to continued customers.

The fact that I had to upgrade because of getting to many backlinks for me to continue, i had to upgrade. This should be unlimited backlinks, they will grow by the thousands monthly, I will have to upgrade again soon just to continue to count backlinks. Also would like this to cost less. If you charge less you will have more clients for what is otherwise a great product. listen to what your reviews say :)

Nightwatch has an impressive set of features, super competitive pricing, great API and the best rank tracking accuracy in the industry. The UI is very intuitive and the smart use of small diagrams, sparklines and graphs makes it easy to follow the progress of your SEO work.

I find the report tool somewhat limited, I can't find a way to filter out keywords based on tags etc. Maybe the functionality is there but I just don't understand how to use it? I have not yet put forward my input on this matter to the developers so I'm sure it is fixable!

I really love the dashboard! It lets you pin site diagrams making it super easy to get a quick idea of the general progress of your ranking progress on multiple sites in one go. I also find the "Discover Keywords" feature very useful!

Nightwatch is very straightforward. It makes it easy to send reports to clients as well as utilize tools to better serve our clients.

There is not much to dislike about this product. My one point might be the search volume feature. I find it hard to believe that the number is 0 in so many of my keywords.

The graphical design of Nightwatch is amazing. It’s easy to read and understand because of the excellent UX/UI design. I don’t see anything else on the net that comes even close, and the ones that do come close they look like Candyland. Nightwatch looks like the future went back in time and gave the designers a sneak peak at what design will become. The reports that Nightwatch churn out is amazing, easy to read, and you can slap your logo on them and send them straight to the clients. No need to mess around. It’s all there. It’s amazing how professional these reports look like.

The reporting customization could be enhanced even further. I reached out to Nightwatch, and they listen to their users and I'm very confidant that my suggestions will be added.

I wake up in the morning and one of the first websites I log into is Nightwatch. It's nice to have a general dashboard to look at and see how everything is going for your sites and your client sites.

First most important thing is the automated report to be sent out to my clients. This has been the most valuable feature to my business. Report can be customised based on the package my client has signed up. It is so easy to customise and setup an automated report. The white labelling is the huge plus to the report. I can customise the email to be sent out with the report. Each client gets a personalised email with their ranking report. Next, let talk about the rank tracking. Because I am doing local SEO and Nightwatch has been able to track the local keywords precisely. Did I mention about google map listing? Oh Yes! Nightwatch is so capable in tracking Google snack pack. Daily ranking update has been another reason why I like Nightwatch so much. With daily ranking update I am able to go back to the history to see the rankings on specific date. Of course, they are so many rank tracking tools today but no one has come even closer to Nightwatch. You get what you paid for. Nightwatch makes me look like a professional when I am talking to clients. It has contributed so much to my business. Love it and thanks to team behind Nightwatch. They have done a great job and I never and ever had an issue with them. The software never glitched so I don't have to worry about the downtime of the software.

To be honest, I haven't found any reason to dislike Nightwatch. It does what it says so nothing I can dislike about the software and the team.

What I like the most about Nightwatch is the visual representation of rankings, especially overall average position and evolution for specific keywords. In a split second, I can see how well we perform for a certain time period. It is a user-friendly, yet powerful tool that does the job!!

So far so good. I just hope that it won’t become too big, with gazillion features, where UX could suffer. But I understand that the target audience of NightWatch are SEO marketing experts who appreciate features beyond simple rank-tracking.

Nothing really to dislike. The tool is awesome.

I’ve been using this tool since they launch it as an successor of Rank Trackr and its the best from my own experience. I’m able to monitor lots of SEO campaigns without losing focus in all that data they provide, so i get a really clear broad picture. Besides that, the tracking is really accurate (compared several tools with it and they were the most consistent in the test).

The tool allows for the customization which makes it very easy to navigate -- you can simply arrange it to show you the desired data. The dashboard is user-friendly, the tool itself is very powerful and proved to be equipped with the ability for high accuracy tracking and large-scale data processing. The customer support is readily available to help and answer any questions (usually with screenshots which makes it easy to solve the issue).

It takes some time to learn to be able to use the tool to its full potential, but once you do, it's irreplaceable.

Using nighwatch i can easily track my webiste ranking in different coutries for free that is in any language and any location. the next feature is we can save our query in these dashboard for easy acces and also we can add somanywebsite address in the task bar for easy rank tracking of our website even with our competitors.
