I like the fact that there is almost always someone online to help answer any questions.

The fact that I had to upgrade because of getting to many backlinks for me to continue, i had to upgrade. This should be unlimited backlinks, they will grow by the thousands monthly, I will have to upgrade again soon just to continue to count backlinks. Also would like this to cost less. If you charge less you will have more clients for what is otherwise a great product. listen to what your reviews say :)

I need to monitor backlinks more closely and check that the people I am paying to do them are actually doing what I paid them to do.

Nightwatch has an impressive set of features, super competitive pricing, great API and the best rank tracking accuracy in the industry. The UI is very intuitive and the smart use of small diagrams, sparklines and graphs makes it easy to follow the progress of your SEO work.

I find the report tool somewhat limited, I can't find a way to filter out keywords based on tags etc. Maybe the functionality is there but I just don't understand how to use it? I have not yet put forward my input on this matter to the developers so I'm sure it is fixable!

I really love the dashboard! It lets you pin site diagrams making it super easy to get a quick idea of the general progress of your ranking progress on multiple sites in one go. I also find the "Discover Keywords" feature very useful!

Nightwatch is very straightforward. It makes it easy to send reports to clients as well as utilize tools to better serve our clients.

There is not much to dislike about this product. My one point might be the search volume feature. I find it hard to believe that the number is 0 in so many of my keywords.

Nightwatch has become a big timesaver as we no longer need to track anything manually!

The graphical design of Nightwatch is amazing. It’s easy to read and understand because of the excellent UX/UI design. I don’t see anything else on the net that comes even close, and the ones that do come close they look like Candyland. Nightwatch looks like the future went back in time and gave the designers a sneak peak at what design will become. The reports that Nightwatch churn out is amazing, easy to read, and you can slap your logo on them and send them straight to the clients. No need to mess around. It’s all there. It’s amazing how professional these reports look like.

The reporting customization could be enhanced even further. I reached out to Nightwatch, and they listen to their users and I'm very confidant that my suggestions will be added.

I wake up in the morning and one of the first websites I log into is Nightwatch. It's nice to have a general dashboard to look at and see how everything is going for your sites and your client sites.

First most important thing is the automated report to be sent out to my clients. This has been the most valuable feature to my business. Report can be customised based on the package my client has signed up. It is so easy to customise and setup an automated report. The white labelling is the huge plus to the report. I can customise the email to be sent out with the report. Each client gets a personalised email with their ranking report. Next, let talk about the rank tracking. Because I am doing local SEO and Nightwatch has been able to track the local keywords precisely. Did I mention about google map listing? Oh Yes! Nightwatch is so capable in tracking Google snack pack. Daily ranking update has been another reason why I like Nightwatch so much. With daily ranking update I am able to go back to the history to see the rankings on specific date. Of course, they are so many rank tracking tools today but no one has come even closer to Nightwatch. You get what you paid for. Nightwatch makes me look like a professional when I am talking to clients. It has contributed so much to my business. Love it and thanks to team behind Nightwatch. They have done a great job and I never and ever had an issue with them. The software never glitched so I don't have to worry about the downtime of the software.

To be honest, I haven't found any reason to dislike Nightwatch. It does what it says so nothing I can dislike about the software and the team.

What I like the most about Nightwatch is the visual representation of rankings, especially overall average position and evolution for specific keywords. In a split second, I can see how well we perform for a certain time period. It is a user-friendly, yet powerful tool that does the job!!

So far so good. I just hope that it won’t become too big, with gazillion features, where UX could suffer. But I understand that the target audience of NightWatch are SEO marketing experts who appreciate features beyond simple rank-tracking.

Just to see how our SEO efforts result in rank tracking. It is also useful for team motivation :)

Nothing really to dislike. The tool is awesome.

I’ve been using this tool since they launch it as an successor of Rank Trackr and its the best from my own experience. I’m able to monitor lots of SEO campaigns without losing focus in all that data they provide, so i get a really clear broad picture. Besides that, the tracking is really accurate (compared several tools with it and they were the most consistent in the test).

The tool allows for the customization which makes it very easy to navigate -- you can simply arrange it to show you the desired data. The dashboard is user-friendly, the tool itself is very powerful and proved to be equipped with the ability for high accuracy tracking and large-scale data processing. The customer support is readily available to help and answer any questions (usually with screenshots which makes it easy to solve the issue).

It takes some time to learn to be able to use the tool to its full potential, but once you do, it's irreplaceable.

if we are continously use this extension for some times some times google captcha will come and we cant continue track the keyword rank
